M&S food is always great, albeit very expensive. Unfortunately there are no controls over how many customers can enter the shop so it is impossible to social distance, it was very busy with customers all reaching for products over one another. It was good to see a staff member offering to wipe down trolley handles and baskets but they would be wise to limit the number of customers in the shop at any one time. Staff are friendly which is always important.

Nice M&S Foodhall, perfect for stops when on our way up north and fancy a few wee quality bits of food and drink before leaving civilisation. Also handy for the toilets and cafe. Loved their commemorative biscuit tins too!!

Best Marks cafe, Marie at the cafe today who served me a lovely oat milk flat white was very helpful and smiling, great customer service.

Bought a pasta bake from here when passing through to loch lomond, followed all instructions for cooking in the oven yet the plastic tray melted contaminating all the food. Disgraceful.

M&S need to install some bins outside the store as there is nowhere to put your rubbish on the retail park

The cafe was pretty disappointing - sterile atmosphere, only old flapjacks for gluten free. Would expect the quality to match the food hall but is so much lower! The coffee was weak and had a hint of cleaning chemical.

Was in the food hall plenty to choose from and fresh as well not as expensive as everyone thinks. Some really good meal deals on at the moment I got the Indian one 2starters and 2 main meals for £10 I couldn't buy a takeaway for that price and it was really delicious so worth trying it lots of other choices of meals including vegetarian and vegan nice visit for me with lots of choice for the whole family go on give it a try .
