Sadly, I normally love Subway as a trusted franchise, with consistent service and fresh food. This has been the worst Subway experience I’ve had. Wednesday morning I rocked up, and asked if they were open. “Yes” Then 1 of the 3 visible staff came to the front. Google said they were open at 7. I arrived around 7:15-20. I started ordering my food and eventually realised that the young man serving had no idea what was expected of him, how to make the sandwich I was asking for, or was prepped to begin work for the day. The oven, grill, and pos/credit card system we’re not on for the day. I then found later that my salad items were soggy. I ended up leaving with a cold sandwich, and being late for the day due to the unanticipated wait. By the time I left the whole encounter was about 30 minutes. This is far below what i would expect from Subway. Very disappointed. Please do better. I will not be returning.

Worst subway ever. The girl in charge was rude. I have never been treated as the way she was to me today. I ordered a toastie and I said "the one with ham, please" she was not paying attention and she prepared something different from what I ordered and when I told her, she yelled at me that it was already cooked, she wasn't going to do another one. Then, i paid and she said that the EFTPOS was not working so she made me pass my card twice but it was working so I paid double for an item I didn't want! If you want to go to a good subway, i recommend the one in Northbridge

It was 0910 and it wasn’t fully open Couldn’t have bread and no food out. If open hours 9 am then I would assume food would be ready to serve and for the worker to have better time management

Although my sandwich wasn't as bad as other reviews here, this shop charged me for extras that I didn't ask for. I went back to say something about it and he said that it's normal. Making people pay for extras they don't ask for is not normal. That's why they are extras.

Food gave me explosive diarrhoea and someone warned me of there hygiene now I'm convinced.

The guy making my sandwich was super lazy. I asked if they had different spinach since the stuff that was out was wilted and clearly going bad. He said no. He didn't toast my sandwich like I asked. He didn't really listen to anything I said and was moving in slow motion. He took a long time to do anything and it was all very sloppy, he clearly didn't want to be there. The sandwich didn't even taste good. Would not recommend.

OMG Spent 20 mins waiting to be served. Then was served. Had mine toasted. It was done and sat on the counter for another 5 mins whilst the lad finish serving the customer in front. Did my salads and then wrapped it up. I had my husband with me. Served my husband. He had his toasted. He served the next customer. Came back to my husband then and finished his order. Meantime my toasted chicken was cold. Then the Eftpos went down. Had to do manually. In the meantime the customer behinds food had been sitting on the bench for 5 mins. During this whole process there was another employee in the back area. During our time there the queue had increased to 15 customers with only one person serving. I'm do know, as a person in hospitality, your customers are the most important people and also your income. We also did not get any napkins. EXPREMELY POOR (NO) SERVICE. YOU NEED TO IMPROVE!!

Customer service is really bad at here. I never give bad review to someone, it’s my first time but I am really disappointed.

Should of read the reviews. Wow. Worst subway experience ever. Never coming back. Horrible customer service. The guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Sorta just shoved me through to the end without asking any questions not even fully doing things in the proper order. Most of the salads looked a little wilted. Red flag. But I gave it a go, because you can usually trust Subways standards and I hadn’t had lunch. Then the POS machine was not on. I almost walked out. Then after paying 13+ for the Sub. First bite. I could tell the meat was most certainly off. I couldn’t even eat it. Im shocked!

Shop even close before it say’s closing time in google. Such a waste of time
