I've been using this practice for years and I am always very happy with the results. Lucy is a wonderful hygienist who goes to great lengths to make sure I'm comfortable and Dr Rohan is incredibly professional and caring. I'd happily recommend them for anyone looking for a new practice, especially if you tend to find the entire experience nerve wracking

Got my veneers done with Dr Jeff and I couldn’t be any happier with the end result. He really took the time to listen and make sure they were exactly how I wanted and I wasn’t left disappointed. Every time I come here I am always surprised by how pleasant my experience is. I recently saw Dr Jeff and for someone who experiences a lot of anxiety around dentist appointments, he made me feel completely at ease and I am not dreading my next appointment!

I found all staff to be very friendly. My dentist Dr Geoff is very gentle and calming always checking in while in chair to make sure you are ok. The name says it all and represents the staff that work there. O so Gentle dental 😁

Fantastic service, great customer service. Plus they managed to clean and do a filling with no issue for my son who is not so keen on dentist. Dr Connor and the team at Dental O So Gentle are exceptionally professional and friendly. I went there for Invisalign and have perfectly straight teeth now - it makes me feel like smiling a whole lot more. I also attend for regular dental concerns including six monthly hygiene appointments. I highly recommend it all!

The dentists at the St Georges Terrace Dental o so gentle deliver precise and accurate tooth repair and are experts with veneers. The best natural looking finish one could hope for.

On time and professional and friendly staff. Dr Rohan always provides very clear explanations of the dental procedures and answers all questions thoroughly and respectfully. He also makes patient care a priority when conducting the dental procedures.

I am extremely happy with Dr Rohan’s work, I would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially those who fear dentists. Like I used to. He’s very professional, friendly and caring, he kept me informed with what he’s doing, and most importantly he is very gentle. Unfortunately not a great experience in November 2022 unlike previous visits. Had a consult to investigate broken crown anticipating the remaining tooth needed to be extracted. That was the case and they gave me the option of bone graft, implant and new crown. Instead of referral to an oral surgeon, I was advised they could do it all in house. Agreed to it but big mistake! The ‘twilight’ anaesthetic knocked me out cold and god knows what went on. After tooth extraction and bone grafting, I ended up with pneumonia and a numb jaw. Chest infection spoilt a much anticipated holiday but recovered over time. The numb jaw remains now over a year later. Permanent damage to the mandibular nerve it seems, loss of feeling to lower chin, bottom lip and some issues with speech. Not happy at all. My advice if you are a Dental oh so Gentle client, get referred out for any specialist work.
