Almost always a pleasure when coming here (when my pain doesn't kick in) Saw Delta Goodrem and they were so kind to give me a seat in the wings due to my being unable to walk the stairs. If you need a new seating arrangement ask an Usher before the doors opem and they can usually sort something out. Toilets are right next to the doors. Next to Elizabeth Quay Bus Station but the 950 route stand is right up the other end so leave yourself a few minutes to make the bus/train. Thank you to all the staff who are super accommodating for disabilities

Great concert venue. Seen James Bond films with WA Symphony Orchestra and Nick Mason's Saucerful of Secrets. Comfortable seats and well laid out. Air con works as well! Good acoustics and not so large you miss out on anything. The drinks outlets could be better.

Good clean theatre with good acoustics. The staff were all helpful and friendly. Well placed stage for what you're watching. Parking can be a bit hectic underground when leaving, but it is convenient. Well placed disability car parking spaces and elevators as required.

The venue is modern, well laid out, has good facilities and clean. Access via the train (Elizabeth Quay Train Station) is sheltered and an easy walk, meaning that you can park further away and commute to the venue on a clean, air-conditioned train. The staff at the venue were very friendly. The event we came to watch was slightly diminished by the flickering stage lights (that eventually failed and dropped a section of the stage into darkness). This was an unwanted distraction that took from the person making a presentation. At one point the audio from the microphone was noisy - probably only noticeable because the problem with the lights had just occurred.

Went to see the funny Joe Lycett and was amazed at just how big the venure was especially considering it looks quite deflating from the outside. Great facilities, quite a grand room and pubs close by for a cheeky pint and some food

Have only been here for WASO shows. The events were well staffed and organised. The temperature in the theatre itself is great - not freezing cold or too warm. The acoustics are wonderful (that said, I have bad hearing and thus lower standards), and the view of the stage is good even in the nosebleeds (if they're using the projector screen).

Fairly comfortable but food and drinks are incredibly overpriced. Cup holders are needed. Lots of parking but getting out can be difficult on busy nights
