Service - 1star Food - 2 star Atmosphere - 1 star This was supposed to be a celebration of my birthday. As someone who has traveled to every country in the world, I always try to support businesses and write positive reviews. You can see my reviews from the best restaurants on the planet, including many in Australia. However, this time I want to address my feedback to Jake Silvester, the owner of Bradley Michael and seagrassbhg. Something needs to be done urgently to bring this restaurant in Perth up to a decent level, if that is still possible. At first, I was pleased to see the 5-star reviews and the words "excellent," "wonderful," and "phenomenal experience" mentioned in every other review. But when I started looking at the accounts of those who had left reviews, I noticed that they had 0 followers and only a couple of reviews. As someone who has been leaving reviews for years, I can tell when an account is active and engaged, and not just when two positive reviews are written and that's it. But I leave this to the discretion of the management if they choose to turn a blind eye to where the reviews are coming from. I am sharing my experience. The restaurant looks cozy and fency inside, but there was an empty space next to my table where different guests would come and stand to look at the meat fridge. They would lean on the couch, creating the feeling that you are at a train station. I kindly ask the owner of the restaurant group to review the video footage of my presence with my friend. It was on December 18th from 6:00 pm onwards. When my friend asked if it was possible to move to a table by the window because it was my birthday, the waitress said it was hot there, turned around, and walked away. Next, I will post photos of the dishes that were served. They were nowhere near the level of this restaurant or one of the same caliber in Sydney. The food was served very slowly, and the staff was working at a very slow pace. I was facing the kitchen, and at one point, unfortunately, I saw that the kitchen hygiene was not always being maintained. When the neighboring table left, they started vacuuming and two waiters began cleaning the table at a leisurely pace while chatting. I genuinely hope that the management company will review the camera footage of my visit. They were just casually chatting and going about their tasks without paying attention to the guests. They were in no hurry and prioritized their own tasks. The risotto they brought us was absolutely awful, but at the moment when I went to the restroom, Jake Silvester approached my friend and explained that they had scraped the dish from the bottom of the pot, which is why it was like that. So you're saying that this is acceptable in a restaurant of this level? Jake Silvester did not come to our table anymore. He promised that they would bring us a dessert as an apology, but the waitress did not come for about 20 minutes. She completely ignored our table. I thought it was just not my day, but after reading the negative reviews, I realize that many others have experienced the same attitude. There was nothing special about the food, and the internal organization of the restaurant was very poor. I am saddened that seagrassbhg could not create a wonderful and good restaurant in Perth. I will not come back, and this company goes on my blacklist solely because of the incompetence of the restaurant staff and management. It is disappointing and sad... Thank you for ruining my birthday. Alexander

A great fine dinning restaurant, the venue itself is very nice, staff were attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We tried the T-Bone and fillet, they bring the T-Bone to you before they cook it to make sure you are satisfied with the piece. We also had the mashed potato and brussel sprouts as sides. The mashed potato was nice and creamy and the brussel sprouts were a stand out. We also had the choice of chips or salad with the steak, the salad was very substantial and you could easily share this. I ordered mushroom sauce with my steak which was tasty. Overall a very good experience.

It’s a new steakhouse in Perth. Located in the popular area of Elizabeth Quay. This upscale restaurant has an elegant decor and relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor dining. We were here for dinner. It was quiet when we got there at 6pm but filled up by 7.30pm. We chose to be seated inside as it was a windy day. In saying that, the outdoor seating is well protected as it is an enclosed patio with retractable screens. We enjoyed our food. The garlic bread was ok. Too fancy and a little dense to my liking. I personally prefer my garlic bread to be light and toasted. The calamari was nice but I reckon the coating was a little too thick. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. Love the fresh crunchy salad. Very tasty. The chili and honey glazed Brussels sprouts dish was delicious. Our drinks were nice. We didn’t have room for the desserts. Will try next time. Service was timely. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Restroom was nice and clean. Definitely will return to explore the menu.

First time dining at 6HEAD and it was a lovely space with friendly staff. The team greeted and sat us for our reservation immediately. The cocktails we ordered were lovely and came out quite quickly. We had to ask multiple waiters about allergens as no one knew the answers. The food the highlight was definitely the ceviche, it had delicious fresh flavours and was a really beautiful quality. The bread came out cold which meant all the cheese inside it was solid, it looked as though it was made hours earlier and not warmed up. We did tell the staff about this and they kindly removed it from our bill as it was meant to be warm. We ordered two different kinds of steaks and we preferred the wagyu. We asked for medium rare for both steaks and they came out much closer to rare than medium rare, so this made them a bit difficult to finish. All up I would say there are some nice flavours and dishes, but for what you are paying would expect higher attention to detail.

This was our first time going and our first wedding anniversary also. Sophie served us and was amazing. This restaurant has now become our favourite and will be our new tradition for wedding anniversaries. The wine list on ipad was to die for, the food amazing, couldn't fault a thing. Thank you so much

Sadly had a very disappointing experience at 6head Perth after hearing so many fantastic review for 6head Sydney. In comparison, Meat and Wine Co has better food, service and atmosphere and the price you pay is worth it for the quality of experience you receive. Food: Entrees - Garlic Bread, Hokkaido Scallops, XO Prawns, Burrata, Wagyu Salami, Calamari Calamari, XO Prawns and Burrata were lovely, the taste and presentation for those dishes were great. The garlic bread was a massive disappointment and had no taste of garlic at all. Scallops were okay, didn’t really have any wow factor. Wagyu salami was also a bit disappointing, the pickled veggies were too overpowering. Main - Hokkaido A5 Wagyu Personally am not a fan of this dish and the way it’s cooked. It’s paired with a watery sauce and peas which I think does not complement the wagyu beef. Once again, the flavour of the other elements of the dish were too overpowering that it masked the main character which is the wagyu beef. For the price it’s not worth it for me. Service: Upon arrival we were quickly seated. However, throughout the dining experience the staff did not return to refill table water and there was a lot of confusion with our food orders. The staff seemed inexperienced and unfamiliar with the restaurant menu and couldn’t answer when asked what was placed on the table. Agree with other reviewers that perhaps it will be better to return few months later where the staff is more experienced. Atmosphere: The restaurant is situated at a nice spot in Elizabeth Quay. The interior design and open kitchen is also aesthetically pleasing and would suit for 2 people dining.

Service was exceptional - our waiter did all he could to ensure we had a superb dining experience. Cocktails were exquisite, including two off the menu cocktails. The eye fillet steak ($95) was as good as expected. Also had the steak tartare and the mac and cheese. I need to return soon to try more dishes.

We had booked a table indoors and were seated outdoors. When checking with wait staff no one came back for 20 minutes to let us know we had booked an indoor table and there was an error with seating so they were trying to work it out. We checked in with wait staff to ask about it and they came back to let us know 5 minutes later that there was an issue and they were working on resolving. Needs to be better communication across the board for a restaurant of this caliber. Don’t keep patrons waiting this long wondering what is happening and then you should compensate if there is an issue. Im visiting from Melbourne and have been so excited to come to this restaurant. It was so hot that night and we purposely booked 3 weeks in advance to ensure we had an indoor table. This error, the lack of communication and then lack of compensation on the spot ruined the experience. We didn’t ask for anything because we thought a restaurant like this would take the initiative. Food was amazing, drinks were great and there is some great wait staff in there. Once everyone is trained and everyone works on communicating this could be a great restaurant.

This spot is a gem! The cocktails are like little bursts of happiness in a glass, and the food? Absolutely delicious – there's something for everyone. The service? Super friendly and attentive. The vibe is just so welcoming, and the decor adds a cozy touch. Overall, a fantastic place for a great time with friends or a special someone.

Celebrated a friend's birthday at 6head, renowned for its exquisite wagyu and extraordinary tomahawk and impeccable service. Attentive and polite staff enhanced the experience. The Pavlova Sour and Espresso Martini cocktails were a true delight. While the overall atmosphere was lovely, some areas had slightly dim lighting, creating a cozy yet dimly lit setting. Savoured an array of delicious and flavour-packed dishes at 6head, where each culinary creation seamlessly complemented the next. The XO prawns emerged as a standout, claiming the title of my ultimate favourite. Highly recommend 6head for any special occasion—whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or a romantic date night. The exquisite experience is sure to elevate your celebration.
