This
was
supposed
to
be
a
celebration
of
my
birthday.
As
someone
who
has
traveled
to
every
country
in
the
world,
I
always
try
to
support
businesses
and
write
positive
reviews.
You
can
see
my
reviews
from
the
best
restaurants
on
the
planet,
including
many
in
Australia.
However,
this
time
I
want
to
address
my
feedback
to
Jake
Silvester,
the
owner
of
Bradley
Michael
and
seagrassbhg.
Something
needs
to
be
done
urgently
to
bring
this
restaurant
in
Perth
up
to
a
decent
level,
if
that
is
still
possible.
At
first,
I
was
pleased
to
see
the
5-star
reviews
and
the
words
"excellent,"
"wonderful,"
and
"phenomenal
experience"
mentioned
in
every
other
review.
But
when
I
started
looking
at
the
accounts
of
those
who
had
left
reviews,
I
noticed
that
they
had
0
followers
and
only
a
couple
of
reviews.
As
someone
who
has
been
leaving
reviews
for
years,
I
can
tell
when
an
account
is
active
and
engaged,
and
not
just
when
two
positive
reviews
are
written
and
that's
it.
But
I
leave
this
to
the
discretion
of
the
management
if
they
choose
to
turn
a
blind
eye
to
where
the
reviews
are
coming
from.
I
am
sharing
my
experience.
The
restaurant
looks
cozy
and
fency
inside,
but
there
was
an
empty
space
next
to
my
table
where
different
guests
would
come
and
stand
to
look
at
the
meat
fridge.
They
would
lean
on
the
couch,
creating
the
feeling
that
you
are
at
a
train
station.
I
kindly
ask
the
owner
of
the
restaurant
group
to
review
the
video
footage
of
my
presence
with
my
friend.
It
was
on
December
18th
from
6:00
pm
onwards.
When
my
friend
asked
if
it
was
possible
to
move
to
a
table
by
the
window
because
it
was
my
birthday,
the
waitress
said
it
was
hot
there,
turned
around,
and
walked
away.
Next,
I
will
post
photos
of
the
dishes
that
were
served.
They
were
nowhere
near
the
level
of
this
restaurant
or
one
of
the
same
caliber
in
Sydney.
The
food
was
served
very
slowly,
and
the
staff
was
working
at
a
very
slow
pace.
I
was
facing
the
kitchen,
and
at
one
point,
unfortunately,
I
saw
that
the
kitchen
hygiene
was
not
always
being
maintained.
When
the
neighboring
table
left,
they
started
vacuuming
and
two
waiters
began
cleaning
the
table
at
a
leisurely
pace
while
chatting.
I
genuinely
hope
that
the
management
company
will
review
the
camera
footage
of
my
visit.
They
were
just
casually
chatting
and
going
about
their
tasks
without
paying
attention
to
the
guests.
They
were
in
no
hurry
and
prioritized
their
own
tasks.
The
risotto
they
brought
us
was
absolutely
awful,
but
at
the
moment
when
I
went
to
the
restroom,
Jake
Silvester
approached
my
friend
and
explained
that
they
had
scraped
the
dish
from
the
bottom
of
the
pot,
which
is
why
it
was
like
that.
So
you're
saying
that
this
is
acceptable
in
a
restaurant
of
this
level?
Jake
Silvester
did
not
come
to
our
table
anymore.
He
promised
that
they
would
bring
us
a
dessert
as
an
apology,
but
the
waitress
did
not
come
for
about
20
minutes.
She
completely
ignored
our
table.
I
thought
it
was
just
not
my
day,
but
after
reading
the
negative
reviews,
I
realize
that
many
others
have
experienced
the
same
attitude.
There
was
nothing
special
about
the
food,
and
the
internal
organization
of
the
restaurant
was
very
poor.
I
am
saddened
that
seagrassbhg
could
not
create
a
wonderful
and
good
restaurant
in
Perth.
I
will
not
come
back,
and
this
company
goes
on
my
blacklist
solely
because
of
the
incompetence
of
the
restaurant
staff
and
management.
It
is
disappointing
and
sad...
Thank
you
for
ruining
my
birthday.
