Oysters were well priced (for a dozen) and delicious. Cocktails were usual price and also good. Mary oyster shot was also good. Service was friendly and prompt. Disability accessible. The rest of the menu prices were ridiculous and stopped us from trying more.

The Oysters selection, presentation, and the views of Elezabeth Quay from the restaurant is excellent but the food items are heavily priced perhaps 3 times as much compared to the same item that can be found in any other bar/ restaurant. ONLY recommend the Oyster Tester platter which comes in half a dozen or dozen sizes and it’s a good bang for the buck. Rest of the fresh seafood from menu, don’t bother ordering cause you can have exactly the same thing at Woolworths or Coles for a much cheaper price! The menu selection is not very unique in terms of the price tag. Most of their starter menu is priced around $20 which is just not justified by the taste or portion size. When it comes to the staff not all of them are friendly. I have visited the place 3 times so far and their manager’s customer service is the worst. No polite smile or greetings. They only have handful for good customer service staff, rest of them just don’t care. I expected the ambiance to be nicer, more uniquely decorated in terms of the prime location of Elezabeth quay. But oh well, it is what it is.

Absolutely a beautiful gem in Elizabeth Quay! Came here for drinks & nibbles a few times now and it’s always been a pleasure! Everything is perfect: location, service, food and drinks. Oysters are fresh and can be mixed (we took Thai, natural and gin types); awesome seafood cooked perfectly as always. Outstanding service friendly and keen for a chat. Love coming here as always!

Went here last week for lunch on oyster Wednesday. We ordered the prawn taco, marinated octopus, dozen oysters and chips. Felt like the Thai flavoured oyster was missing a kick, otherwise the kilpatrick, panko crumbed were amazing! Kudos to the English bartender for manning that top floor solo!

Rooftop overlooks the quay and has nice views of the sunset. Oysters are the star of the show, and grab some fresh beer or bubbly while at it. Restaurant could be full if walking in, so reservations are recommended even for weeknights.

The worst experience I just ever had. The waitress made the order wrongly, despite the fact that I have repeated several times already. We wanted to order 1 dozen oysters, but she finally made half dozen order. When the oyster came, she suddenly remembered that she had made wrongly. And she asked again, and made the order half dozen again. When I checked the bill, it became more expensive as half dozen for 2 times is more expensive than 1 dozen. Another staff did not believe us, luckily I could find that waitress to prove that it was her mistake. We are unhappy about it as it costed us longer time and explained again and again. The most important is that , we found that 1 dozen oyster were bigger in size than half dozen by observations in the restaurant. We deserved larger size oysters, but because of that witness’s mistake, we only have smaller oysters. The view is good, but service is so poor and the oysters are not fresh. Not deserved to try !!! The photo we taken for oysters was already larger than the size actually were. What a bad experience!!!

Loved the breeze from the windows. The platter was amazing! My fav to least fav 1. Oysters- soooo fresh, plump and juicy! 2.Salmon cured in beetroot. 3.tiger prawns 4.fish - batter so crispy and not fatty! Amazing! 5. Salad- once again fabulous taste combination. 6.Bread- nice flavour and little rushed as far as trying your caramelise it but tasted yum. 7. Octopus- it was ok. 7.Squid- it was cooked perfectly just too much on plate for me. Could improve on: 1. Making sure sale servers were with salad 2. Make sure we have a bowl of lemon water to clean our “prawns fingers” . 3. At least one wedge of lemon peeper so. Would have been great! Would I go back? Yes! Can’t wait to try the scallops next time! Otherwise fabulous. Worth the money.

service is shocking. no water was offered order at the bar. it wasn't even busy. long wait times. cocktail was half hazardly thrown on the table. our table that was reserved wasn't even cleared by the time we got there. waitress told us shed wipe the table it had been 10 mins and she never came back until we asked for it to be wiped clean. the woman that was making my cocktail was on the phone. offers the facade of a nice bar/restaurant but honestly trash

We come here a lot and have to say, this is one of our favourite places to eat. Dates nights, casual dining, craving for seafood, we love it. Such a beautiful view of the river and absolutely amazing food, have never had a bad meal here and recently brought friends here to try for the first time and they loved it as well. Friendly staff and a great selection of cocktails and wines. Highly recommend 👌

This rooftop bar offers a great view, making it a pleasant spot to chill and unwind. While the food might be a bit on the pricey side and falls in the average category, the ambiance and rooftop experience compensate for it. If you're willing to spend a little extra for the view and a relaxed atmosphere, this place is worth considering for a leisurely time with friends or loved ones.

We arrived towards the end of the night, after a light show and a beautiful Summer weekend evening. The staff must surely have been exhausted. However, they were still upbeat and the food was hot and delicious. The fried squid was one of the best we've had, and it's a favourite we have in a wide range of places. Crispy and lightly dusted on the outside, soft and tasty on the inside. Views to die for. Staff smiles are a bonus. We'll be back for sure!

As of this review, visited 3 times! Excellent food quality top notch, oysters had variety of flavors and especially unique (Wednesday has specials!). Food is pricier if not on specials. Staff was polite and quick to help, Located right next to the harbour has an amazing view and great ambience.

Oyster is fresh, however orange & gin is not well mixed, the salmon topping doesn't feel right with the oyster combination. Octopus (hummus) is not bad, it's getting tastier after a few more bites, however, the carrot with super duper extra vinegar is a failure. Overall the price is quite average. I don't really like the waitress services, they are judging people by appearance (the girl basically scans thru me from top to shoe), while there are so many seats near the windows with good views, they offer a middle table to me

Great location and view. Oysters were pretty good but maybe didn't quite meet our expectations. Oceanic platter was fresh and tasty but way too much fried squid. Would have preferred half the amount of squid and then a piece of fish or something. Recommend giving the place a shot but don't expect anything amazing. Service was great however you had to go to the bar to order which was a bit weird for a place like this.

The Oyster bar was perfect excellent cocktails and the oysters were fabulous. The dining pace upstairs is cosy and warm with the heat lamps. The views are fantastic and very romantic place to dine. The only part spoils the experience was having to order food at the bar.

Great location with stylish design. Roof top view is amazing but needs to be booked advanced. Second floor view is still good with lots of space. Worth for a visit. The place was too busy to provide a good service. Everything needs to be done by yourself. That’s why I rated them 4 star. Oysters was good with lots of different taste which is impressive. Coffee and drinks was above standard. Other dishes wasn’t very satisfied but still willing to give a second visit.

Been here a couple of times, it’s always great. Our table thoroughly enjoyed the oysters + there is plenty of options for those who don’t eat oysters or seafood. Not to mention the cocktails are delicious- some of the best I’ve had!! Keep up the good work.

Great view from the top floor. Service was very underwhelming. Went here for a birthday dinner. Reserved a table. Informed them it was a birthday celebration. Food was very tasty. But very overpriced. Spent $200 in an hour on food for 2 and 4 drinks. The place is really small and expensive yet there is no table service. And you have to go to the bar and order and pay for every round. Would be easy to improve the service in such an intimately small venue. Had to stack up plates and wipe down our table ourselves. Nobody said anything to us as we left. Expected more for my money.

I went to this restaurant because we had a sudden cancellation, and my boyfriend was able to reserve a table at this restaurant while I was driving. (Every time I go with him, he can always book a table.) He said that he had never reserved a table at this restaurant. And fortunately, we changed the atmosphere to stay in hotels around here. We walk from the hotel to the restaurant. We reserved a table for 8 pm on Friday, but it was still crowded. And, of course, we ordered all kinds of oysters on the menu and other seafood dishes. I can feel the oysters here are very fresh compared to many shops. Not too small or too big, good size and my favourite dish was the oysters and cheese (Actually all delicious.) The shrimp dish that I ordered was sweet. I think it's pretty fresh, but I wouldn't say I like cold dishes. I figured it would be tastier to eat while it was hot. As for the fish menu, I think it's not that wow, but the cocktails here are delicious; I love it. Personally, if you come to this restaurant, order oysters and look at a view, it's okay.

We were a group of six, from the moment we arrived we were wowed by the excellent service. We were greeted by the manager, and one of the staff and after a quick but thorough Covid check we were ushered to a table out on the balcony. My entire qroup enjoyed the fish and chips, my son and I both enjoyed a dozen oysters kilpatrick, and a giant seafood platter. The oysters were very fresh and well prepared, the seafood platter was excellent. I would be happy to recommend this restaurant to everyone visiting Elizabeth Quay.

My partner and I have been wanting to try the oysters here. Came here to have dinner for Christmas Eve and ordered combination oysters, fried chicken and gnocchi. First thing first, the customer service is amazing! I don't know the name of the guy that took my order that night but he is very friendly and I was very pleased with the way he interacted with his customers. The food was great, we love the oysters and the gnocchi but the fried chicken as it was dry. Drinks were good. The vibes were quite intimate and it got better with the sudden fireworks coming from the EQ bridge. We had great experience with this restaurant and wouldn't mind coming back again 😊

We went here with a few of my friends to try out some oysters. Personally I don't like oysters and have never tried them raw, but after eating here * I love them now 😋 The server at the cash till was very charismatic and he gave off a welcoming and cool, wholesome energy. The night we were on, wasn't busy but lively. I will definitely be back with more budget to spend.

Definitely, a must visit when you are in Perth. The young lady (she was celebrating her 21st Birthday at the beach the following day) that serviced us and offered bang on advice was awesome. Delicious oysters, sensational service, perfect playlist & stunning views. Thank you to the whole team for the wonderful memories.

The food took 45 mins to arrive, and it arrived cold. Baked oysters, garlic bread and chips were cold except for pasta. The staff has kindly replaced garlic bread and chips. The chips were fine but garlic bread was simply reheated and arrived slightly burned. Garlic bread was refunded by the end of the day. The issue was resolved promptly, but bad taste remained.

Location and staff were fantastic. Ordering at the bar felt weird considering the type of venue. Wouldn't order the oceanic platter again, didn't feel very substantial considering the price, especially with sardines being the most abundant thing on the plate. They were good sardines...but no ones wants sardines. Also had a fish taco which was very tasty, so if I was to return I'd order individual share plates and avoid the platters.

  • 5/5 Andre D. 3 years ago on Google
Great oyster bar, in a beautiful location, providing some of the best views in Perth, especially at the top level. It can definitely be difficult to secure a booking here, especially during these times, but it is worth the wait. Have tried every type of oyster here and I preferred the simpler types over the others, except chilli and cheese that was next level - I would recommend that it gets made with a stronger hit of chilli though it was more like a cheese oyster both times I've had them. Wednesday specials are totally worth it for happy hour, highly recommend this place!

Even for a bar the service was abysmal. I was ignored for a good 2-3 minutes before someone realised I was at the entrance ( keeping in mind only one other table was occupied so they wasnt busy at all. The servers were just talking amongst eachother). The gentleman who appears to be the manager was rude and borderline a little racist (appears frustrated to be serving us// raising his voice at my friend because he didnt understand her accent instead of accommodating). Overall i feel bad that I have to spend money at this place because lets be honest, if u overcharge for oyster at least make up for it with good, professional service. Do better ? :)

Paying $12.50 for a pint and the only fan they have in the top floor is an IKEA pedestal fan. Pretty reduculas. Also the group was asked to leave 5 minutes past our booking while the restuarant was almost completely empty, and we still had over $100 worth of food still on the way, no thankyou no appreciation for our business, the manners of the top level staff was outrageous. I will not be coming back to this place.

(Translated by Google) The price is cheaper than expected, coupled with the beautiful scenery and pleasant dining environment, I personally think it is worth the price. It's just a pity that I didn't eat Fremantle's octopus because it was sold out. It's okay, so you can come back to eat again at some time. (Original) 比預期的價格要便宜,再加上風景優美、氣候宜人的用餐環境,個人覺得值回票價。只是因完售而沒吃到Fremantle的章魚而覺得可惜。 也好,這樣可以找時間再來吃一次。

On arrival, the place was horridly unclean. We had to find a table that was clean and ready for someone to sit at. The woman that was supposed to seat us, had her back to us and then gave us a menu and told us to find a table, which was not comforting on arrival. The food was good, we ordered the prawn fettuccini and oysters.

Service was shocking. Manager couldn't of cared less if he tried. Was brought out one drink at a time and then excused himself of the wait time by saying "the keg ran out and was being changed" like he couldn't have come over and let us know earlier. Oysters were decent and sweet potato chips were nice. Obviously the kitchen was not the issue...

  • 3/5 Scott B. 3 years ago on Google
Great cocktails and good service Oysters really good Unfortunately other food on menu were pretty average, the huloumi bites extremely salty and the duck spring rolls also average. Would definitely return for the Oysters.

  • 3/5 Leanne G. 3 years ago on Google
I went here for the first time with friends. Although the food was nice, the service was very disappointing. After sharing an oyster starter, noone came to clear the plate of empty oyster shells. We ordered our mains consisting of 2 platters and had to follow up 40 mins later when they hadn't arrived. Whilst my friend was following up, we were told by the wait staff that it was last chance for food orders. Obviously, since we hadn't received our mains, there would be no opportunity for dessert. 10 mins later we were informed it was the last opportunity for drink orders. I was really looking forward to this night out but did not live up to expectations

Slightly above average. Great view, prompt service but was a little offside with the following. Our 'cold milkshakes' were luke warm because they were put into really hot, fresh out of the dishwasher, glasses. In addition I guess I expected more of my meal, I had the pancakes and they weren't anything special... delicious of course, but I could have easily prepared them at home as it was basically pancakes with jam on top. I guess I just expected to be wowed, and it's what I look for when eating out.

I was having my breakfast alone. The birds came to bite my food when I was getting the ketchup. I am not sure is the food still safe to eat so I decided to tell the staff. The staff took my food back to the kitchen and came to told me that the chef will re do it but he was not really happy. I felt very disappointed on the service. You should be understanding and If u offer to re do it then you do it willingly. I could just left my food without eating it. Maybe u doesn't care to lose a customer but this is a bad experience.

Awesome little spot right on the water. The food menu is extensive, the service is quick and well organised and the coffee is great. Much better than dino g in the hotels all the time when travelling.

In my opinion it’s the best coffee I’ve had anywhere in a long time. All the staff are very friendly and polite. Great place to drop in while you’re riding around the foreshore.

Excellent coffee and great fish and chips. The batter on the fish was superb, but the fish was a little dry. Probably because the batter was so thick, but it was delicious. My mother had a really great looking salad, and the old man had nachos, which smelled amazing. Keep up the good work.

Came here on Saturday afternoon to quietly celebrate a milestone with a friend. Food was beautiful and service was great for the most part, although the young woman who greeted us didn't seem very friendly. Still, will give it another try, especially for the riverside views.

It was my first time at the oyster bar Elizabeth quay. Roof top bar with an amazing view. What a great experience! Ordered a mixed 1/2 dozen oysters, which were fresh! Some tiger prawns & also a Bloody Mary shot. Outstanding food! Service was attentive, quick & overall excellent! I highly recommend & will return!

Very nice location and nicer views. The dozen oysters in 4 cooking styles was perfect along with the jalaapeno fritatas. Parking available approximately 5 minutes away in the CPP car park in Langley Park. The service was great and the staff are polite and courteous. Its priced at the tourist end but will probably go up when the tourism opens after the vaccinations.

Oysters were alright... Considering it's in the name they weren't the best. Very small and besides the natural ones the flavours were mehh. Pork belly was cold and tough and the prawn pasta lacked flavour. The views are nice and that's probably where the price tag comes in.

Very sleek building, nice staff, amazing quality of food, but it lacks where in the menu finding simply fish and chips requires to much effortb to find. Also the food is a bit overpriced. 4/5 from me.

Great restaurant, view and location although no table service.Oysters were a great creamy texture. Seafood was served on a salt base so it became warm quickly on a hot day not great for oysters. The restaurant is air conditioned with open windows which provides a nice vibe.

Very nice mixed Doz. Oysters on a Wednesday evening, with the small plate Octopus & glass of Trellis Sauvignon Blanc Semillon. Accommodated without a reservation, service seemed mostly good in all aspects I saw. Oysters very tasty, fresh, prepared well - as expected 🙂

Great food, drinks and a spectacular view always available at the Oyster bar. The staff are friendly and it's a great relaxed atmosphere to catch up with friends. It has 2 levels and the attached photo was taken from the main level. There's outdoor seating as well if that tickles your fancy. 5 stars and definitely coming back. Would recommend the tacos! Not a fan of fish but these definitely changed my mind.

New Executive Chef. Amazing food. Kitchen staff has some serious pride. Presentation was good. Lots of gluten free options. Of course oysters were amazing, very fresh and my favorite was the Thai style. Squid was very large portion.

Great service, nice food. We arrived 1 hour earlier than our booking time but they kindly accommodated us. Only thing didn't go according our plan was, size of some plates. We were told that most food are for share but salad and pasta were larger than we thought. Larger plate is better than not enough but we ordered a bit too much. But no problem, a kind staff offered us takeaway container and took leftover home. Very pleasant dining experience.

Although the view is second to none in the quay the food was a little more average. The oysters were a little over done in terms of different styles and combinations rather than just focusing on freshness and quality. While the seafood platter was a solid ok rather than blowing us away. Was nice to try and soak in the views but the food can be a little more exciting.

A must visit spot for oyster lovers and people who appreciate a great scenery. We enjoyed a quite lunch with 12 oysters, (mixed darylfella, pickled, Oliver, salsa verde) 3 small sides to share (pink snapper, beef ribs, snapper wings) Loved the wing taste, but its a messy eat Plus 2 G+T 2 leuwin whites $189 Great price for lovely food in the best spot

We spent an enjoyable time: tables with great view, welcoming service, very fresh oysters, inventive corn dip, fresh salad with quality parmesan and pears, great wine from Margaret River vineyards.

We, a group of 5, were looking for a resto on Labour Day afternoon and there were not a lot of choices. The food here were unexpectedly good given the location and price. Oysters - There were a variety of mix-and-match with oysters but we decided to take its originals. And they were fresh. (Maybe too small in size?) Frementle octopus - the beetroot could have been smaller size so to easily pair up with the flesh. But the combination with cream was delightful. Barra & chips - Even better than in Frementle! Prawn & chorizo casarecce - pasta was a slightly over-boiled. Prawns were nice and well seasoned. Goat cheese however was overpowering and not matching with the dish.

Very nice seafood, prawns from x mouth were amazing, calamari great, we ordered so much and everything was fantastic. Service was also really good and the view was amazing. Oysters were also very fresh and tasty, very impressed!!

Lots of variety of oyster. Ours were a tad smaller than expected for the price, but still tasty and fresh nonetheless. View was a bonus. Loved the oyster shots which was nice. Drinks came out rather late. Overall worth the experience if you haven't been here before
