Ridiculous queue to enter when almost empty (less than 50 people). There were more people in the queue! Takes approximately 15-20 minutes to get served at the bar by unfriendly bar staff and if you find you need to pee you need to leave the bar and queue up outside (30+mins) again to get back in! Music is so laid back we almost fell asleep.

Attended the Groove Bar last night for a friend's birthday. Bar staff were rude and looked like they had never stepped behind a bar before. There was Guinness on tap but not one of them had any idea how to pour it. There were 5 or 6 behind the bar but it still took an age to get a drink due to staffs lackadaisical attitude. Won't ne back in a hurry

Great place to go if you feel like being picked on by thug bouncers, overpriced drinks in a venue designed to strip you of your wealth. 👎 Better off staying home with your friends and family, saving your money, and having a nice BBQ and a few drinks without the drama.

I have been at casino for the last 9 yrs and I have never had a problem with anyone but today at around 3.00 am I was ordering a drink at grove bar and one of the waiters treated me so badly, I yelled at him like why treat me differently and he ran to call the security for me saying I did swear at him. I was so nice to him but he did not care about he did not seem to worry. The security came talked to me and asked me not order any drink at groove bar but I can use any other bar. I wasn't drunk or anything. My friend came over and she went to groove bar to get a drink, I followed her with the drink I ordered before and the same guy went to call security for me. They asked me to leave immediately, I said to them "wow" so you put staff first and customers last. The security manager said I'm doing my job. I left and took a taxi and I left my friend back. Honestly it was a very bad experience in my life. What I'm saying is they could have listened the story from both side, if they got the video they can upload

Our first night out for 2 years, no kids, the DJ sat on his chair and really didn't look all that interested. Busy chatting to his friend behind the desks. Such potential to have this place pumping

Cocktails are very weak can't even get drunk off it feels like they water it down cause you can't even taste even a little hint of alcohol , bought multiple drinks and will never do that again. Stick to pre-made or beer and straight shots. The place is also very dirty with empty drink glasses , bottles etc everywhere not very safe if someone decides to pick a fight and grab one of those to use as a weapon.

Went to the Groove bar at the Casino last night (Sunday night) and I was extremely disappointed by the music at the Groove bar. No words can describe how bad the DJ was. Apparently there has been a lot of complaints about how bad this DJ is to management. The Merriwell was closed too. Crown, you need to do better. Very reluctant to go back.

Who doesn't love getting loaded with booze on James Packers money and dancing the night away with the 90 year old Asian lady who cuts mean shapes all night long. Oh yeah, and Kenny echidna plays in the band.

If you want to dance with your partner forget it - its full of slime bags that just cant leave the girls alone. Shame as the live music is good and we all like to dance.

Great atmosphere, not enough chairs

Nightly band on at 9 pm to about 1am every night. Bar connected to main gaming area and has a good crowd and great dj's (Craig and Zel). Always land up there somehow, just good value.

Good cocktails. $3 cheaper than the the bar next door and tasted better. Not as busy either. If it is packed stand on the casino floor side and all the way to the right hand side of the bar. I was getting served with almost no wait time at all because everyone crowds towards the center.

The security guard called Fel has ruin my birthday tonight. I was dancing and i got kick out because someone complain the way i dance. The problem is he is so rude and i felt Uncomfortable with him. And he is ruining my birthday i hope he read this and i will never forget the way he treated me. He should be fired the way he treated me.

Band singing in Thursday and Friday, and Saturday DJ. These two weeks patrons mostly behaved so well. The dancing granny also dance well without patron to interrupt her because she put these notes out.
