Absolutely LOVE this joint despite stumbling on it haphazardly. I ordered the gnocchi and chicken & kale with a friend and it was absolutely SUPERB. For a bar, these guys can deliver above topnotch quality food. The gnocchi was so soft and fluffy, and I don't even like gnocchi which in itself is a testament to how good it was! Although the chicken & kale portion was quite small, it was still cooked so well and the kale was absolutely delicious. The chicken was perfect; their was no dryness and the sauce they used complimented it so well. An issue I usually have is chicken is too dry or too under cooked but lot twenty have nailed it.

Melissa was in contact with me to organise the event, she was incredibly helpful, patient and made the process as stress-free as possible. Thank you, Melissa! On the night, Aimee, our function coordinator/server, went above and beyond to ensure that everyone was looked after. Aimee talked us through the beverage menu, gave recommendations, and made the ordering process so easy. On the whole, she took away the stress of hosting an event and made our night so enjoyable and special. Thank you, Aimee, you're a superstar! We ordered a few trays of beef brisket sliders, pork belly bites, and dumplings - all of which looked, and more importantly, tasted incredible. The cocktails were amazing, and the staff were all so kind, caring, and attentive. Overall, Lot Twenty has a wide range of options for functions/events so you can really tailor the experience to suit your individual needs. I highly recommend choosing them to host your next event or even just popping in for a casual drink/bite to eat. Thanks to everyone that helped make our night so special!

We were a group of 5 and had the BEST time learning to make cocktails. Gary was instructive & entertaining at the same time...will take other mates for a great night out.

We went to Lot20 to celebrate my GF's bday. It was a fruitful event. We ordered the happy hour oysters, wings, mac and cheese, steak and gnocchi. I've ordered the Brookvale union ginger beer my all time favourite that Lot20 offers. The bartender also made a virgin banoffee cocktail for my girlfriend. The food was good and we will return again.

We had an outstanding experience when on our Hidden Tours Gin Walking Tour. Made to feel more then welcome and with fabulous personalised service. I had my 21st birthday at Lot Twenty and they couldn’t have done a better job. Highly organised and were able to accomodate to all of my requests. Staff are amazing and they offer really nice drinks and cocktails. Will definitely be back

Great location close to train station for easy access and a lovely venue. Comfortable with a good vibe and able to enjoy the warm hospitality from the friendly staff. You can relax and enjoy good conversation whilst enjoying the range of food and drinks without having to compete with the volume of the bustle of the city. Definitely worth a visit .

Very relaxed outdoor setting. It was exactly what we needed after a long day at work. Nice food options and the drinks offerings were interesting. Only downer was a lack of sugar free non al options. Although the bar staff came up with a creative solution using what they had. So not bad outcome

I must say, on reading the menu I was thinking, o just another ‘modern Australian’ restaurant.... so I thought I’d give it a go only since it’s open.. Let me say, once I found the venue... it’s a little hidden if you’re looking for it on William street head towards the art gallery down that off shoot road... The food was amazing! The waiter!! His suggestions were spot on! Cannot wait to come back here again on another Thursday night to have the bottle of wine special again, and to try the Camembert dish that was sold out. 10/10, 100% will be returning

Stopped in to Bar Twenty for a cheeky after work drink. We were waited on by Aiden who went out of his way to take care of us. We drank great wine and enjoyed delicious food. Cannot recommend Bar Twenty enough. (Thank you Aiden!)

I booked an area at lot 20 for my birthday. I booked the area for 7pm so I arrived at 6:45pm. Not only was the area not set up but it took 20 minutes to get the staffs attention. After finally getting the bar staffs attention they spent the next 20 minutes cleaning and moving other people and tables around in the area I booked. Finally sitting down at around 7:30. Not that it really mattered because half way through my event other customers were constantly walking through and sitting down in my poorly signed area. We spent ages waiting at the bar for drinks due to cocktail courses taking up the entire bar and the staff were constantly arguing and didn’t look like they wanted to be there at all. I would recommend going somewhere else.

Very nice little dive bar in Northbridge, Western Australia off of William Street to enjoy a few local craft beers. Wish they had a slightly larger selection of craft beers, though. I can't say anything for the food, because I didn't have any. This restaurant has outdoor seating, as well as indoor seating... not to mention that there are some nice murals on the outside of the building. I would come back here again next time I'm in Australia.

Came here twice. Food and service was good. Definitely recommend the ribs, wings, croquettes and fries. Atmosphere is at its best on weekdays after work hours as the sun sets and everyone comes in after work. The second time we came at night and the lights weren't working right so it was quite dimly lit.

Such a great place. Friendly staff, great drinks, the best fries I have ever had in my life. I don’t understand how they can be so good. It’s ridiculous. Absolutely recommend the Tom Collins and the Gin Bramble too.

Amazing lil bar. We went for the cocktail class and even though it was a busy night, Gary took his time explaining each drink and how to make it. Well worth it The beer Garden outside is cosy and will be pumping during the summer months.

Nice hidden spot. Cool decor. Great staff. Chef had a slight hiccup with the food and made sure to let the front of house staff know that was acknowledged before we left. Will be back.

Popped in here for a quick drink and snack, before attending a theatre performance. Very friendly staff and nice chill atmosphere. We LOVED the Dutch Fries, daughter said best fries she has ever had!! Nice find by my wife. Cheers 🍻

I can’t recommend Lot Twenty enough to host your next event. I had my 30th birthday here in May 22 and it was just amazing. Everything was absolutely perfect, the staff, the food, the drinks and the atmosphere. Couldn’t have asked for a better venue! The staff at Lot Twenty before, during and after the the event were so helpful and made the process very easy and stress free. Which is important when organising an event. I look forward to going back to this fabulous small bar very soon. Thank you again to the Lot Twenty team, we all had the best night and was definitely a night to remember 🍷 💃🏼

I attended this venue as part of a private function. The venue was very clean and looked very nice. The customer service was exceptional and the food great. The bar didn't have a great variety for beers and cider which was my one disappointment. Other than that, an amazing venue for future functions

Visited lot 20 last night during a gin walking Hidden deTour last night. Great venue with a lot of history. Haigh - one of the owners gave us a good in site into gin cocktails. Magic outdoor area in the right weather and different spots inside. We will be back for another bottle of the Spanish rose’

Recently had my 40th birthday celebrations at Lot Twenty. Perfect venue! Even with the venue at capacity with 2 other functions, the drinks were quick and the food we pre-ordered was awesome! Have been back several times since and recommend to friends for their birthdays

Lot twenty is a great vibe for an outdoors cocktail… or two ;) Aiden went above and beyond to give us an experience unmatched to any Perth bar I’ve ever been to. We’ve never come across such incredible customer service, you’d want to hope Aiden is there at your next visit. We will be back soon! Five stars!!!!

Attended the cocktail making class at Lot 20. It was so much fun and well worth the money. Have visited the venue multiple times as well as hiring an area for a 40th. Great place to grab a drink or a cheese platter 😊
