    Walked into the William St store and tried to order just a large takeaway sweet potato fries in person after work. Was told I needed to download the QR code and order online. I don't want to have to keep loading my credit card on apps everywhere, so I just said can I just pay by credit card, not order through the app. After some back and forth, yes. When my chips arrived they were all smooshed together, not crispy - like they were thrown in boiling water, not a fryer. I've ordered this same product at Nando's Morley and it was delish! Nando's William St - your product was disappointing. Buyers you are warned!

    Nando's is nice as soon as you walk in the fruit smells very nice no masks requirements a table sitting is available inside only QR codes are available at the counter ready for ordering wheelchair accessibility is available very nice atmosphere. Great foodie you place #onGoogleMaps, #LocalGuides

    I went in and want to put an order for take away. A staff standing right behind the cashier with nothing to do but she can't put my order through as she said I need to scan the code and order myself through my phone. I told her I am not very good on computer technical things. She did not help. So I have to leave. What kind of system Nandos has?? You are discriminating on the people not good on internet technique. How about the older generation.? That is Not good at all. And Bad customer service. Very rude.

    One of the worst experiences ever peri peri wild burnt chicken. I’ve been served with burned food, literally could smell the bones burnt inside the box. Have taken it back to the store, instead of accepting the mistake I have been served rudely by the rep. I wish anyone could have smelled it. Definitely need to change the attitude towards customers.

    A good African food restaurant in CBD of Perth. I had peri peri chicken that is a traditionally made with whole chicken or bone-in chicken marinated in Peri Peri sauce. It tastes delicious and I really liked it. Keep in mind that it is a bit spicy.

    Having eaten at one too many Nando’s over the years, this one has most definitely been the best one I’ve eaten at yet. It’s hardly an exaggeration to say that the chicken was perfectly filleted and basted in the signature Nando’s sauce. If you’ve had a bad experience with another Nando’s out there, this is where redemption lies. A solid 10/10 for me!

    I just want to say this is the first bad experience I have had at this Nando’s. Firstly when we arrived we wanted just to order at the counter and they said that we couldn’t they wanted us to do it though the QR code. We explained that we just wanted to do it at the counter cause it would be easier. They ignored us. The manager had AirPods in and was being so rude and unprofessional.

    Employees are friendly and welcoming, however the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially tables and chairs, are not up to standard. Food is good and compared to other Nando’s, they serve the food, plates and cutlery instead of selbe serve. Toilets are in need of a clean too.

    Tables not cleared, floors dirty with food. No access to napkins or cutlery. Poor customer service. Was told to order at table using QR code. Drinks weren't bought out or offered until meals were ready. Food took way too long to come out considering all other customers had meals before I had ordered.

    A mid-to-high end fast food chain with actually good fries and chicken that tastes like chicken. I like being able to order through the app for convenient pick-up, but I don't appreciate having the app as the only possibility for pick-up. Passed by and thought I could give it a try but didn't wanna dine in, and they didn't let me do take away order up front. Maybe it was just that staff who didn't want to.

    The chicken they serve is excellent, regardless of what dish it's in. Most of the rest of any meal is fairly mediocre. Spiciness is perfectly pitched with different levels, accommodating for pretty much all preferences. Service is helpful and friendly.

    Waited 30mins to get my order, it was busy but... I ordered large peri peri chips, instead I got extremely old sweet potato chips. I could not eat that and threw it in the bin.. The chips are pretty overpriced being close to $9 already but serving (wrong) and old chips is a bit much..

    We dined in for dinner. The ambience was good. Service was good. The food presentation was great but the taste wasn’t upto the same standard. Loved the fact that they serve a variety of sauces for free. Over all the food was ok.

    Probably worse nando's I've ever been to. Food is okay, but workers are rude. At 9.30, I wasnt allowed to order food when they literally just took an order right before me (even though I only wanted to get chips and tenders). Been here multiple times, always left unsatisfied with the customer service. Do better.

    Literally go anywhere else Food took over 20 mins to prepare. Everyone else waiting received their food and others who ordered after to me with larger orders. When I asked the manager kept saying it's coming and that I can "just wait" It came out cold and was mushy and gross When I went to say something I was told "you got your food didn't you" and walked off Finally got back to the office and the extras I paid for weren't in there.

    $18 for a chicken burger and regular chips. This wouldn’t be more palatable if there was some effort put into the food. What we’re talking here is a basic Woolworths bun, not toasted, cheap iceberg lettuce and a chicken breast. Night and day difference to when you step across 20m to go to ‘Ribs n Burgers’ and get one of their chicken burgers …for substantially less. Then we have the service, dismal. Staff are unfriendly and untimely. It took 25 minutes for my simple lunch order to come out when I came before the lunch rush. Objectively, this Nandos is pathetic. Avoid this place (and Nandos in general), there are a lot better options out there.

    The meal was predictable good Nandos quality. We were so pleased to find something open for dinner on a public holiday in Perth and happy to have stumbled on it. The staff were polite and friendly and despite having a small staff on board the meals came out quickly and were all delicious. It's been a while since I lasted visited Nandos but after this experience I'll be sure to go back soon

    Nando's William St is a very busy restaurant, the waiting time for either takeaway or dine in can be up to 45 minutes! The reason is because of the volume of orders through Uber eats, doordash, etc... Therefore, it is a moderately loud atmosphere. The service is different every time. Sometimes is nice sometimes not. The food varies but overall chips are the best option. The prices have gone up recently because of the cost of living as everything is rising. No cash is accepted in there. Thanks

    I love Nando's and this store is always very clean and polished cutlery. They don't have the option to have extra basing on the chicken which is a bit disappointing. I waited 45 minutes for my meal tonight which was meant to be a quick grab n go, although I can't rate on that given its purely a staffing issue in Australia and the girls did the best they can with what they had to work with.

    Being in the middle of the city this is very busy. Have a good seating area at the back. Wait time is really long during lunch time. About 30-40 mins. Option of ordering online for dine in would help. Now only available for take away and delivery. Cooking Quality could improve a lot. Asked for extra basting in Paella and they advised me to mix sauce !

    We waited nearly an hour for our food, we originally asked for dine in but instead asked for take away. Fair enough that's complicated by itself so we understood a bit more of a wait. When we received our food, the first 2 orders were take away but the last 2 were dine in so we had to send them back to be take away. We finally received them again and they had forgotten my drink and a fork for my salad. I asked politely if I could get my drink and a fork to take with me, and the server who brought me my drink was rude and shoved the cutlery into my take away bag, in which there were 10 knives and 4 spoons.

    absolutely appalling customer service, I have visited multiple times and every time we have received horrible customer service so it must simply be the training that the employees get. They never provide any napkins or cutlery no matter how much or what you order, and the employees simply dump the food onto the table without saying a word about what is what and just walk away in silence. Last time I visited the young lady gave me my chocolate mousse (we were sitting outside), I politely asked if we were able to get 2 spoons to eat the mousse and she replied “we’re understaffed, you have to get up and go inside to get your cutlery yourself.” Even though she came outside again multiple times giving other tables their food. How difficult is it to pick up 2 spoons and bring them along with the other food you bring? Please retrain your staff. Very disappointed

    Awful experience here on saturday evening. Ordered a vegetarian chicken pitta which arrived with all the special vegetarian stickers but turned out to be chicken! I didn't realise until I had bitten into it. Obviously very unimpressed, I complained to the staff and they didn't seem to care, not apologising once. I then had to wait for ages for my meal to be re-prepared and then they forgot to bring over the drink I had paid extra for! The staff were extremely rude to my friends also when they were unable to use the QR code system to order and forgot to bring over parts of their meals also. Not a good first experience at Nando's in Australia and will definitely not be returning to this particular branch in the future.

    Worst place ever for dining in. The staff lost my order which was a simple chicken wrap and made me wait for the whole hour for it. In the end I requested a refund and didn't receive my order at all. It's interesting how long i would wait if I didn't follow up? So working day with no lunch. None of the staff members have apologised either. Highly recommend to avoid dining in at Nandos. Sounds like they are unable to serve customers

    It’s delicious and I would’ve given five stars but no Serviet’s and no plastic fork… Where do they think I’m taking this away to and do I eat with my hands? Good thing I travel with my own and maybe it’s a cultural thing? I guess you have to ask for them? Maybe ask before you go?

    Paid $18.45 for a dinner half chicken peri peri and the homus with pita. Homas was a small amount in a cardboard box instead of the regular tub as pictured. Ripped off

    This Nando’s is such a disappointment, they don’t offer extra basting when asked and during peak hour at lunchtime prepare to wait 30+ minutes for your order!! Eat somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

    A store with poor planning. There is always 25-30 min wait time during lunch time. I headed at 11:55am to avoid the rush, still was asked to wait 25-30 min. Couldn't wait that long, so walked out without eating. They should improve on planning well to meet the rush hour demand.
