Tucked away on Pier Street Perth (not the city side) this is a great place for breakfast. There’s a good selection on the menu and most should find something they like. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was pretty busy with people ordering coffee. We didn’t have to wait long for our Big Breakfast. It was a huge serving. Everything on the plate was cooked well except the tomatoes which needed a bit longer. The little sausages (chorizo flavour) were delicious. Eggs were cooked perfectly. There’s ticket street parking out front.

Terrific service from manager and staff who go above and beyond to cater for our walking group “On My Feet” on a weekly basis. Always friendly with yummy food and sensational coffee. Thanks so much for making our visits such a wonderful time. 🙏👣

The Fish and Mash tasted good. So does the Fried Chicken and Mash about 17 dollars for a main

The food and coffee is great but they tend to forget/get too busy and burn the toasties.

Great breakfast options and quick on the go options .. price is very reasonable too.

Beautiful breakfast (eggs Benedict with bacon) latte and a beautiful freshly made juice. Friendly vibe, great food, beautifully presented salads etc in the display. My second visit here but, won't be my last 😁

I've been to this Cafe several times over the past fortnight. The coffee is consistently good, and the large coffee is truly large. The service is speedy and the food is good. The 'Classic burger' is especially tasty, lots of ketchup & mustard. There is currently 2 specials: I, large coffee & toasted sandwich $10.00 2. Large coffee & muffin $7:50. Both great value options, but the muffins tend to be sold out (I tried ordering twice at 10:30am). That's a small gripe. Worth a visit.

Housed in the post apocolyptic wasteland that is east Perth this hipster lunch venue is everything you could want from a hotted up version of the lunch bar of old. Although rustic and auspiciously marketed, the price will leave some scratching their heads at the inconsistencies between similar items. The muffins must be laced with gold at the prices they charge and the paninis were dressed to im-press. Overall a nice lunch experience, but unlikely to be an everyday venue.

Lovely ambience. BUT when they serve you a large latte and its the size of everyone elses regular yet they still charge for a large. And the regular is the small. Buyer beware as they say

Bought a sandwich for lunch in Brookfield Place. Lovely friendly helpful service, generous filling and fresh, fresh, fresh. Reasonable price. I'd rate 5 stars but unfortunately the shredded lettuce was sitting in a bowl of iced water so what went into the sandwich made the bread quite soggy. Not too soggy to eat though.

Great food but good hygiene isn't always practiced. After employee pushed buttons and handled efpos machine she went to mix a salad with her hands in a bowl without changing the gloves she had on, the machine is filthy too. I have noticed this on a number of occasions, handling efpos machine and not changing gloves afterwards. They should always put fresh ones on or take them off before handling.

Went around lunchtime and got the waffles and a freshly squeezed juice. Both were delicious! Huge range of food and drinks available and good service.

Usually good food at good prices. Today i grabbed a salad with their chicken schnitzel $14.50. Lady grabs teo tiny pieces of chicken so i asked her to add another piece of schnitzel. She adds another tiny piece of chicken it and tells me the total is $23.50.. apparently extra small piece of chicken is $9!!! I have no issues paying for extra meat but at $9 what a rip off!

food is great with different selections for breakfast lunch and after work drinks. They forgot my order and waited 10 to 15 minutes. they know how to Resolve and give value to customers since they offer me a token after I complained. (not a sincere apology from a lady but still they tried.)

Such a great cafe. Huge variety of reasonably priced take away options that are all delicious. Good for dine in too, including a nice big outdoor area for some sunshine. I visit daily and the staff are always lovely.

Genuinely the best coffee I have ever had, was in the area for work training and ended up going there 3 times in a single day!

I bought a groupon voucher where it said I could get a meal upto $22, I ordered $14.50 dish and the serving I got was half of what I usually get when I pay for the dish!! You need to train your staff better the lady who was serving me was rude and spoke in a condescending manner, when I asked her about the serving size. Was a regular but never coming back!!

They were at the last hour of the day so roll was a little tough the staff were great and let us stay until the final hour. Have been before and lunch was excellent.

Quick work day lunch with sis, choice was wow, reasonably priced, we had a pulled pork roll for about $10, a salad for about 14, and a curry n rice about the same, portions were generous, food was fresh and on point, service was great and trendy place to dine in, loved it, can't wait to go again, highly recommend. Rare gem.

The Cutting Board is a wonderful Gem we recently discovered. Very fresh and tasty food.

This place is near to where I work and the service is friendly, the coffee is good and th eating options extensive. Large coffees are $4 which is a good price and the coffees are good. There is also a good range of morning tea and lunch foods at reasonable prices. The serves are large, the flavours good and the options wide and varied. This is not the place to go if you want a simple sandwich but if you want a nice lunch and plenty of it, head this way.

Was looking forward to picking up a coffee on the way to my next sales call and remembered the Cutting board from when I used to work nearby- sadly at 1pm they had already run out of lactose free milk and I couldn’t get that coffee after all. Come on guys- what about some uht long life milk for emergencies??
