This occurred on the 20th of April 2023, and I have the appropriate documentation to prove it (i.e. communications with pizza hut's head office, call logs and surveillance footage): I placed a relatively VERY SMALL delivery order (one pepperoni lovers personal pan pizza , a lava cake and two can cokes) through their website, I live UNDER 8 MINUTES AWAY from this place and the estimated delivery time was half an hour, which is fine. After about 35 minutes and nothing arriving, I tried calling, but no one picks up their phone. I called a total an absurd amount of times and NO ONE PICKS UP FROM THIS LOCATION FROM THIS EXPERIENCE, THEY DO NOT PICK UP THEIR PHONE. When calling and getting the automated phone response, it had said my order was being prepared, 40 minutes after from the initial order time, it said it was being dispatched, 50 minutes after the initial order time, it said it had arrived (even though nothing was delivered), an hour after the initial order time, it said it was in dispatch AGAIN... nothing was consistent and I couldn't get to anyone at this store on the phone. After an hour and some many minutes had passed into placing the order, I gave up and decided to drive to the store to see where in the world my relatively SMALL order was after all this time; and could you believe it.... I arrived there almost an hour and a half after ordering, and JUST as I arrive there they tell me the driver just got to my house... I told him there to tell the driver to just put it on the table next to my door. And guess what... WHEN I GET BACK WHERE DO I FIND THE ORDER? THE DELIVERY DRIVER PUT IT ON THE DIRT, OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE! WHEN I OPENED THE PIZZA IT WAS GRACED WITH THE PRESCENCE OF ANTS AND I HAD TO THROW IT OUT. I have security cameras at my house to show that the driver put it there and I also took photos of the pizza that I came back to. I provided this evidence to Pizza Hut's support and they refunded me after review, nothing else was offered and after this joke of an experience, which months later I'm still annoyed about, I've pretty much stopped ordering from here regularly, which I used to do so much for pickup in the past. 0/10 I would highly recommend you stay away from this place and I implore that Pizza Hut takes a close look at this abhorrent store.

I wrote on pizza hut australia but nobody replied. After eating almost all the pizza without paying attention, i realized the sausage was with the packaging baked. Its a painted plastic wrap not just a skin. Not happy to see that

A little lite on toppings. Next time I get pizzas from Innaloo or Belmont, I'll post pictures for comparison. Imagine your children waiting for pizzas at home, full of anticipation and see these when they open the boxes...

This is quite busy place it's right hart of the city no mask requirements you can order straight away dine in or take away wheelchair accessible is very easy prices are very moderate #onGoogleMaps, #LocalGuides.

Terrible!! Pizza was soggy, and the Creamy Prawn Alfredo Pasta had only two very small prawns on top that tasted old! (not what it looked like from the photo) I usually love Pizza hut but the Perth branch is definitely a place to avoid!!

The workers are really lacking quality control skills. Gobsmacked they’d let something like this even leave the store.

But your pizza delivery guy gave my pizza to a homeless crackhead last night outside fraser suites when i was coming down the kift to get it, only way i was to get it off him was to fight him. Tried calling both the store and delivery driver back and neither would answer. Ridiculous service

I usually prefer Pizza hut for Pizzas. It would be always great but this time Pizza tastes so bad. Especially it is so watery. Crust seems watery. Overall Unsatisfied....

Worst service... English is clearly not their 1st language, I had to repeat everything twice. I actually had to ask if the guy even worked there as he was clearly not interested or very knowledgeable. The $7 value pizzas are hidden from the menu unless you ask for them and even then there rubbish. Most of the other pizzas are extremely expensive for what they are... It's just a terrible shop and clearly relies on delivery. Also it doesn't take Amex which makes me wonder what other cost cutting corners they are making... Just Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Bought wings under the wingstreet brand on uber eats. Was really bad would not get again. Paid $20 for below average chicken nuggets pretty much. Barely any sauce on top of the wings, I wanted saucy wings like advertised but they were just dry and tasteless chicken nuggets. and they forgot the ranch I ordered. Definitely won't order again.

Very bad service and will neber recommend. Ordered 3 pizza out of which 2 were nearly burnt and soggy sides. Only thing which was in shape was the drink because it's pre-packaged or I think it would have been the same.

decent the pizzas are just ok there mac and cheese and pasta dishes along with the wings are amazing this store does have some flaws from time to time i wanted to try the vegan magum they brought me anormal magum saying they had run outta the vegan kind luckly im only apart time vegan but if a person was a real vegan it could of been anightmare they will have to relly fix that issue

One Lady Works there in sales always shouting and did one order did not deliver when I go there they says wrong number provided by my side and I ask her can you call on the number provided by me and she called and my phone start ringing now what should I do ..? Instead of giving me full refund and just given me my order which is made at 2pm and I was there at 4pm. Such a amazing service...

Had placed an order 3 days in advance for it to be delivered at 12PM, then called to have time changed to 11:45am and was told no worries delivery time has been changed. 11:50am rolled round with no delivery.. then 12pm and then 12:15pm - called and asked where my delivery was as its now half hour late and they tell me it still hasnt left the store. 12:25pm rolls round and the pizza is delivered and cold..

Easily the worst costumer service I’ve ever had!!!! We were told it would be a 10 minute wait. It ended up being a 40 minute wait. When we finally got handed over the final 2 pizzas, the lady dropped the pizza box on her way to the counter. Instead of immediately putting a new pizza in the oven, they just put that order all the way in the end of the line again. When we got the new pizza: it came in a dirty box, full of sauce on the outside of the box!! To top it all off: we got 2 pizzas with the wrong dough. After asking for correct ones, instead of apologizing for the mistake, she started arguing about it 🤦‍♀️ eventually, they made 2 new pizzas with the right dough, but that order too ended up at the end of the order-line. We could finally head back home... after a 1 hour & 30 minutes wait! 🤯🤯 No sorry, no nothing!! Customer service 0!! And a heap of cold pizzas 🤦‍♀️

Horrible customer service, some of their staff shouldn't be allowed near the phone. won't be going back obviously, but I'm still chasing the $10 I paid for the ice cream that was never delivered. Still waiting for the manager to call me back so I thought this would be a good reminder and feedback.

Good if you get the pizza cheap. Wanted to say I think the staff do well considering I saw a friendly attendant be verbally abused about the crust size being too large. It seemed to me more than acceptable to me. Was handled well.

Lunch time on thursday. No personal pan dough, no normal coke, no serviettes, ended up with buying a pasta deal for $13.40. Online says $12.95, she said that's a ph in price, not in store price, so I could have phoned in to watch and hear her answer the phone to save 45c, what a joke.. We need a Domino's in the cbd.

Ordered delivery. Delivery guy didn’t bring my whole order. Said to wait for 5 mins and he would bring me the missing item. Took 30 mins to come back and still bought the wrong flavour of ice cream.

Took us a long time to wait (just chicken wings and garlic bread for almost 45mins) They accumulated a lot of orders that have been done but not care about customers who are waiting to pick up And we tried so hard to wait for a chance to ask coz I saw my order have done but they just don’t called the name lol (doesn’t make sense to us)

The service here is appalling. Didn’t even bother greeting me. After I said the first item I wanted, he responded by yelling “that’s it?”. He basically was giving me one worded prompts. What happened to customer service? He was lovely to the people in front of me though, maybe didn’t like the way I looked. I’m not even from Perth but I thought Perth had warm, lovely people and the way I was treated today, I definitely would never return here. I think some training on basic customer service is needed. The garlic bread was rock solid as well. Couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed.

I order hot & spicy chicken large size but they gave me small size beside that there was not proper slice it seems like it is taken out one slice from the middle. the size and cutting of pizza was so uneven.anybody can recognize the slice of pizza is missing. So bad experience.

Generic pizza hut. Bulk Junk! Location is good, and take out works 1 hour more than closing time. I hope they open more branches near maylands. -1 for “no delivery” option in maylands.

Food quality was so bad. We ordered chicken supreme, there was no chicken on 3-4 pieces, and asked for double chilli flakes, but no chilli flakes was there.

Ordered a vegan cheese pizza for my daughter, came quick, delivery even up to our apartment. She loved it.

Delivery took over 1 hour. Ordered 2 large sides of chips, they weren't even half empty, combined didn't make one full box. Pizza's were cold and pasta seem a bit off, ended up throwing it in the rubbish bin.

Literally the most unprofessional outlet I have encountered in many years. I am not sure what has happened to pizza hut, when they employ staff as rude and unprofessional as this outlet. Just use uber eats. It will cost you the same, if not less, you will get the food quicker, and hopefully you won't have to deal with the goblins that manage this store.

Never got our food and after trying numerous times to contact them, they’ve also refuse to answer any of my calls and have just stated ‘you have got your order’. I paid $70 for food we’ve never received. Stay away from this place, they’re rude and clearly don’t understand English. Customer service is terrible. Currently have a case open with the complaints team. Would leave 0 stars if that was an option
