Friendly staff, freshly cooked delicious food accompanied by a great view. I could not fault a single thing. The price was worth it given the quality of the food and the location. Ample free parking is available. The Halloumi Salad and Fish and chips were both great. The salad that accompanied the fish was not just an afterthought, it too had great flavour and the fish was not oily.

An interesting menu. Loved the cob bread but disappointed in the duck entree. A little bland for my taste. $10 for a bottle of sparkling water was a bit much BUT the ambience and the view made up for it.

Really enjoyed my meal here! Salmon, croquettes & Squid were really good! Champagne with the view of the beach. It was really busy when we arrived but they were able to get us a seat by the window. Will definitely be back!

We had a 9 head family dinner here that was a special occasion. The staff responsible for our service were most obliging and friendly. The food quality was great and the evening one to remember. Thank you all at Hamptons.

Me and my husband went at Hamptons City Beach to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both were looking forward with our dining experience since it was recommended by a friend and when we search for best seafood restaurant it was included in the list. When we got there we were amazed by how the restaurant looks. It's nice inside and it has a stunning view of the beach. The menu was great too and we both were starving reading on it. Staff were nice and quick service. We don't have to wait for a long time for our foods to be served. The foods were well presented. However, I gave it a 3 as I find that they could have done better with the flavours most especially with my hubby's seafood pasta. We both felt that its the same taste like the ones we made at home. For my food order, it was a hit and a miss. The salmon was cooked perfectly and its skin was crunchy. However I find the taste bland. Maybe a bit of herbs and spices or a drop of lemon juice. I enjoyed the black rice that its paired with and I like the idea that it's mixed with vegetables. As for starters, we had the calamari and it was spot on!! 👌 It was fresh and cooked with perfection. Very good service and food was not bad.

Had a dinner here with a party of 8! The food and drinks were lovely, but I was extremely disappointed by the staff and service. The dinner felt very rushed in the beginning with multiple people urging us to order though my party had just sat down maybe 5-10 minutes prior. They also struggled to get our dishes to us, walking our orders over to different tables/around the restaurant until I called them over myself. They forgot parts of our order and didn’t even offer us the dessert menu unless I asked them myself. Overall, I felt that the food was pretty well seasoned and was served pretty quickly after ordering, but the experience of dining here itself was frustrating.

Wow, wow, wow!! What an incredible place to enjoy a meal and drinks. The location is absolutely stunning. Set on City Beach overlooking the spectacular ocean. The drinks menu is huge and the martinis were most enjoyable. The food is tasty and so well presented. We had a few entree dishes but will definitely try a main next time. The pork belly looked incredible and the fellow diners stated it was delicious. The staff are professional and super helpful. One of the best places I've visited for a while. Great ambience!

Very good place for casual or special occasion. I have been here for friends gathering. We had a table outside so we can enjoy the ocean view. Basically, you can enjoy the ocean view from the most of the tables they have because of its location. Sometimes, it’s hard to find to have both of the view, atmosphere and quality of food. However, Food from here was absolutely good. Good portion. Service was nice as well!

The most favorable restaurant for me. I like the experience and the vibe. Service was great and staff members were very friendly and smiling. I can't wait to visit the restaurant again. Food was delicious and full of tastes. Thank you for the fabulous time we spent here.

We got there by 3pm, after peak hours for lunch; therefore lots of nice seats available. Seating at the balcony looking over the sea with the perfect weather - so nice! My afogato looks fancied with very nice coffee. My husband is happy with his cheese cake and flat white! What more I can ask for! Promise to be back another day!

Food was just OK, under cooked risotto and over cooked chicken. Service was nice but had to flag servers down for new drinks. Location and atmosphere great though

I've been to the Hamptons several times over the years for family dinners with about 12 to 16 people. The service and food have varied, but we've always enjoyed our visits. While there is definite room for improvement, it's a great spot to gather the family; my cousin's children and elderly grandparents have always been welcome.

Went there on a Friday afternoon , had a quick and great service . Nice seat on the terrace and great food , good taste and nice fried Frish. The portion was great value for the money paid

It really should be socially acceptable to start with dessert. Chocolate brownie for him, Pannacotta for me. Because of the rule that if there’s Pannacotta on the menu I must have it. It’s a rule. Didn’t get a photo of the Roo for mains (it was perfect) but the scallops looked so pretty they got a shot. Gorgeous location for our end of year work function, thanks for a lovely lunch 🌸

Dropped by on father's day, the place was buzzing. Had a bit of an upper-class feel to it, wasn't as welcoming as I would of imagined. Staff were friendly enough and polite. The food was great, slightly on the higher side considering we were sitting in the lounge.

Such a nice vibe in this place, near the beach and if you’re lucky, can sit outside with a gorgeous view. The food was nice and so were the staff that were fairly busy on a Sunday Brekky time. Our coffees did take like 40 mins but I give them the benefit of the doubt as it can happen

Love everything we ordered, food came out fairly quick. Their pizza is unexpectedly good, even my picky toddler love it. Salmon & the beef fillet were both beautifully cooked, love the potatoes which goes with both dishes. Great outdoor seating area, there is also a little playground next to the alfresco.

Such a beautiful location with incredible views. We had dinner for 3. Service wasn’t great , food was just okay. I had the roast cauliflower which was very soft and uninspired. It looked nice though!

Friendly staff, not crowded when we arrived but we had made reservations (6pm). Food itself looked and tasted lovely. Will definitely be back.

Food and drinks were delicious. We had oysters kilpatrick the sauce was abit to thick tasted more like BBQ than worcestershire, chorizo sausage was lovely. We both got the pork belly for our mains beautiful presentation! Tasted amazing. Only problem is the crackle was hard to cut/break. Mine was alittle soft. For dessert my partner had the brownie & I had the panna cotta both beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The cocktails were lovely to. Beautiful view!! Also the stuff could definitely wear a smile some of them seemed very unhappy.

Speed in more than a few times for breakfast with friends and family. Coffee is good, breakfast options are reasonable and delicious. Service is prompt and the view is great. They also have a take away Bar for a coffee if you're on the run.

Recently visited for lunch and it was busy and somewhat hectic but we were welcomed promptly and seated quickly. Service is efficient, could not really fault the staff except maybe they could smile a bit? I know this is a very minor quibble. Meals came out quickly, but the food was very good and we both enjoyed our meals. The views are beautiful looking over the beach, they really do have a wonderful location. For dessert my wife had the Hampton mess which she enjoyed, unfortunately my carrot cake was a bit stale. All in all though, an enjoyable visit and would be happy to return again.

Beautifully presented dishes. The smoked duck entree was divine! Love the gluten free options available.
