If you had to put 0 on the 1 - 5 scale of eating experiences, this KFC is it. Stale chips that tastes like they've been sitting over night and just as cold to back it up, burger was poorly thrown together and wrapped up without an ounce of care, the pigeons in the restaurant are a fine piece of entertainment for the long waits, and the drinks are watered down syrup that are flat when it gets to you. The tables, counters and floors are disgusting. The staff have a dint care attitude, the manager would rather call from.out the back to deal with an issue than actually come to the front to deal with a customer. I completely understand this is a place in Northbridge where people often come when they're drunk for a feed, but it would be nice not needing to be absolutely hammered to enjoy eating here. Save your money, go literally anywhere else in WA rather than here.

Hands down the worst KFC I've ever had, I ordered from this store twice and each time there were missing items. My latest delivery had 3 missing items worth over $15. The food wasn't great at all, felt bad for the poor chooks that ended up in this restaurant. The only reason they are still in business is because of their location.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order. The restaurant was very dirty. I can't imagine how the kitchen in this restaurant can still be very dirty. The employees lack of cleanliness and organization, a lack of professionalism, of all its employees, others who discuss in a corner while there were many people waiting for their order. very poorly organized. Very dirty restaurant. No properties and restaurants must have someone to check if the kitchen is really clean, because I'm afraid that the chicken we eat is also dirty

After a huge disappointment in Dogswamp, after a bad experience in Maylands, this KFC in cbd was a last hope but now it's official: there is NO KFC IN PERTH. The manager there seems to be the only person who working and trying to make others to work but their careless behaviors are stronger. They giving take-away bags even for dine-in because they don't have trays, they giving no napkins because they don't have them but can offer you an alcohol swabs but only if you ask. I'm not even talking about the fact that I've got potato gravy instead of potato chips because of mishearing of the teller and no cutlery to eat it. But simply look at this poor chicken and compare it to what it used to be and how it looks in commercial and on the menu:

Ordered the Zinger burger with cheese and bacon but made the mistake of requesting jalapeno mayo. What I received five minutes later was more like, 'would you like some Zinger burger with your mayo'. It was swimming in mayo! A shame because the chicken was tender and juicy but the crisp was obliterated and the roll disintegrated. I needed about ten napkins and wipes to de-mayo my hands! Mayo dispenser malfunction? If so might have been better service to discard the bun etc. and start assembling again. Ah well...

Really bad food, bad taste, old oil smelling food, really too much place and I have ordered the exact menu and I would get food from different subjects. French fries is old and cold.. I do not recommend to anyone.

Yesterday I ordered the “cheap as chips” meal and lo and behold 4 pieces of chicken out of 8 were missing.. also one of my sauces. No Bueno. Normally I would calmly continue living my life and perhaps put it down to the fact that staff are busy at this time of year. But alas! 3 out of 4 times I’ve ordered food from this restaurant there has been missing and or incorrect items. That’s a 25% success rate. Come on KFC do better.

Took ages to be served and even longer for the food to be ready which was far from fresh when I received it. There was so many people in there I was just glad to be out. Not worth complaining about just happy to be out of the tiny space with so many people in it 😕

Avoid at all costs, venue is haven for Perth's homeless and indigenous to gather and abuse everyone. The food is an absolute disgrace as is the cleanliness and total lack of basic hygiene.

Got here at 8:30pm staff were bright, cheerful and respectful. Food was to be expected from KFC. Delivery though was a bit slow for a quietish night 10 mins for 2 items.

Ordered online through their app. Estimated delivery at 12:05pm. It is now 1pm. I am still waiting for my meal. Called up the store and asked about my delivery. Was told that no one has came to pick up yet. Tried contacting the delivery guy and was told by the company that the number i am trying to dial is not in use. Well maybe sort out your worker better or use a better system of delivery instead of scamming money and eating fried chicken in the kitchen? Bloody joke of a business model, especially a company this big.

Absolute s#!t hole, didn't even have any chicken but yet stood in line to find that out so bought some terrible soggy chips they pre packed probably an hour before not even fresh. Terrible customer service.

Just bought the 9 for 9.95, the service people cannot close the box just let the box open and straight in the bag. I ask for put it nicely because I need to carry. She straight took three chicken out from box in front of me, which means I only get 6 chicken. I thought she will use another box to put it back, but she didn't. Wait for long time then get this terrible service.

NOT A SAFE PLACE TO GO. I don't think I will ever visit this branch anymore. I came here on 22/11 to pick up my online order, but ended up getting harassed and left disgruntled. It's not the food, the main thing is the ordering/pick up experience. While I was in the queue for pickup (it was peak hour and I understood that the staff was occupied), there was this guy who came from the side and cut my queue! When I told the staff that this guy cut my queue and placed his order, I was immediately verbally harassed by this guy and the staff just stood by! I felt very vulnerable as I'm by myself and this guy is getting verbally aggressive, still standing next to me trying to start an argument. All the while when I tried my best to ignore him, he continued his verbal aggression and staff just stayed quiet. Ironically, this guy decided that he was right and asked for the manager. The manager came, and this guy continued to argue, insisting that I was accusing him and calling me all sorts. While this matter may seem an issue between customers, i don't feel safe at all in this branch.

Tried there couple of times . One time they missed more than half of the order and other time they handed wrong order. No one brothers to clean the tables and chairs. Place looks so messy. I am not sure how they are Managing the store so diorganised. Kids behind the counter needs to learn how to smile . If you ever order from this store check your order before you leave. Order only if you don't have a choice.

I'd say it's the worst KFC in WA for producing fried chicken. Time and time again it's just terrible compared to other KFC outlets. Chicken is never crispy, it's dry, tastes and looks overcooked, and worst of all the hot and spicy has absolutely zero seasoning. Been like this for nearly a year now. How hard is it to raise the standards around here?

8.15 pm, Friday night. 01.04.2022. I went un for a feed. The serving staff were more interested in social media on their phones than putting effort in to actually doing their jobs in a polite and timely manner. Not one table in the place was clean and the manager decided it would be best that I took it up with hungry jacks. Top work KFC

Very small busy restaurant, everyone was crammed in, place looks tired and old, staff were rushed off their feet so service was short and sharp, noticed a pigeon wondering around dining area. Restaurant was dark and poorly lit.

Place was hard to find hidden behind a construction site partner walked around twice to find this place. No signage to say where it was. Placed order to get back to hotel to stale dry tasteless chips. Also no places to sit as restaurant seating area was untidy and messy

Waited an hour for a delivery from here, only to not receive most of the food I ordered. Burger box meal with no burger? Are you being serious?!

Good customer service but sadly the environment and the food are bad. They are too busy and didn't clean the tables. A lot of birds coming inside and pooped everywhere.

First off drinks should be served in the can and not in plastic/re-cycled plastic/paper cups with straws at all. As per the menu and how it's advertised. The staff are terrible with manners and just yeah you are better off getting it delivered rather than a face to face to customer experience. My drinks were spilled and then only refilled half way with the front staff, raising their tone at a customer (me) and just being rude. If a @kfc customer service representative is reading this. Not your place to stay and eat longer there.. Just take your order and go. Lots of people come and go. Cleanliness could be improved as the heavy traffic there. Food taste are so so.

Tiny portion size, chicken tenders like the size of a BIC lighter. Tasted okay but total rip off for the price. Left feeling molested.

The Manager David I think was the name, very helpfull and attentive! I placed online order and it went to wrong store, he helped fix it rite away and even spoke to the other store for me! 👍

If you're looking for a great dining experience with delicious food and excellent service, I highly recommend visiting KFC and the manager, Darren there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff and Darren the manager who went out of their way to ensure that my order was correct and that I was satisfied with my meal. Darren the manager was very knowledgeable about the menu, and took the time to answer any questions I had about the different dishes. The food itself was phenomenal, with all of the classic KFC flavors that I know and love. Overall, I cannot recommend this KFC location and manager Darren highly enough - great food, friendly service, and an all-around wonderful experience!

1.the chicken is over cooked, the skin on my chicken actually cut my gum inside my mouth. 2. Service- they had given us a random order, and when I had brought it back they asked me multiple times what the name of the order and what was in my order then them giving me a someone else's order !! 3. Atmosphere was nice but chaotic, tables are clean we are also in thr city so it was nice but at the same time inside the restaurant kids are vaping about to fight each other.

Worst food i have ever had also been sick after eat that greasy food and couldn’t make my fight to oversease because of em. Highly recommended do yourself a favour and don’t eat sick food
