This hotel is an isolation managed hotel, as of Jul 2021. It's centrally located and convenient to move around the city, either by walking, cycling, complimentary CAT Buses. The room was quiet. No noise from the streets.

Had a short stay in this hotel twice this month and really found it comfortable, quiet, excellent staff with people like Vicky and others and also it’s situated at a superb location..20-25 mins from the airport and it’s just few metres away from all the eateries possible-subway, sushi, Vietnamese, Italian everything is within 1-2 mins walk. Their own room service menu is excellent and food preparations are done and delivered in the room contactless with ease Looking forward to another stay soon Thank you team holiday inn

Its a budget place right in the middle of everything, from a location point of view its excellent. The rooms are okay, my room was not cleaned properly upon check-in ended sneezing a lot because of the dust. Basic supplies such as toothbrush and shaving kit were not provided had to request them separately which were provided promptly at no extra cost. Breakfast Buffet has a good selection from fruits, juices, beads, eggs, yogurt, etc and much more. Staff is super friendly and helpful which is always nice. I expected the room to be nice and clean which it was not hence only 4 stars.

First stay at Holiday Inn. Room and ensuite were amazingly clean (please thank housekeeping staff), beds and pillows were SO comfortable, staff in the hotel and restaurant absolutely lovely. Small detail for consideration.... a toaster in the room along with the kettle would be great! However, great hotel, great staff and close to everything- we walked everywhere! Thanks so much. Oh also, 10/10 coffee at Ivy and Jack (which had such a nice, classy vibe) :)

Excellent location right in the heart of the city centre and in a safe area at night. Clean room and it’s promptly and well cleaned every morning by a cleaning staff named Wanna. Its breakfast buffet was not extensive but common breakfast items were available. Got a good room rate from a travel app.

Location is very convenient, room is small for 2 queen size+ 1 cot but understandable as we were in a prime location. No window view, good toilet facilities and all the things in the room were rather new. Reception service was so so but we enjoyed our meal at the restaurant

Very well appointed hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great location. Reception staff very nice. Only complaint is their body wash - 'Parsley Stem' smells terrible. Not sure why they have such a strange one. Don't know if restaurant Ivy & Jack's is part of hotel but service there was very poor.

It’s a no frills, clean, comfortable and most importantly affordable hotel in the heart of the city, perfect for business use or if you need quick access to the convention centre or arena. What more do you need really. The bed was actually comfortable too. The water pressure is ok, the bathroom was clean, the bed was well made and the sheets looked fresh. I would stay here again on business. I will say that the bar downstairs is also great, and can get rather busy on a friday night.

Nb strict 3pm check in, but reception will happily store luggage until then. I was given the option of an early check in at a fee. This is within easy walking distance of buses, ferries, shops. Rooms quiet too.

Good location for exploring the city and the staff are nice. However the rooms have no sound proofing. Several nights in the hotel were spent listening to conversations in rooms next door or loud mechanical noises from outside. If you are a light sleeper strong suggest you do not stay here. No gym in the building, gym is 400m walk away. To access sign out a swipe card from reception. 24hr access.

Very disappointed with the service and room booking with this hotel. We booked a standard room and selected the two bed option. On check-in, we were given a room with a single bed instead. When I called down to query this at reception, I was told that it was too bad as they can choose which bed configuration to allocate for standard rooms, even though we were given choice at booking and received confirmation of two beds. Had they told us at the time of booking that two beds were not available, we would have booked elsewhere. They did offer a roll-away bed however it's a bit cheeky to pay the amount you have to pay to then expect people to sleep on a roll-away bed purely because they chose not to provide the room that was booked. I highly doubt I will book a Holiday Inn room again in the future.

Good. Staff are helpful and pleasant to speak with. It's not above and beyond like some hotels due to policy but staff do do what they can. Location is hard to beat.

I tried booking 5 rooms for a Business Trip over 3 days and the customer services was appalling. I was hung up 3 times in 40 mins trying to book the rooms then did not receive any confirmations of the bookings. Emailed and called the following day and again put on hold for 17 mins and still couldnt get the confirmations so I canceled all 5 rooms and booked somewhere else. I do all of the Corporate bookings and I have never dealt with such poor cusotmer service as I did with this hotel. Will never book with them again

Excellent spot to stay. Rooms were perfect. Location was close to everything. Don't use a high 4WD...you will not get parking anywhere. You will get stuck due to height restrictions.

I attended a two day conference at the this hotel. The amenities were fantastic, clean, modern and functional. We were catered for throughout the day and the snack were tasty, nice treats and lunches were exceptional. Brisket, curry, poached chicken breast, fresh salads, panna cotta and even apple crumble. I was impressed

Stayed there for my work trip. The room was spacious and clean, staff members were friendly. I am not sure the price but if I come to Perth again, I would stay there if the price was reasonable. Great central location, close to Elizabeth Quay and other transports and major shopping spots.

The location is very good. It is 10+mins to a lot of nice places for food and shopping. The front staffs were very approachable and helpful. I checked in early and they did their best to find a room with early check-in. I was very happy to pay a fee for the early check-in. I was travelling with a family and they did their best to arrange a joining room. It was so convenience for my family. Breakfast was decent and I will stay here again.

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. On-site and off-site parking are available for a fee. Off-site self parking is at a secure carpark opposite the hotel so no problem at all. Would stay here again if I am in Perth again.

Stayed here twice in a week while traveling around Perth. Highly recommended for families. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location was also perfect. Right next to the shopping area and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. Elizabeth Quay and King’s Park were also within walkable distance. Staff were super friendly and the laundry room was really convenient! I was touched to be able to do some laundry in the middle of my trip. Also accessible parking across the street. No complains really.

Perfect location, walking distance to train, bus, ferry. Staff is helpful and efficient. Breakfast is a value bonus. Would recommend fully. Car park is not straight but you can park street Wilson or similar.

I didn’t have a chance to stay in here but the staffs are really friendly and kind to me and my friend when we came at night for asking about buying the towel and shampoo since all of stores are closed at night time. I actually got the bad memories of remembering people’s name but I remembered how they look (1 girl with blonde long hair, and one girl with her look like Indian-sorry if I’m wrong). If you guys read this review, I wanna say thank you again for helping us and you are bringing the best service!!!!!!!!!!

Currently serving as a quarantine hotel. Clean and quiet environment in the hotel. Facing a row of eateries. Staff are friendly and helpful.
