I stayed here for 16 nights. It was very nice accommodation and the front desk staff are very friendly and very helpful. It is in a central city location convenient to shopping and restaurants. I enjoyed my stay very much and would stay here again.

Not a bad place for a long stay. Rooms are a little dated but not bad. Location is good if you plan to walk around a bit. But for drop off/pickup it's epically difficult during peak hour. Staff were very friendly, no complaints.

We were scammed. Paid for a nice room and they phoned a few hours before advising we couldn't stay due to plumbing but could put us up at their other apartment down the road at 815 Wellington st. Disgusting place, cockroaches and smelly. I contacted owner Anthony who said it was $170 less. I asked for the refund in difference and told he would work something out. Checked out next day, he would not answer his phone. Sounded dodgy so called the apartment we were supposed to stay but they couldn't give me any info as booked thru booking.com. the receptionist told me that they definitely did not have anyone turned away with plumbing issues.

No problems at all. Would prefer parking free and on-site. But that's hard in the city. It's older but clean comfortable and friendly.

Stunning property, accommodating staff with excellent customer service with lovely refurbished apartments. Lovely central location, in luxurious shopping precinct and eateries plus in walking distance to RAC arena.

We stayed in an AIRBNB in the same building which is separate management but uses the same entrance. However when we arrived the first day the reception barely helped which we already knew only we can contact to the owner of the apartment. When we’d been there a couple days already the reception won’t recognize you with they key they won’t let you in which is they are opening from morning to evening every day except weekends, but I didn’t note that. However I won’t go back to stay there or recommend to stay that place as my experience, the building very old and a lot of things not working in the apartment(washing machine, bathroom for example)plush the noisy from the street,

Stayed at the Quest over this past weekend, from Saturday and checked out this morning. Easy to find, and the location is great - close to public transport, Mitchell Freeway, Perth Arena, Northbridge etc. On arrival, I was greeted by a very lovely and helpful receptionist (forgot her name - was Saturday 2pm, she was great!). Was delighted to find I had been allocated one of the renovated rooms. The new kitchen, furnishings, and bathroom are a nice upgrade, and definitely add value to the accommodations. Very reasonably priced considering the amenities available within the apartment and the location of the property itself. The only reason I took off a star was a due to a few negatives: - hard to get to sleep at night due to the noise from the street (sirens, pub/ club patrons, cars). I get the noise itself is out of their control, but it would be worthwhile for them to add double-glazing to the windows, or some other sound proofing method to help us light sleepers! - pillows weren’t comfy - offsite parking at $20 a day - the new shower design is awkward. The shower head is up really high, and the glass shower screen isn’t long enough, so water sprays everywhere, and you get really cold as the steam gets out. Despite these issues, I would choose to stay there again over a few other Perth Apart-hotels I have stayed in. I look forward to staying again soon.

Our family of 4 had a pleasant stay in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our room was on level 2 with no balcony. Streetnoise was minimal, however some noise due to being next to the elevator shaft. Location is easy walking distance to central Perth. No parking available onsite, however they can arrange parking for you at a parking lot 140M away. We didn't need this as there is free street parking from 6pm Fridays - 8am Monday on Milligan st which worked perfectly for our stay. Please check street signs before parking. Rooms were clean, staff very friendly. Note reception isn't open 24hrs. Kitchen + Laundry/Dryer was handy. Note the doors to the master bedroom are sliding doors with slats so do not provide full privacy Would stay again.

This place is central and has all the facilities you need for a self-supported stay (fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, oven and microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, glasses and plates), so all you need to buy really is food (and toothbrush/toothpaste!). It's nothing special but it does the job. The rooms are cleaned every day except Sunday, and housekeeping do a great job. The downsides are the WiFi is slow and unsteady, there's no TV in the bedroom (and the sofa in the living room in front of the TV is quite uncomfortable) and not all the apartments are managed by Qwest. I was unfortunate to be next to a non-managed apartment occupied by a family that was quite loud. I sleep with earplugs anyway so it didn't bother me too much, but I would ask to be next to only managed apartments so you avoid any issues.

Booked some time ago for a stay in March. In my booking notes specifically stated: 2pm Check In Please, Will be having some guests for early tea - 3-5 :) Upon checking with the hotel this week (March) (having to send multiple emails to get a response) I was advised that I was never allowed to do what I had requested. I was given a reason about fire safety- however I have never once heard this in my over 15 years working in the industry- this 3 person max rule applied to people sleeping in the room. I believe it to be unreasonable to not allow guests to a room which I am paying for- within reasonable hours. Furthermore you never once advised this to me- so you would have left it until I had to pay. Considering ive moved the dates twice you had ample opportunity to say something. Also- i was simply sent a cancellation email within seconds of my request to cancel due to the above- not one ounce of any customer service. Never Again.

2 bedroom apartment Only thing is if youre not using a credit card youll be charged more . Used debit Visa was charged more bond. Çash isnt an option. Even tho stated card or cash . The mini bar consits of a water bottle next to your bed Room is clean some smelt like cigarettes. Front desk was very helpful. Good location for RAC the two bedroom apartment was nice but there is no real doors to Master room ? They look like the old wooden pantry doors that slide shut. So light can get in and you can see in if the room is lit ( so if sharing with friends that room isnt very private ). Nice bathroom Seperate toilet Laundry in closet is a plus . No balcony aç to bedrooms

Service was atrocious. You would hope that booking a hotel stay would actually secure you a room. In Quest West End's understanding, it seems like it does not. I booked online, and a few days later I received a call saying that they do not accept debit cards, I offered them a credit card instead. They said they will double-check with their managers but cannot confirm the booking yet. They offered me no solutions, nothing! I am now stuck without a booking because they refuse to confirm anything even though I have offered them a solution to the initial problem. Do not book here if you want a secure booking!

Very nice accommodation, clean, comfortable and close by to everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is no where to park when you collect key and collect luggage. The parking is about a 10 walk away.

Logistic is good, and staff si very helpfull and gentle. However, internet service doesn't work very well. We had to change the apartment for the noise during the night and for a leakage from a pipe inside the wardrobe. We are still here and I will update the review at the end accordingly to the experience.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The rooms were very clean and roomy. It also was a self contained apartment with oven microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. Also had a washing machine and cloths dryer. The bed was very comfortable. It was very close to the RAC Arena.

Stayed here for my pre-work Iso time. The apartment was fresh, very well appointed and exceptionally clean. The kitchen, which was spotless, is setup well for a long stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful....the daily coffee run was a godsend !

I stayed in the hotel this weekend Friday and Saturday night with my girlfriend and her daughter. We left with one of the keys by accident and called to tell the hotel we would drop the key back, that we had it in the car. We had already paid $1100 for two nights and $300 deposit. The hotel then proceeded to take $300 extra from my account until the key was returned without my permission despite already having the extortionate $300 dollar deposit and despite the fact that even if the key was lost it would cost a messily $20 to have one cut. The hotel have now refunded the $300 deposit and the $300 they took without permission but offered no apology or compensation despite the fact that I will now have to wait for the money they stole from my account to be returned and it could take upto two weeks.
