This place is very famous for coffee in Perth , It is appropriate because they have good coffee, good quality coffee and clean, friendly baristas.

Luke and his team are such a delight to visit! Undeniably one of the best coffee places in the city. Wonderful coffee with a nice selection of snacks to accompany should you feel peckish. Banana bread would be my pick! Takeaway your coffee or dine in at the wonderful postal hall of the treasury building. Almost feels like you are on vacation.

Running like a high end luxury vehicle. From the second I came around the corner I was mesmerised. Service was Amazing. Staff were smooth and on the ball and coffee was Amazing. Thanks to a great start to my day.

Finally I had their coffee, which is recognized as the best in Perth. How can this small place be that busy in the early morning? Loved the lively atmosphere and professional service. The coffee tasted a bit different from my expectation which was quite sour though, I'd love to visit for another one later. Cheers💕🍀

Very nice little cafe tucked inside the state building. The quality of coffee is great! Same as what I had in Melbourne. Most importantly, they open their doors at 6 am. Perfect for people like me starting day trips in a very early morning.

Tucked away near the state building lies a secret haven where skilled baristas create the most exquisite cups of coffee for your pleasure. If you seek a tranquil spot amidst the bustling city, look no further than Telegram Coffee. Here, you can savour a delightful breakfast to kickstart your day or indulge in a scrumptious brunch that will infuse your busy day with a touch of bliss. ☕️

I love this little coffee hatch in the base of the State Buildings! I always pick this spot for my coffee stop on my infrequent shopping trips to Perth city. Fantastic smooth and rich tasting coffee, great surroundings and people watching, and top notch service with a smile. Even the little snacks available are great quality.

My partner and I came here as we were looking for a Cafe where we could bring our laptops and work from. We certainly weren't disappointed! Coffee was excellent (ex barista bf, and he went back to get a second one) and perfect space to stay for a couple of hours. Would highly recommend !

Had a great cup of coffee with an espresso on the side. The draw was perfect and the crema was delicious. Worth every penny, non pretentious atmosphere and the service was great.

Excellent coffee takeaway and they will serve coffee to tables in the Postal Hall (atrium).

If you google up coffee joints in Google Maps in Perth CBD, you're gonna be swarmed by a whole lot of red dots like rashes. Admittedly, I haven't tried all of them but Telegram is a pick of the lot for me. There's always punters waiting for their coffee in the morning and the coffee's churned out like a well-oiled machine. There's a reason for that, simply because the coffee is spot on with the right crema, colour and flavour. It's also located in one of the prettiest buildings in town, and you can even sit down and enjoy your coffee. I often come and bring my laptop in the morning and do some work here before lunch, it's got the right feels for it.

Nothing special here except the great attitude of the barristas. If you prefer the atmosphere of the building then this would be great. I prefer the other coffee shop across the road or 711 really.

Arguably the best coffee I've had in Perth, I wish my office was closer to telegram and I'd def go everyday. Soy, almond, and oat options are also so smooth and just perfect

Hands-down the best coffee ever in Perth! It’s not a place that you would naturally walk by as it’s tucked in State Building. But if you make the effort to head to Telegram Coffee, it’s so worth it!

A little cozy cafe at the center of CBD Perth. The cafe is in a historic building that is located in the middle of CBD Perth, but it is not so crowded. You can enjoy a peaceful time with good coffee even in the busy CBD. This is a hidden gem of Perth.

Telegram's coffee is great and the staff are super friendly. It is located inside the State building with comfortable environment to enjoy the coffee. For whatever reason, the coffee in the dine in cup tasted better than the take away cup. The take away coffee is a bit too milky and not as strong as the dine in coffee. Perhaps should order extra shot for takeaway.

Great coffee hidden under the state government buildings. Stopped by for a quick coffee after being recommended by a friend. Cute coffee shop with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Service was friendly and quick.

On my first visit on my last day in Perth, Luke was very welcoming and helped me to decide what coffee to get. What I got and like: + Long mac served in a glass. Strong but not acidic or bitter. + Croissant with the ham and cheese wrapped inside and baked, instead of the more commonly available baked croissant sliced open to insert the ham and cheese. Tom toasted it and it was heavenly. Forgot to take a photo. + The banana walnut bread was soft and delicious on its own without toasting. I could taste cinnamon. Totally worth the calories. I hope to be able to enjoy these same 3 items at my next visit to Perth. Salute e Forza!

I swung by Telegram Coffee near Como Treasury in Perth today. Their coffee? Totally on point and cannot fault. The service? Super-friendly, who make you feel like you've known them forever. And the place? Cool mix of old and new! A real gem.

There's a reason this place is so busy every morning before work. Seriously good coffee and up there with Perth's best. The service is impeccable and the team work as a very well-oiled machined. Best part of all? The price is well below the current Perth CBD Average - those with a reusable cup get a large for $4.80! It is very crowded with little sitting space but this place is designed as grab-and-go and is simply so popular for the reasons above that makes it a little chaotic - no fault of the coffee shop itself. Absolutely worth the wait!

Location a bit hidden behind Supreme Court. However nice place to visit. Start the day with one long black coffee with milk

Great coffee and "5/5 stars" hot chocolate. Beautiful, chic setting in a restored GPO building. Lovely, welcoming staff to regulars and tourists alike.

Such a beautiful view and nice coffee. ❤️

The place was nice, the hot chocolate was okay, however the staff were outstanding. They remember who you are and find you without a number. Excellent. Choice of cakes or biscuits, narr, go across the hall to Shop 1875 they have a much better selection and bigger variety, just no coffee or hot chocolate.

Telegram is a great place to come and grab a coffee if you're in the city. It's nestled in amongst the state buildings so it can be difficult to find the first time but it's definitely worth it. And the best thing is that they're open until 4pm when most good coffee places close at 2pm. It's classy and oh yeah the coffee is superb.

Had a great iced chai! Strong but sweet. Probably my second favourite behind Shalom Boutique Cafe. Love the wooden decor of Telegram too. Pictured is a regular size.

Good, stylish cafe in the nice building. It's hard to find when you are hanging out along the street, but worth visiting!

Good coffee but not the best I've discovered in Perth. It was just a little weak and lacking flavour. The service is fantastic, the barista seemed to remember customers names. Lovely location.

Hands down the best coffee you'll have in Perth. Quality is out of this world and the service is second to none! A very personal and enjoyable experience from a small, busy cafe!

Head inside the State Buildings on the corner of St. George’s St and Barrack street, next to the steps leading down stairs to more food options. Ask for Luke tell him Geoff sent you, you might bump into a international hotel guest. by the way the coffee is on point

This coffee shop made my trip to Perth. Great coffee and great service. I was only in Perth for three days and the staff took the time to learn my name and order. I even got great tips for dinner! If you enjoy high quality coffee, Telegram Coffee is for you
