Miss Maud is the famous bakery store in Perth with many years of history. I buy the sandwich from this store always every week. I like the ham and egg sandwich. Coffee is ok.

I placed an order online for a birthday cake 2 days prior and they lost my order. It was meant to be a surprise but they ruined it. 🤭 The cake was very moist though! 👌

I was organizing my wedding remotely, and I sent many requests for a catering quote for my wedding and the response was always negative. Sometimes because they didn't fulfill small orders, sometimes because they didn't make deliveries, among others. So, with just 3 days left until my wedding, I went to a Miss Maud store to find out and ask for information about ordering, delivery and whether they would have the option of placing orders online. On the wedding day I was very pleased to receive my catering order. And I loved the presentation of the food in personalized packaging and on trays, which makes serving easier. I was also impressed by the punctuality of the order delivery, especially because the address was in a rural area. You will also be surprised by Miss Maud's services, which I highly recommend.

Visit often, always a cheery greeting from the staff. Excellent customer service and made my coffee exactly how i asked.

I ordered a birthday cake online to be picked up from Miss Mauds at 160 Central branch last Saturday 30/07/2022 at 1pm. I was running late due to the weather that day so I called the branch and spoke to their staff named Sael. I told Sael that I won’t be able to get there until 1:45pm. Sael advised me that their branch closes at 1:30 but she’d be happy to wait for me. This is great customer service and I can’t thank Sael enough for being so kind to wait for me to pick up my cake. Both the Va Va Voom cake and Sael’s customer service were phenomenal!

Prompt and efficient service even when very busy. The staff here are always friendly and welcoming. There is good service and there is great service. This outlet falls in the latter category. A small error with my order led to an effort by every staff member to ensure i was happy. They owned the mistake and went above and beyond. This is down to the leadership of the store manager. They all deserve a raise!

They sting you 45 cents for a 14g tomato sauce portion, that is cooked

Decent food, but if you're expecting a nice relaxing morning sitting out front, forget it. The escape route door outside which is used by staff was slammed shut 4 times in 10 minutes that I was there. Then again, if you're happy with that sort of atmosphere, then have at it!

Appalling service. Three people standing around doing nothing, ignoring customers. One person making coffees. Made four coffees before eventually serving me. Disgusting.

Food was excellent and the staff were friendly! Revisit.

I recently ordered lunch from Miss Mauds for a corporate lunch of 70 people and was delighted with the standard of service and the food. The sausage rolls were glorious and the variety of fillings offered in the ribbon sandwiches is brilliant - I could eat the smoked salmon ribbon sandwiches and the camembert and cranberry sandwich everyday for life! I always want to send a special thank you to the lovely delivery driver Claus who was kind enough to leave his insulated bags with us as the training session was running a little late. This allowed us to keep the food hot until it was ready to be served in half an hour and he returned later to collect the bags. That was very generous and kind of him!

COVID lockdown meant we couldn't host our event as planned. I received an email from Miss Mauds within the hour stating that my order would be refunded. Fantastic service thank you. Can't wait to re-order !

Stale bread on a few occasions. Bought a stale toastie once and stale curried egg sandwiches twice. Not buying from here anymore.

Great coffee, pastry and service

2 pasties(which were good) 2 coffees And a bottle of water was $34 (very expensive) Plus then after I paid I asked for a bag and was told I'd have to pay extra...

Friendly efficient staff. Just stopped for a coffee and pastie for lunch. All good.

I've been eating Miss Maids products most of my life. Great food. Great staff.

Gave me a large cappachino, when l Sked for a extra large one instead of making a new one tipped it back in the new cup, when l went to sit down the lid came off spilt it on is the floor seems to hard to get a cup of coffee there, also waited extra long for a cuppa, won't be going there a gain in a hurry they obviously don't understand when your beak is short for time they think you have all day, lot of other p l card can have my business no thanks won't be going the t d to again in a hurry

Very rude service. I ordered a cheese and tomato toastie but got served a chicken one. When I asked the lady to change it for what I order she gave me a horrible look and was extremely rude. It was clearly her mistake and she didn't even apologize, just acted like it was my fault...

The food was ordanry the cake was stale and disgusting would never use them again
