Their coffee bar is NEVER open (have tried weekends, weekdays, morning, afternoon) so you can never try anything here before you buy. They’ve also removed the self serve option so now you have to wait to pay for things. Staff also not friendly and will ignore you if they can when you walk through the door. Recommend going to the Garden City store if you can as you’ll get much better service there and staff always happy to offer a cup of coffee before you buy!

Came in at around 3PM on a Tuesday just because the wall display caught my eye. Was greeted by an amazing staff member by the name of Glaucia who proceeded to explain to me the entire Nespresso process. As I had never even heard of Nespresso before (save the George Clooney adverts) I was educated on how the coffee is brewed, I was shown the different machines and treated to a couple sample cups of coffee. I was thoroughly impressed with Glaucias customer service skills; she was able to recommend flavours she’d think I like and she even let me try a few! She was happy to explain to me every step in the process and she was very knowledgeable; able to answer any and every question I threw her way. I really enjoyed her customer service! Bravo, Glaucia!

Amazing range of coffee from dark toast to the more milder roasts. Their Nespresso machines take the hassle of making and enjoying full body rich delicious coffee. The milk frother makes thick frothed milk perfect for cappuccinos. The store being located in Murray street mall makes it very convenient to buy the extra pods as, and when required. Basically cafe quality coffee at a much cheaper price

Stopped in to try a new coffee flavour or two for our next order….staff ticked the boxes to welcome us, we told them we were there for a coffee and they never left the doorway. Left to it we wandered about then we left without having tried a new coffee flavour with the three staff still standing to attention at the doorway to greet the next “guests”. Big fail compared to my last visit that is for sure!

pretty spacious inside, with plenty of room to navigate around - unless on certain days when it can get really super crowded. some of their products feels a little overpriced, but having bought some (like their mugs and tumblers) they are pretty good in quality. staff have mostly been nice and friendly - but i've seen some who seem to be having a bad day (especially when it is crowded)

Became a bit inconvenient now to buy the coffee capsules. There used to be a whole wall of capsules displayed where you could just grab it yourself and use kiosk to self-purchase. But they have removed it for some reason so need to wait for staff to get it for you from the back.

First time visiting after we bought a new coffee machine. It's Friday lunchtime - very busy. Just entered, and we had a nice greeting from a lovely staff. We wanted to buy more capsules with various flavors. She took us to the brench top for coffee tasting. The coffee was really good. Another staff member helped us to pick our capsules and pay at the self-check machine. All of them were very nice, professional, and helpful. Good coffee. Good service. Amazing experience.

The new location in the city is not good. It is now a very small store that does not have sleeves of coffee on the shelves to easily buy in person. So it's really designed as a Click & Collect outlet now, right? No. Stupidly, they do not offer Click & Collect for the Perth city store anymore. When I asked for assistance/confirmation of this in the online chat, it was suggested to me that I try the Christchurch store instead. That was super-helpful :/ It seems like Nespresso wants me to buy my pods from Coles/Woolies from now on. It's a disappointing change, as the service at the previous location on Murray St was always very good.

The staff here are amazing!!!! They really made my visit memorable. The space itself it nice and spacious and inviting with a very modern atmosphere. The staff were knowledgeable, professional and kind. I really enjoyed my visit to this store.

Very disappointed to note that you have changed your delivery arrangements.Have been purchasing online for many years and delivery usually within 24 hours, a service I was very satisfied with. I submitted an order 6/12 expecting delivery prior to running out of my current supply which ran out today, (11/12.) So you are now using Aust Post, shipping from Sydney and delayed delivery. Why is that large companies who establish good customer service strategies then have to change and service goes to S,,,, Nespresso has now gone from favoured status to poor status. Very disappointing.

What a disappointment! Went into the Perth City boutique for our monthly drop off of used pods and casual browse to find a total lack of customer options. The ability to pick and browse from the capsule wall has been removed. The staff members were clearly at odds, one asking us to 'stand behind the line' when there was no clear line. Another asking what we were after. When we said we wanted to buy pods and asked what's happened, we were told 'we had to remove the pod wall, here's the selections' and handed us a card. We declined saying were will order online then. No apology, just 'OK'. What has happened? Is the competition pushing you out? Greater transparency to long term customers would be appreciated Unfortunately the response I received to this review was unsatisfactory and provided no explanation for the changes to the store. My one star rating remains.

I’ve been a good customer for many years & have had free delivery in the past. I spend hundreds of dollars and I believe I should get free delivery.. especially as I live less than 2 kms away. I can order something from thousands of kms away with cheaper delivery.. or free!

A well layered out and attractive store. Staff are very helpful. So, what is beyond me is the customer then being sent to a machine to do their own payment. I go to the store for a personal experience. I have a machine at home, my PC. Going in to a Nespresso store is not meant to be similar to buying something at a $2 store. I understand that if it is very crowded a self-checkout may be a good idea. But not when I am the only person in the store. I want the service as I have had enough during my work day in front of a machine. I simply want someone to handle all that admin for me. Surprised that the basics of brick and mortar stores versus the internet is not understood? Certainly does not help portray the sophisticated George Clooney image.

Store feels nice to be in, staff are very attentive and helpful. I wouldn't get my pods anywhere else! Wait, I can't anyway. But I don't mind, it's worth it. :)

Great customer service. Only negative thing when u buy a new machine they give a free capsules which should be left open to customers to choose which one they like instead of a box of capsules that u will never use.

Wish they stayed open longer on a Friday night hello your in the city you should be open til 8pm with the late night trade. Somewhat friendly staff some think they are better then their customers again it's like hello you only work in a shop . Stay away from the almond flavoured coffees unless your keen on a mouth full of marzipan . Foul.

We invested in a Nespresso Professional machine, The performance of the coffee machine is pretty average for a $6000. Hard to justify the investment. Placing an order is a issue as most of the customer service staff working from home, No communication with the client by the customer service. Placed an order for 1000 cups/lids four weeks ago. Received the lids today no cups. No one is available to investigate our order, In my opinion very average customer service. I have been to Nespresso in Switzerland Lausanne amazing service by staff.

Booked my machine in as it was not working, Nespresso deemed the machine unfixable so they replaced the machine under warranty. The only replacement machine that was available was in the city and I had a seven day window to collect it. Unfortunately I didn’t make it in time to collect the machine so I called the 24/7 number and the worker managed to get the replacement machine delivered to my door in an hour! Such amazing service I am very grateful !

We went to the Nespresso store on Murray Street for the first time on a Friday after work (a time when most retail workers would be looking at their watches ready to clock off) and the person looking after us (Jake) was very accommodating and happy to show us the difference between machines. We left with a lovely Creatista Pro and smiley faces.

great option for coffee at home with all the mess and hassle of grinding your own beans. I really like the self service - makes stocking up on coffee pods quick and easy :)
