The salads look great in the display cabinet as they stack all the good fillers lightly on top of all the leaves and cheap fillers like chickpeas underneath. Then when they fill the container they put in mostly leaves and chickpeas. Got 2 measly shrivels of halloumi and barely any falafel all all. Basically an expensive serving of chickpeas with a few bits of beetroot

Great variety of foods including salads, baguettes, drinks and desserts! I had the crumbed chicken pasta and green lentil salad in a box for a special price of $8. After 4pm they have 2 salads/sandwiches for only $11. Delicious great-quality food, good specials and favourite place for lunch! 5 stars.

Terrible service, rude and lazy staff, avoid this place. Walked in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday bought 2 toasted rolls and was not given option to have them toasted for me, so asked to have them toasted. Was told that the sandwich press has been cleaned so it will not be used again today. So do you only use a dirty grill for your customers? I declined on my purchase and left never to return again. Staff member was Indian guy about 180 cm tall and overweight, also did not look clean.

After experiencing amazing salads in Adelaide, I was very disapointed in the serve and taste here. I tried the beef salad here for $10 I received a total of 4 pieces of beef, and was left with a bowl of expensive lettuce. The beef was tasty as I remembered from Adelaide but unfortunately a few pieces were very fatty and chewy. I have since been back to try their soup which is priced well but tasted bad. It seems this place needs to focus on their food more, disappointing is all i can say.

I stumbled across Soul Origin as an excellent lunch option recently and was never disappointed by any salad I chose. My workplace regularly runs training sessions and workshops that we need to provide catering for. I thought I'd give Soul Origin a go and was SO glad I did. They were outstanding! The price, quality, quantity and service were all 5 stars. We have since decided to drop our previous catering provider and now we only use these guys.

Thank you Soul Origin Central Park WA. Just had the Chicken Caesar Salad and it was by far the most enjoyable. Not only did it taste excellent, it was packed with all the ingredients. I have had Caesar salads in the past that were basically just lettuce. This was full of chicken, egg, parmesan, ham and plenty of sauce.

In terms of the building itself, there is wheelchair access, and it is right off of hay street with parking 20-50 metres away from the store. The staff were very friendly and greeted me with a smile. I went at 10am, so it wasn’t busy at all, however some of the salads weren’t made yet. But I suggest going earlier than 12pm, because the lines can take forever. The salads themselves were great. The falafel salad comes with a mayo-like dressing on it already which tastes delicious. I got the regular size, which means you can get up to 3 salads in the one container. They really do pack in the salads, so I believe you do get what you pay for. The chicken schnitzel was crispy and tasted fresh. The pumpkin in the couscous salad could have been cooked a tad longer, as it was a bit hard, but it still tasted good. If you decide to get the regular size, I would suggest get only two salads in the container, instead of three, because you only get a small portion of each salad so they can fit it into the container. I would also suggest asking for the salad dressing on the side, instead of them pouring it on the salads. Sometimes they go overboard or even under board, and this way you can decide how much you put in and where. Just ask for the dressing you want (a choice out of three or four different kinds) and ask for it in a small container on the side. Overall, I would definitely checking out this place. Great tasting salads and great staff. Five stars!

Multiple salad options, at a reasonable price. Falafel was quite dry, marinated beef tasted like it was marinated in ketchup. Halloumi salad with quinoa was tastiest.

people behind the counter always rushing me to order SECONDS after i walk in without letting me have a proper look at what they serve. even after telling them i'm still looking, they stare at you like a hawk and bug you again not even 30 seconds later. and when i get salads, the people ALWAYS give me SO MUCH LETTUCE, SO MUCH. and barely any toppings or meat. i literally see them dig underneath the salad while all the toppings are on the top. they display the toppings generously toward the front, but give you all the lettuce at the back. this happens at every soul origin i've been to... is this something the staff are trained to do?

Great and efficient service at this store coupled with fresh quality products. Diverse range of salads, wraps, sandwiches, cakes and coffees/ other drinks. The loyalty card program is great as well , if you area regular customer they do reward you generously.

I visited the Belmont Forum store Sunday 14th for a salad. My experience was similar to Fintans. They have a nice caper going as he said. All the good stuff on display facing the customer like egg, avocado, chicken, cheese heaped on top, then when they put it in the container they load it full of green leaves that are strategically positioned closest to the server. This is no accident. We paid $12.90 for a bunch of leaves we could have got at Woolworths for $3.

I will never go back to this restaurant, the salads taste sour and bland I had tummy ache after eating and the fruit shakes too sweet and tastes artificial. The worst part is the poor customer service. Yesterday at lunchtime, I lined in the cue patiently waiting to order takeaway lunch... when my turn came, the serving staff ignored me and took the order of the person at my back I can't believe it but I patiently waited to make eye contact with her and the other staff and they seem to be too busy serving other customers now. Four customers later I was still standing waiting for my order to be taken I felt like a fool. For a while I thought I was invisible Only when I raised. my voice that someone took my order. I'll never go back to to this restaurant, poor quality food and horrendous customer service.

When you see Chicken and avo, they put 1 slice avo, stingy and overpriced.

We ordred via Uber Eats. Simple items. Some items were missing and coffee spilt ruining the order. These things can happen and wasnt a big issue. However, the staff and manager refused to even consider making good and blamed the uber guy. They then asked for photos of the ruined order which we had thrown in the bin. We are still waiting for a call to at least apologise and rectify. Not ordering from this place again.
