I like here cases the food was yummy and Reasonable price. The opening hour is good whenever you’re hungry you can get food.

The standard of this once great dining has dropped off significantly. There is no service, price has increased two folds, management has a bad attitude. Although they advertised "takeaway", however this means you have to buy your own container and stuff the food from the hotplate yourself. 😅 DO NOT COME HERE!!! Absolute waste of money for very very poor service and negative dining experience.

Interesting concept: hot sizzling plates allow you to cook the meat and veggies you order. Its supposed to be Japanese style, but the karaage chicken curry I got was more like chicken nuggets in curry sauce. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing? Staff was nice, polite, welcomed me in to a table with a menu, but she didn't come back to take my order. I realized I was supposed to go to the counter. All good... My ignorance. Overall its just OK.

A very good location to start with. Service is fast and you dont hv to wait too long for your food. Prices are reasonable considering its location. This place is not that big. Good for quick/fast hot meal with varieties to choose from. Its clean too. Their food taste good as well. Try them.

One of my favourite places when I am in Perth. Very tidy and clean place with great choice of different japanese hot plates. Simply I love this place.

The tables are left uncleaned and with food debris. The services is acceptable and food is average. Price is expensive considering all of this. There a way too many other better options on this strip on the city. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t be rushing back!

The food same as the pictures on the menu, great presentation, but when it come to taste I have to give 3 stars only 🙂 the taste is nothing special because don't expect it comes with some special sauce like mushroom sauce etc, its just plain butter on top and not so tasty, so basically just like home grilled meat at home with little bit butter on top and to be honest the beef taste not so fresh. What makes me give this place 3 stars is because the dessert matcha ogura ice cream that makes me add 1 point to this place. The bitterness from the matcha really blend well with the sweetness from ogura and they cooked the ogura really nice (great chewy texture)

Great little lunch spot. I had the wagyu beef one with extra kimchi and my friend had the eel one (which was surrounded by an omelette). Both were very delicious and extremely peppery. The place is usually quite busy so you may have to wait for a table but the plates come out so fast (as it pretty much cooks in front of you) that you don't have to wait too long for a table.

Had the classic beef pepper lunch and it was very very good- beef was extremely tender. Sauce was fantastic and the hot plate really does the job well in cooking everything to a nice sizzling hot and bbq taste!! Rice portion was good n in the cool spring weather this is perfect!!!! Even better than the pepper lunches served in Singapore where I come from

Delicious eels fish hot dish served with rice and corn. The fish part could be aalightly more compared to size of the meal. Recommend trying it.

Good Restaurant in the city. Fast service and reasonable price. The staff was very friendly. The plate was big enough for me. Curry sauce was ok and chicken also.

Definately Recommended! Went out for lunch and tried Tofu pepper rice curry dish and was amazing. They have good vegetarian options and surely will be visiting again to try out the vegtarian pasta options.

Been enjoying Pepper Lunch and trying out there stores! Still very high quality and tasty. Ordered a Hamburger steak with chicken deluxe combo. Everything was nice and sizzling hot. Service was faster than I could believe and staff were helpful as I'm not fully accustomed to Pepper Lunch. I hope to keep enjoying the experience and try many more food!

As far as flavour goes, no matter it be australia, Japan, malaysia or the philipines, the quality is always quite consistent. It good, but not great, but it is one of the only "japanese" restaurants in Perth you can get hamburg steak with rice

Thought it would be good from previous experiences but now not sure if I would go back as was refused a table for 1 at lunch even though at least 3 tables were available ordered Jumbo size wagyu beef and seemed they gave it to someone else while I got the regular and they did not try to rectify the problem pretty bad customer service and experience I liked the other stores like in Bangkok and Singapore maybe I'll go to Vic Park or another store but this one is a miss for me again

Honestly I had some hesitations about this place, I'm not a fan of sweetcorn, however once I ordered my meal and ate it, it honestly tasted really good. Prices weren't bad for what I got, however they seemed to have a lot of items that weren't in stock on the day I visited.

it looks tiny and cramped from the outside but its surprisingly pretty decently sized inside - enough space for a "crowd". food is pretty tasty, not the greatest, but definitely good enough to keep coming back. prices are quite reasonable in relation to the taste and quantity of their dishes. and staff here have been really nice and friendly too.

Been here for a few times and the food service is very fast. I would say the price is equal to what your going to get. I been observing mostly only one staff is working to deliver the food and take order therefore cutlery is self service. Despite all that it has always been my “go to” place to drop by especially when I’m in a hurry. Totally recommend this place!!

Quality and quantity have become very poor over the years. Charging more for less food. Love it here but they could do better. They used to provide a full potato with cheese on the side now there’s only half. Meat seems to be getting smaller and smaller over the years

Other than the fact that the restaurant is a shoe box and is always packed this place is great! The food is always amazing and the staff are friendly. The restaurant just needs to be bigger to accommodate the amount of people who visit!

I was in Perth recently and decided to grab some dinner. Being later on a Wednesday night my choice’s were limited but We chanced upon this gem, I have never been here before but I can say I am glad we did as it was very nice indeed, it is food done differently the way they serve it, please come and try it it was great.

This is basically sizzling plate, from meat to vegetarian meals. Food is tasty and staff are friendly however I think that if you go elsewhere, there are other non-sizzling dish with same quality and quantity but better price.

Although rather expensive item on menu but decided to give the Wagyu a go. Not sure what score was it but i assume it wont be anything near 5 or 9 but for the price i was provided a very good portion. Also i got to cook it myself the way i wanted it. Such an interesting and memorable experience. Will definitely come back give other items a try on menu !

Self order at the counter and you will be presented with a number for your food to be delivered to you once ready. Wait time around 5-7mins. Card friendly/contactless payment options. Free tap water is available(self service). Healthy meal portion. Paid approx AUD$20. For improvement 1. Not many drink options available 2. Additional cutlery is self service (food is served with only a spoon) 3. Tables are a little dirty. Condiment bottles which are readily available at each table are a little oily/greasy

When I eventually got to order I was told all the tables were taken and I would need to wait. The people who took the last table did not have to wait in line to orderI was going here regularly for lunch but I won’t be back. I went to Noodle Forum instead
