Ryanne and Michael have been taking care of me in the morning ever since Subway moved into Perth Station. They are experts at their craft and always make me a delicious and filling sandwich. Getting to know them as one of their regulars has been such a positive experience and they are always on the ball with their customer service Can't wait for the next chapter guys!

Always enjoyed a steak melt sandwich from subway. In this case the location was next to the train station which makes it very convenient when needing to use the service. There are a few chairs for dine in and some of the are stools which is much higher. The people seems to be fairly organised and maybe a little bit strict with the salads/veggies but you can always ask for a bit more. The price is the same as any other subways.

Very convenient as it’s located inside Perth Station, however, the customer service that I’ve gotten whenever I come in has been awful! It’s not the first time it’s happened but multiple!!! Easy tip: Teach the workers to be more open to customers and do the least like smile. I come here many times and get served by one of the girls with the glasses not the one with tattoo sleeve but the other who seems very up-herself and disrespectful. Her body language says it all…. She’s always rolling her eyes, is there something wrong with her eyes? Maybe she should go see a doctor. Thank you!

I ate at the shop and I think she didn’t have a good day, maybe that’s why my sub looks like that.

I got 2 footlong afterwork. 2 people serving and rush coz they were queue behind me. The lady who served me, her hair was messy, the collague too. One would think their hair would drop to the meat and salad when preparing the subs. Her shirt kept touching the subs as she reached for salad to put in. Perforamce from taking order to wrapping were messy and looking not hygiene. The spot of the restaurant is very convenient though. U take train then have 20mnts in transit to take bus at the busport. U spend the 20mnts to drop by the restaurant. I would give 5, if it wasnt messy.

No sub of the day here but did have some foot longs in the mid $16 range. My pizza sub average. I sat down on a fixed stool that was moving around like a fairground ride and noticed the thick black dust on the light fittings and black grime on the chrome stool fittings. That dirt had been there for months at least. The old broken brick chimney feature with soot and old brick effect, I’m now thinking might be wear and tear! If that’s what you can see out front, bit worried about the food prep areas I couldn’t see. Mentioned it to a girl behind the counter who was busy consoling her co worker with green hair sat on the floor, bizzare experience 😷

I came into the store around 5:20 - 5:30PM today. The store was busy and had quite a few people in the line with only one worker taking orders. There was another girl out front with purple hair completely ignoring the customers and not helping the girl by herself. I come here often and the service is always great but this was just not right.

Young asian bloke looked like he didn't want to be there, practically throwing my sandwich around and toasting it without even asking me prior. Walk a couple hundred metres to the subway in Northbridge if you want good customer service.

Just wanted a meatball sub with cheese and nothing else, 10 mins later I was still waiting to pay so just walked out and left them with the sub, waste of time

The asian man (the one who has flattened out his cap) who I approached when I first came to the counter was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I said “hey, how are you going” he replied “pretty shit” before telling me in a rude manner that I had lined up on the wrong side of the counter. After this I had to watch him being loud and obnoxious, including clapping his hands and yelling “work bitch” to his coworkers in the back section of the store. These events occurred on the afternoon of the 20th December 2021. I would highly recommend that this store be avoided.

Had the best subway at perth station recently. So delicious. I ordered a sub with falafel. It had heaps of salad with jalapeños. Perfect location at the train station. Easy to grab a sub on the way to the train if you are in a hurry but I enjoyed sitting inside the spacious area and took my time to eat it. The cup of tea I ordered was perfect as well. Thank you people her served me. Yummo!!!

Always good subs. Well made, what I asked for & holds together for easy consumption. Friendly owners/staff. A clean restaurant. Always efficient & quick when I stop past in the mornings before work.

The owner/manager of this Subway is very friendly. Good customer service.

The girl who is working at subway, she is not good in production area. She just put a pinch of spinach of my veggie delite. When i told her to put more, she removed the spinch that she put a pinch on bread. When i told her to put tomato and cucumber, she didn't put any tomato and just 2 slices of cucumber on whole bread. This was not what paid for. I got this order just 10 mins ago.

Warning to vegetarians/ vegans! Expect the smallest, stingiest amount of avo added to your subs at this store. Considering it’s the main base of protein to the sub you’d expect more generosity, especially at a time when avo is dirt cheap. Won’t be going here again until they become fairer to non meat eaters.

I found a moth / bug in my daughters wrap i had just purchased i didn't realise until i was on the train and my 3yr daughter asked me "mum what's this" and they had a knife sitting on the outside of the glass of the where the food is and the lady went to go lift up the glass and the knife fell towards my daughter and in my pram lucky it never hit her though.

I walked in to subway today and ordered six cookies for me and my friend to share. When I opened the bag there was a fruit fly in there. I went back to the store and told them that there was a bug in my cookies, and this worker with a black t-shirt on and cat tattooed on her right arm says there’s nothing she can do about it and walked off. I pointed out the other bugs I saw in the cookie cabinet and she still refused to do anything. She then threatened to call the police on me and my friend.

Yesterday I walk in to see a tall girl with short dyed hair yelling at a coworker over what I think was salt and pepper? She rolled her eyes at another customer and was acting quiet rude. Saw the same worker sneaking ingredients to snack on at one point as I was having a late lunch with my brother for a couple hours, I was, frankly, disgusted by her behaviour. I was also helping my brother to understand her (English is our second language and being honest she was speaking quite fast and was hard to understand clearly at first) and she got angry at him. Very rude server, to customers and her co workers. Food was great

Today I went around 12:15 pm and the girl with short dyed hair when. She was making sub she was making faces to me eyes rolled as she was my interested in serving so dissatisfied .

has to be the worst service i have ever had a subway for the girl to only put 3 slices of tomato across my foot long then when asked to have 6 like the standard of subway to me huffed at is unacceptable no hello or anything just a look to say what do you want not happy
