Dirty. There was a big cockroach running and jumping freely on serving tables and walls. No one seemed to care. I have uploaded its picture.

Wouldn’t recommend this store…The cleanliness is terrible… the floor was sticky and the sofa was filthy… Then I saw a cockroach crawling under the table… Gee…

As I was placing my order this tall white guy left me hanging to go wash his hands?? Then when he came back to take my order he then proceeded to wash his hands once again. I understand hygiene is important especially given the current pandemic but this is quite excessive. Once I received my order there was no napkins and I received the wrong burger…

Came here for breakfast and food was served quickly, had to wait a while for the coffee. The place is kept clean but was only 8am when I visited. Some of the seating and decor looks like it needs some renovating. Good place to go if everywhere else is closed.

Visited on Saturday (22nd) and the manager allowed a man with an assistance dog to be served and then threw him out saying no dogs and he didn't care if it was an assistance dog. Have seen the same man with the dog in there many times. Manager obviously trying to get the business sued for discrimination. Don't think I will go back again. Plenty of other places to get coffee where a service dog and owner are not kicked out or abused by management.

The most rude and unprofessional girls at the counter. They spoil the courtesy Mcdonalds extends as a chain. The place is littered with garbage which is not cleaned.

This is the "large" fries that I ordered.😌 Maybe they think large = medium, and some of the fries are rotten and taste like they were there a long time alrd.

A lot of the problems with McDonald's in William Street lies with us customers! Seriously, it does! We seem to think that because we pay the staff's income we're entitled to some good service and quality burgers! When will we learn that we're here to serve staff and pay them for the best mediocrity around - especially at McDonald's in William Street. Case in point - one customer was served by a lady called Teleya who couldn't be bothered to smile or attend to a customer's needs. She has a right to be grumpy. It must be hard having to be grumpy all day but she's doing her best to earn the pittance customers pay. And the burgers!!!! Phwoah - do you really expect them to be anything near the pictures they put up? Give them a break!!! You're lucky Mediocrity's in William street give you a slight squeeze of mayo, hand you a bit of bacon and slap a spicy chicken here or there and hand it to you. Customers are expecting too much from such hardworking stuff. McDonald's William Street... where mediocrity's the best there isn't.

Extremely the worst McDonald's restaurant you can ever visit. I was there and saw the disgusting food left on the floor and trash everywhere. How is someone meant to enjoy their food ? I even asked for a manager and the 2 girls refused wanting a reason. You don't need to know I have ever right to ask for a manager to file a complaint. Even though I asked him to nicely to clean the place up he refused because food would take longer to proceed like 10 to 15 mins late. Who cares about it clean up the place and not make a pig style. If you are low on workers U only need one dude cleaning up the place half and hour.

Kiera the crew coach literally has worst customer service I’ve ever encountered even as someone who has worked in hospitality for the last 10 years. I waited 20min for my order patiently and when she called out my number I took the bag and checked the bag . It has a different number in and there was chicken nuggets in the bag instead of the item I ordered . I waited for her to be free and then kindly told her it’s not my order . She looked through the past orders for 10 more minutes and then asked to see my order on my phone to which she said “ I didn’t give you this bag you took it from someone else “ . I explained to her that she called out my number and gave me this bag to which she replied “ oh we ran out of the item you ordered so we replaced it with nuggets “ I told her then next time can she tell me that when I order it so I’m not waiting 30minutes after a 16hr work day for a item they don’t have in stock and she just rolled her eyes and walked off . No apology or anything . It wasn’t even busy . Had maybe 3 or 4 orders . I’m typing this here as when I asked to talk to her manager she stormed off and ignored me and the other customer who asked for a straw . If you don’t want to work in customer service then don’t .

i got a cheese burger and while i was eating it, pulled a pube out of it. we sat there for 10 mins trying to figure out what bodily hair it could be but it definitely couldn’t have been anything else. extremely disgusted and disappointed :(

This Macca's has a very combative, prison like mentality after about 6pm. The whole place feels like it is on lockdown. The dining area and toilets are closed, and it seems that no one wants to venture into the service area to do any kind of restocking of serviettes or straws, or to clean anything no matter how disgusting the place gets. Probably ok during the day but a really depressing dive after hours.

It was so packed I haven't seen a Maccas this busy before. The staff handled the customers really well at like 2am after nye. Well done to the guy handing out orders. I don't know how you did it. I hope you have a lovely year 😊

Ordered frozen drink and waited for 15min when there were very little number of orders and people at the Macca's.I have been given some sort watery drink far from frozen and far from what it should be. Never go there. Would give a negative review if I could Just don't go there

Been here a long tine ago, when it's quiet the service is fast but usually slow. The food cam as expected but didn't have issues with the customer service. The place was relatively ok but could be much cleaner.

Absolutely filthy. The stench from the toilets comes into the restaurant. On the night we visited the toilet floor was littered with paper, urine and vomit. We decided not to eat anything because the place was so filthy.

Below average McDonalds experience. The service mediocre in general but when it's busy, make lots of mistakes and become extremely slow. The atmosphere can be gross - homeless people sleeping at the tables, dirty sticky floors. The convenient location is the only consistent positive.

The staff today were lovely when I came and moved very fast! The atmosphere wasn’t the best but the workers worked their best to maintain cleanliness in a busy environment with rude and messy customers ! Very impressed.

I saw my order sitting on the bench so I asked a girl working there (her name tag might have said Chloe but I couldn't see well) if I could have my order. She just angrily said "no you have to wait" so I sat down for about 25 minutes. I went and asked another worker who was really lovely and she grabbed the bag for me which was my order and apologised. Despite the really rude staff there are some very nice ones

Teenagers surrounding the area and blocked the doorway. Very dirty. Also, we ordered two hash brown and they didn't gave us. We didn't check the package so. didn't find out until we are home...

Who ever made my double mcchicken burger today is a professional. 🤌 Well placed bun and the amount of lettuce is perfect.🤌

They were fast and like all Macca's are... They are cheap. A good fix on the go with all the options for vegetarians... Vegans, Meat lovers and a huge range of healthy options. Not like it use to be. MACCAS ALL THE WAY.

Only came here coz we were desperate to eat and sit down. Weren't waiting too long but omgosh it was just filth everywhere you turned. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. Found the "cleanest" table to sit at which was still dirty and I kinda lost my appetite. The whole time I felt like I was going to catch every disease possible. It was disgusting, definitely never going here again. Absolute filth. They need cleaning staff constantly cleaning

Good serive, even though our coffee order was a little mixed up, the lady was fabulous in her approach to rectifying the situation. Was apprehensive walking in given there was someone appearing to be asleep in the dining area, but was pleased to see that very quickly a shift manager was asking them to move on. Breakfast was good, coffee was eventually perfect and the ability to be able to stop and take a seat somewhere was greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.

I LOVE WILLIAM STREET MACCAS. front counter girls are the most kind and kitchen guys work their hardest to pump out my food as quick as possible! 10/10 great experience and delicious food

Although this is a busy Maccas the service was fast and efficent the food was well presented and tasty. I noted one worker JULIA who really excelled in her job and paid great attention to the cleanliness of the store. Julia needs to be commended on her efforts.

Staffing is the main issue here. There are no enough staff to cater the crowd. I feel pity for the staff who works there. Also toilet was not available even by 8 pm

Fast and for the first time they got my order right

I rarely go to fast food, but sometimes I can afford to eat a burger. Great place for fast food. Service at McDonald's is very fast and always high quality. Ordered a hamburger and orange juice. Everything was fine, except for the fresh. It was not at all like fresh juice, but more like regular juice from the store.

I wrote this McDonald's low as they shutdown the toilets before midnight only to open again roughly 6 a.m. and I do not have enough staff on to cope with clientele of 2 let alone 10 or more. Now changing the 2 star rating to 1 star. Lack of toilet facilities and appropriate number of staff to cope. Any 24-hour business should have these sorted as well as appropriate products of good quality and health. I thought we were in the 21st century....

Two ( 2) counter friendly staff attending to the orders of customers. May be you need to increase the number to say 3 or 4. Quite a few people ordering there and via app. Tables not cleaned straight away (maybe due to staff shortage) which should be among the priority due to Covid 19. No social distancing while waiting to order and pick up orders.

Great place for chicken burgers, snacks and fast service in Perth Australia.

This store is right in the heart of the CBD of Perth. Therefore, you can always expect there to be a queue for ordering your food & beverage. Because the staff are very experienced and have been trained well, there won't be too much of a wait. This is not a story that provides parking, as parking is at a premium in the CBD at the best of times. The good news is that the food is the freshest it can be, due to the very large turnover of customers.

Always busy which means food is nearly always fresh.

I was there like 15-20 minutes ago. I ordered 2 grilled snack wraps and 2 frozen drinks. Firstly, they gave us wrong flavours and when complained crew members was rolling her eyes. So, really poor customer service. Later on, on the way home when i opened the wrap instead of grilled chicken they put chicken patty in it. Please have that courage to tell customer whether you don't have grilled chicken patties or you are waiting on cooking them rather than just putting anything of your choice. People are paying to get things of their choice not yours.
