NOT RECOMMENDED. We booked & paid the room. Unfortunately, we arrived a bit late due to delayed flight. It was too exhausting cold night that the owner was very inhospitable, inconsiderate and arrogant standing at the door. It's a quite bad experienced. Thank you for closing your door dear owner. We couldn't text or call while on the plane. We were just few minutes late, not an hour. Akimbo gestures and raising voice was unacceptable and disrespectful.

Loved my stay! Safe, spotless, friendly, comfortable and perfect location. My cooked breakfast (which you pay extra and was my choice) was delightful. Best eggs on a smashed avocado on toast with spinach i ve ever had! I will return. Thank you Jordan, Ann and lynn. You made me feel very welcome.Thank you also for allowing my son to come inside to visit me. All the best for all of you.

Lovely comfortable stay. Ann is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble, always going that extra mile for her guests. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again when back in Perth.

Such a nice lady, super clean home, very quiet, did I mention clean??? Like hospital clean. The owner takes great pride in a very clean well presented B&B, loved it!!! Well priced too and very private.

Great BnB. The room was very nice and clean and the bed comfortable. It has a good location close to teh airport, and also close to a bus-stop that takes you directly to the CBD. Ann and her husband were great hosts and gave just the right amount of service. I can very highly recomend Epson on Swan, and will definately live here again next time I'm in Perth.
