    Ridiculous. Worst service ever. Missing items and whatever came in the order was completely incorrect. Tried to call them to tell them my order was completely wrong and their phone line is disconnected. I’ve also been there in person and their service is horrible. Awful. I bet they will not hesitate to spit on your food.

    A Sunday arvo stroll through the city found me hungry so we decided to visit the "little Indian" subway to get my self a footlong meatball melt. I had to repeatly ask the younger staffer to add more toppings as she must have thought we were back in East Germany with Russian occupation limiting food distribution......extra pickles, olives and jalepenos means more not less. Whilst placing my order the two ladies were conducting a conversation in Hindi, possibly deciding whether or not to refill the lettuce tray/carrot tray/beetroot & spinach tray and if i'd notice whether or not my sub was half filled. Would rather eat a ho bo's foot than go back - give this premises a miss and get yourself an overpriced jesters pie.

    I found this subway branch using Google maps walk mode very handy if you're nearby and after a quick snack, servive here is pretty quick, aircon and radio music. #GoogleMaps #LocalGuides

    The owners of this subway must take a back seat approach to keeping this outlet clean and in good running order. Toasters that are not working properly, handwritten “out of order” signage and stains that have been there for time immemorial. Feels like they don’t really care about the place. On the positive they do on occasion have good team members that make a “cracker” sub but they seem transient

    This subway was dirty and the staff were not great. They always burn my sub here and I get annoyed at this because of how the subs are so expensive.

    A nice place to feed yourself. The staff was friendly, and the food tasted good. However, unlike subways in Sydney and Canberra, you can’t find refill cups (usually around three dollars) at this restaurant, which is a little bit disappointed.

    I come here often, because I work nearby, and I always do so reluctantly, and regret it. This store is filthy and there is almost no bread left. The only staff member I ever meet is a young woman with zero interest in working, who is often nearly asleep. She can't be bothered being polite, ending her loud ongoing phonecall or making a nice sandwich. The food is poorly prepped and poorly made. Buying from this place is a waste of time and money.

    Customer was horrible and the worker was very rude with the customers. We ordered 4 sandwiches and paid $52.50 and it was Simply horrible. The bread was burnt

    Overchaged my kids $20. I had to drive back and confront the worker who was argumentative and insisted on overcharging us $12 and regunding only $8. No logic or reasoning. Subway offered a lousy apology.

    Witnessed the staff refilling the meats by adding new to the old in the same tray which is a food safety sin. Serving attendant was talking on her phone the whole time and barely added fillings. Avoid.

    My wife and I are staying at a local hotel and went to Subway for a bite to eat. We ordered a foot long Chicken Teriyaki sub. On return to my hotel, we noticed that the chicken was still cold. The hot chicken had not been heated. I endeavoured to phone the store to rectify the issue however the phone has been engaged (or off the hook) for 30min. This is very poor and I do not wish to risk eating the cold chicken and potentially getting sick. After reading other recommendations and my own experience, I highly recommend that people do NOT eat from this Subway.

    Worst service - EVER. They have lost the plot here. Nearly all staff carry a few more jokers in their deck of cards at this place.

    I walked into the subway to order lunch and the lady who served me was so extremely rude. She was In polite and arrogant and was rolling her eyes at me and scoffing. Why? Because I simply asked her to change her gloves before serving me. I walked out before she could serve me further. Horrible service, do not recommend for anyone. If you want subway there’s one across the train station with more respectable staff.

    Ordered a veggie patty sub. As I was expecting deliciousness with my first bite, I got disappointed. The veggie patty was still cold, almost frozen! I went back to the counter and explained the problem. They heated THE WHOLE SUB up for WAY TOO LONG. After feeling even more disappointed about burning my mouth TWICE and not enjoying my food because it was like melted clumps of salad, I gave up and left. Very upset about the fact that I didn’t even get a free cookie for all of this despondency.

    Second visit here and just wondering why is everything always stale and or burnt no matter what time of day lol 😆 Shall I risk a 3rd visit? they always say 3s the charm 😅 + I tried another subway with my partner this time and the sandwich lady was so slow, 2 customers had already walked out and we didn't bother waiting to pay the bill we put the money near the cash register and walked out because she was sooo slow. Never going to win with subways in the CBD 😮‍💨

    No gonna lie probably the worst subway. I have been three times just incase. Bread is usually hard and stale. And very stingy with the salad

    Binik was awesome, service with a smile 😃 he was working alone everything was fully stocked even the lettuce looked nice I've been in many subways where the lettuce was brown yuck. Thanks Binik great job mate

    Karma is so rude and disrespectful at subway. She should be fired honestly. Karma has no manners and frankly she was mixing bacon and tuna and did not change her gloves and when I asked her to change it she declined. I clearly saw her touching bacon. She then said to go to the other store for service.
