    When an anxious 40 something walks into a gym to be met with a warm smiley welcome from both their now PT Brandon and gym members who had just finished class, you know you're in a gym that's right for you. I began my journey with a 15 min consultation with Mike and went on to do the introduction to PT with Brandon. From there I joined the basic gym pass and do regular PT sessions. I'm currently training for a marathon of which my sessions are tailored for and will be adapted when that goal changes. What can I say about Brandon as a PT.. knowledgeable - explains exercises in detail of what they do and what muscles are used, positive - I had a rubbish session in the gym recently and we turned a negative into a positive (always a bright side to things), encouraging - you may think you've reached your limit but Brandon can find and get that extra out of you. And most of all makes a PT and gym session with friendly chat and banter. I've been with the gym for about 2 months and have eaten more food than I ever have, I sleep better, began to loose inches and more positivity about things.

    A super friendly and inclusive gym with very knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you are nervous about joining a gym I can recommend Club300 to provide the support and reassurance you need to achieve your goals. Very quickly you feel a sense of belonging where all the staff know your name. I started with the 6 week Summer Shape Up programme which offered education and support on nutrition, fitness and mindset. I found it to be a worthy investment and the kick-start I needed to a longer term commitment to feeling healthier and more confident. I would absolutely recommend this gym.

    Club300, what a place! Totally would recommend for anyone to join the sweat and fun! The community is very welcoming, the classes are very effective and the gym offers you many days such as Munro climbs with other members. The place has really flipped my life around, made massive progress mentally and physically and sometimes I just simply can help myself to go into the gym, even at 6 in the morning!

    Its been a great 6 weeks. Its definitely given me the tools that I needed to help me change and get to my goal of living a healthier lifestyle and making better informed choices. The added bonus is that it has also been great fun. Doing it with a small group of people that have been on the same journey with me has been such a brilliant support and a good few laughs along the way too.

    I have joined Club 300 in April and I am very happy with my choice, Mark and the other PTs are very friendly and competent, always available to answwer my fitness questions when I need help. There is a good feeling when entering the Club, no judgement on your fitness level and everyone seem to have a great workout and lots of fun.

    I joined Club 300 as part of a 12 week transformation with my sister-in-law, and from our first meeting with the team, we were made to feel like we had been part of the group for years. Whether we’re in a PT session, one of the variety of classes on offer or open gym, the coaches are always there to support and encourage and there’s always a friendly face around if you need some advice on exercise, nutrition or, on tougher days, just a general boost to help achieve your goal and keep you motivated. I’ve gained so much knowledge and confidence since joining and have learnt to make the little changes, now day to day habits, to make me healthier and stronger with the bonus of losing a few pounds along the way. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about joining.

    Club 300 is a welcoming safe & calm space for everyone who attends it. The gym itself feels very spacious & there are always staff nearby who are very supportive, engaged & will help you with anything you need. Brandon, who is a personal trainer has a holistic approach to health, by assessing, researching, observing, then works alongside you to achieve your goals, ensuring that your recovery is paced, & overall a positive experience where you want to attend the gym & enjoy the journey. Brandon is very motivated & this inspires you to believe that your goals are within reach. If you do think that there are limits whether mental or physical, he listens & sometimes that's just enough to make a difference, to have a breather & then refocus. 100% gold star gym.

    I completed the 12 week transformation and was absolutely over the moon with the results , confidence and the knowledge I gained throughout it. Club 300 is a brilliant gym , you’re made to feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. All the trainers are great at what they do, such a good mix for everyone here. If your thinking about joining - Do It 🙌💪☺️

    I joined Club 300 as part of a 12 week case study group. During the 12 weeks I learnt a different way to think about nutrition and exercise that supported my body being coming healthier and stronger not just smaller! I’ve been a member for 6 months and I’m still attending the club 4 times a week and I love it. Everyone at Club 300 is lovely, patient and friendly, there is always someone there to answer your questions or offer you some motivation. The staff are very knowledgeable and ALWAYS know your name! Five Stars, Highly recommended

    I recently completed the 12 week transformation programme, provided at club 300. The process was easy to follow, the program challenged me in a good way on diet and exercise. It got me the results I wanted. The team were so helpful, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my many questions. They have a great range of equipment that beginners and experienced gym members can benefit from. The booking system is excellent and the members and staff are very welcoming and readily available for advice if needed.

    I recently completed the 4 weeks to fitness course and really enjoyed it! The coaches are all fantastic and have lots of knowledge to help guide you towards your goals. The environment is very welcoming and everyone is really friendly. Would definitely recommend!

    A friend convinced me to join this time last year and I have never looked back. The atmosphere and social community is amazing. The trainers are all very invested in what is best for you, with many options of PT, gym and classes. Highly recommend!

    I am not the typical "gym" person!! But I do love Club300! The small group sessions are brilliant, they offer a variety of sessions and the staff are always on hand with advice and encouragement! I also love the extras that come with the Club300 community such as the Munroe hikes, social events and Charity SuperTeams event. If I can do it, anyone can!!

    I have just completed 4 weeks to fitness. I was 8 weeks postpartum when I started. The team are great, they are encouraging and don't force you to do more than you feel able. I will now be joining the small group classes. The home exercises and meal plans are a major bonus. My problem area that I wanted to work most on was my stomach (the wee culprit in the backround of the second photo 😂) I still have hard work to do to get my stomach/abdominal wall back to what it was but I am so happy with my results so far! 10 stars ✨💪

Ben has been of great benefit in helping us both maintain our general fitness and conditioning after working with a personal trainer Overseas for a number of years. He is a delight to work with. He tailored my programme to assist in rehab following a total shoulder replacement in January this year. He is very knowledgeable both in terms of exercise and diet/ nutrition. He is patient with an emphasis on technique. He created a variable programme tailored to ensure I got the best from our twice weekly sessions. I saw genuine improvements in my physique and strength over this period.     It has been a real pleasure to work with Ben at Club 300 in Perth, Scotland. I started personal training sessions in March 2022 when my husband and I returned from Australia for 3 months. We have been given a variety of well rounded structured exercises both for general fitness and specifically for our areas of injury / pain. Ben has been a very professional coach, has kept in touch with us and encouraged us to progress in a determined but gentle way. He has monitored our sessions unobtrusively but helpfully. He is skilful in changing a particular movement if it is stressing us too much. I was never bored with the routines and he put a lot of thought into working with us. He has given me a hugs amount of information on the correct technique of lifting and I feel I have progressed under his tutelage.     I had a fantastic time at Club 300 Perth. I attend classes only and all of the coaches whose classes I attended (Ben, Colleen, Alim, Simon, Calum) had great service, knew their stuff and did an excellent job of motivating myself and others in the class. Well done!

    I attended a movement class today at club 300. I was very impressed by the owners focus on supporting members to understand the ethos behind fitness and movement to aid performance to reach individual goals. The gym has a good range of equipment and well trained staff. A rare find

    Highly recommend to EVERYONE, any age and ability. I hadn’t been in a gym environment before joining club 300 and now I feel confident in myself with huge thanks to all the coaches. Great equipment and the staff are so motivating and knowledgeable. Great to push yourself and get to know familiar faces. Amazing vibes :)

    5 years as a Club 300 member now and the team are still doing a great job varying the gym layout and equipment which keeps it new, challenging and exciting for the members. The service and support from all the staff is the best available. Whether you are training specifically to better your own goals or are new to a gym and looking to start from scratch, you will find the right advice and energy in Club 300. One of the greatest selling points has to be the friendly, family like feeling amongst the members which makes it a fun environment to train in no matter what level you are at. Thanks Club 300.

    Excellent gym where you actually feel like a club member. The staff couldn’t be better, so helpful. The club has everything you need, the group classes are amazing or if you just want to lift weights they have all the equipment you need. If personal training is your thing they have a great start up offer and a lot of coaches to choose from. You wont find a better gym in Perth, 10/10 ⭐️

    I joined Club300 after lockdown and I really wished I joined sooner! The staff are absolutely incredible and have instilled in me so much confidence using weights, after always being too scared. The gym is such a welcoming place and staff knowing you by name and genuinely caring, makes you feel so valued. I’m gutted to be leaving due to moving, but can’t thank Mike and all the staff enough. Club300 is one of a kind ❤️

    As a guest from Germany I visit the gym. It was no problem to train on sunday morning spontaneous to do my stuff. Perfect equipment, enough weight, clean studio and a very nice and friendly trainer. I recommend this studio and I hope we us again on next vacation.

    Very happy I joined Club300, my favourite gym in Perth. I've been a member for around a year now using the gym floor only package as well as some PT with Alim, who is amazing, explains things so well and has really helped with my confidence in lifts that I was struggling with. The gym space is brilliant, equipment is very high standard and never struggle to get what I need to use. The place is always pristine and the staff are all wonderful, friendly and always there to help if I'm needing someone to check my form, show me how to use things or show me some new exercises to mix things up.

    I started at Cub 300 six weeks ago and everyone is really friendly and welcoming. The nutrition app is a great tool, I have adjusted my eating habits but not in any major way, making slight changes in choices and being aware of what I am actually eating has made a big difference. The physical training has been varied and interesting which is important for me as it helps with my motivation. Brandon is very good at maintaining my motivation in PT sessions and checking in with my progress between sessions. I would definitely recommend Club 300, I feel it has the balance right.

    I recently took part in the 4 Weeks to Fitness programme to get some motivation back having not been in a gym for many years. All the instructors were very welcoming and encouraging. The gym space is great and clearly the staff, and other members, take pride in the gym with everything in its place whenever you need it. After the 4 weeks there was no pressure to sign up for longer, but membership packages are great value, and I am now enjoying regular gym visits for the small group classes on offer.
