Truely a professional outfit. Joe attended to me originally and I really appreciated his honesty and straightforwardness. He delivered on everything he promised and more. I brought my now Fiancé down to the store and let her design her own engagement ring, she is rather particular and I was extremely comfortable knowing full well that Joe would deliver. We went through about 5 CAD drawings before settling on a design. Where diamonds and Pearls stand out is their ability to customise jewellery, the CAD transitioned into a 3D print which she was happy with and the ring came out so much more elegant that we expected. I would like to extend my gratitude to Joe and his team for a job well done. I look forward to working with them when we do our wedding bands.

Joe consistently provides the best jewellery service in Perth. At short notice, he went above and beyond designing a custom ring for my mother-in-law. The ring was magnificent and the gems were excellent quality. I previously had a quote from another place to replace a pearl that popped off my grandmother’s ring for $600. I also took it in here for a quote and not only was I provided excellent customer service, carefully matching the vintage pearl, even colour matching under different lights on the street, but they only charged me less than $50 all inclusive! Photos don't do this ring justice, but as a person who is not very traditional I chose not to have a Diamond ring but a morganite, morganite is the stone of divine love and a bit different just like my partner and I, when speaking to the staff here not only did they go above and beyond they really understood what I was looking for to be able to make something even more exquisite that I had hoped. My (now) husband and I flew specially to Perth from Sydney to meet the team based on friends reviews. We had both my ring designed and my husband’s bands made here. I knew what I wanted and none of my requests were an issue. After the appointment, everything was done via email and it couldn’t have been a more smooth process. I recommend them to everyone. I didn’t see my ring until my wedding day (untraditional - no engagement) and to say I was head over heels in love with my ring (and my husband of course) is an understatement! Do it, you won’t regret it!

Mate! These guys have been super helpful and gave me exactly what I wanted. The ring desgin I wanted they are making it up right now and the price is good. Way less then they predict. I changed a stone on there and they said it might drop the price more so they've really helped me out as a uni student.
