Called
and
spoke
to
Chloe,
she
was
apparently
the
manager
in
Perth
location
and
was
not
kind
to
deal
with.
Signed
up
at
another
location
(Richmond,
Melbourne)
and
was
told
I
could
easily
cancel
my
membership
early
if
I
was
moving
offshore
as
I
am
from
Canada.
Perth
location
not
honouring
this
arrangement
that
Matthew
in
Richmond
had
originally
told
me
they
would
as
he
was
adding
notes
when
I
signed
up.
Membership
apparently
got
transferred
to
Perth
location
and
this
is
being
told
me
as
the
reason
why
it
is
not
so
simple
now
which
I
do
not
accept.
Membership
was
due
just
a
few
days
ago
but
payment
wasn't
able
to
go
thru
on
my
credit
card
as
I
am
now
broke
after
buying
my
plane
ticket
home
to
Canada.
Payment
is
for
gym
access
for
the
whole
month
of
December
which
it
makes
no
sense
to
still
pay
that
when
I
am
not
able
to
use
gym
membership
in
December
as
I
will
have
already
left.
Manager
was
rude
and
hardly
showed
an
ounce
of
empathy
and
simply
told
me
I
needed
to
also
pay
for
the
whole
month
of
December
to
cancel
my
membership.
Horrible
service,
they
are
quick
to
keep
throwing
terms
and
conditions
in
your
face,
and
not
honouring
what
you
were
told
at
sign
up.
No
option
even
given
to
switch
to
weekly
in
order
to
bring
me
up
to
date
and
just
pay
for
one
more
week.
I
don't
recommend
trusting
this
gym.
If
you
can't
take
my
word
for
it,
look
to
another
recent
1
star
review
for
this
location
regarding
cancelation-
the
owners/management
response
is
super
rude
and
lacking
any
professionalism
which
they
should
be
ashamed.
