Dont waste your money on Anytime. Small and an never get a machine if its slightly busy, Espically this one $50 non refundable Fob keys and took almost a month for their system to cancel my membership even after i had physically gone into cancel my memembership twice and called up twice. Asked every week to cancel it and fill out the online form for a month!! Not cool having to pay for something your not using or having a $50 fob keys thats of no use to you. EDIT- the $25 FOB came from Kalgoorlie the $50 FOB was charged by you!!! I went in twice to ask for NO roll over cause my new job supplied a gym. But here we are with $75 worth of FOB keys and 5 weeks of payments STILL coming out of my account!!

These guys do not deserve even a single star. So rude and arrogant the staff is They have deducting off my account even after I have cancelled with them. In my opinion I recommend no one to join this facility.

I’m new with Anytime fitness and I signed up with them about a month and I had things to do in Perth so I decided use that gym. I got there and they didn’t let me use because I signed up 29 days ago and I need to have one month! “We have a strict policy and if you want we charge you as casual”. Because of 1 day they didn’t let me in and thats just ridiculous.

Posting due to terrible treatment from management. I was helping some friends of mine get into the gym and trained them here after convincing them to join this particular gym as it’s the closest Anytime Fitness at my workplace. They asked me for help since they knew I used to be a coach 2 years ago but stopped my practice since then. They’re telling me it’s illegal to help my friends out, training at their gym especially because I didn’t ask them for permission and I don’t have insurance. I was only planning to help them out for a week max then leaving them to their own devices. I asked them NOT to pay me because I do not want any responsibility for their progress after my assistance. 1. Training your friends who aren’t paying me, whilst not practicing any business is NOT illegal. I’ve trained my wife at my current gym, I’m sure no one is going to sue. 2. I don’t need permission, although if you wish to “embarrass” me in front of my friends that just joined your gym because of me, you are welcome to show your colours rather than telling me over the phone that “I’m lucky you didn’t catch me”. 3. I apologise for my attitude over the phone, it was rude but it tends to happen when you’re accused of doing something illegal. In terms of the gym itself. It’s a regular gym. Relatively clean, equipment is well kept. Horrible management. To the man I talked over the phone to, if you’re salty that someone’s talking over you in a phone call, drink a bucket of cement and harden up. You were just as rude.

They TOLD CAN CANCEL ANYTIME DURING THE CONTRACT. But when I wanna cancel it, the staff not allow me to cancel. When you allow to cancel, they need to charge for one month extra. The WORST GYM I EVER BEEN. Will TELL MY FRIEND NOT JOIN !!!!!!

Visited this AF from out of town and was pleasantly surprised! The facility was clean (smelled great) and bright. It’s really all in the small details; the open plan and big windows, the airflow provided by the fans, the clean towels available if you forget yours and the sanitisation stations around the gym. The equipment was well looked after and people are friendly. Will definitely come back when I travel to Perth.

This is one of the best maintained and friendly club in the Anytime Fitness franchise. Keep up the great work my community gym!

Honestly the cleanest anytime fitness i've ever been to in all of australia. In addition to being brilliant at cleaning, very organized, very well distributed equipment. I loved the vibes of the gym and for me in 6 years of being a member, this is in first place in terms of organization and cleanliness. Congratulations

Skip this place. Owner lacks people skills. This is a common behaviour that has been brought up in past reviews. Go to a more friendlier gym. Most owners usually look at feedback as constructive criticism to go on and build bigger empires. But in this case, this one, as seen below, instead reinforces the post and helps send the message more clearly.

Quite shocked by the lack of customer service at this Anytime Fitness. Have had great experiences with other franchises in the past. Came in to try Anytime Fitness Perth City and was told that I had to pay $20 for a one time trial. Yet on their website it says I could try the gym for free. Very weird. When I entered the gym the owner grunted a hello without even making eye contact while the sales woman did all the work. I am an avid gym goer and have never been treated like this in a similar setting. Very odd. Hopefully they work on their sales and customer service skills for the future.

Up to now, i am having a great experience at the gym. James is a very helpful person, and he is willing to help me to complete my personal goals. The staff working there are very nice since the day i joined the gym.

Very commercial gym.no free 7day trial,but thanks for letting me tried one night. Negative: no exercise environment. not good for beginners training machines are crowded/close. Stretching area is every small,they don’t have stretching room.when you enter you can see stretching area, a little bit embarrassed A bit smelly. Positive: Good thing is they have wet wipes machine that’s easy for cleaning Also have hair dryer but share with men. Not really busy.

Amazing gym. Especially since all the renovations. High quality, staff are friendly and they do all the little touches that makes it A*. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality experience.

Moved to Perth a couple weeks ago. Chloe showed me around and made it feel like a home straight away. Always greeted with a smile from the staff here. Place is spotless all the time. Smells clean as soon as you walk in the door. Changing facilities are perfect. Machines and weights will suit almost any programme. Members are chill and friendly. Definitely would recommend if you’re in Perth, (100 times better than Snap Fitness 🤫)

Called and spoke to Chloe, she was apparently the manager in Perth location and was not kind to deal with. Signed up at another location (Richmond, Melbourne) and was told I could easily cancel my membership early if I was moving offshore as I am from Canada. Perth location not honouring this arrangement that Matthew in Richmond had originally told me they would as he was adding notes when I signed up. Membership apparently got transferred to Perth location and this is being told me as the reason why it is not so simple now which I do not accept. Membership was due just a few days ago but payment wasn't able to go thru on my credit card as I am now broke after buying my plane ticket home to Canada. Payment is for gym access for the whole month of December which it makes no sense to still pay that when I am not able to use gym membership in December as I will have already left. Manager was rude and hardly showed an ounce of empathy and simply told me I needed to also pay for the whole month of December to cancel my membership. Horrible service, they are quick to keep throwing terms and conditions in your face, and not honouring what you were told at sign up. No option even given to switch to weekly in order to bring me up to date and just pay for one more week. I don't recommend trusting this gym. If you can't take my word for it, look to another recent 1 star review for this location regarding cancelation- the owners/management response is super rude and lacking any professionalism which they should be ashamed.

Great club in the centre of the Perth CBD , can really tell the owner is hands on and values his members . Club looks great , clean and inviting . great place for a workout .

Good location, modern fitness equipment. Do not leave any valuables in open shelves. Management won't inform members of any theft that occur at their premises and won't offer you any compensation even if theft occurred during unstaffed hours. If you end your membership, ensure you claim all your free gifts before giving them a month notice. You have to submit a month notice even if your membership ends on a specific date as they will extend your end date for a month.

If I could give this gym 6 stars I would. The least intimidating gym I have ever been to. The staff are amazing and the venue immaculate!

I became member of Anytime fitness when I was in Japan. Having a try in Hong Kong and Malaysia also. Perth anytime fitness is the best place for me till now. Friendly staff and monthly challenge won’t let you down your muscle.

A very nice place to workout, I enjoyed 😉 it so far. Don't come in in Thursday night it always pack.

It is a worthwhile gym for those who travel a lot, because it has several units spread across several different cities and everywhere you travel, you can train in all units. I recommend it for practicality.

Great little gym in the CBD. Was given a great personal trainer to start with and was well supported with my workouts. Even after some slight inconvenience while cancelling my membership after nearly 2 years (moving away from area), they were very professional and willing to work with me to correct what mistakes were made.

Very Professional Gym, have professional trainers if you need assistance with posture and equipment usage. Very kind and polite. Price is a bit hard to afford for people that is on basic salary but if you are financially stable I’d definitely suggest to come and have a talk with the professionals here. A bit dangerous for girls to go at night alone as there is always strange people outside of the gym asking for money, yelling, etc. highly suggest to have a friend with you if it’s a night-time workout.

Nicely renovated, bright and clean. Amazing staffs. Great equipments. I don’t lift and squat as heavy as I used to so I’m happy with my cables 😌 From BadLife to Strong AF. Thank you Mark for your hospitality and letting us train the last years of our time in Perth. I miss it already!

Hands down the best workout environment in the CBD. Recently renovated and always clean, all the members are Covid safe and wipe all equipment after use! Anytime Perth is a friendly, judgement free, encouraging atmosphere for beginners to the seasoned trainer alike. Staff are helpful but not pushy which is a huge positive for me and there is always space and equipment available for use. Keep up the good work team!
