Everything is good. Nice train shushi and customer service and price ok too. Taste is good. I do have a look at the take away section, the price is very decent and portion looks generous. Overall, 👍

not a very large place but food and service here is great. there is a good variety of sushi on the menu. rice of the sushi is nicely seasoned and the fillings are substantial as well. personal favourites were the tamago, salmon sushi and the hand rolls. most items can be freshly made upon request. but definitely try the hand roll. overall loved dining here. i have eaten here twice and would see myself coming back here again. only down side is the it is slightly pricey. but for the quality i feel its worth it.

Can't Recommend... The takeaway sushi at the front looked nice, so we thought we'd go in and sit at the conveyor belt to eat. The food there was extremely limited in variety and certainly did not appear fresh. We had some sushi and unfortunately it was not tasty. We ordered from the menu and the gyoza was so overcooked I couldn't eat it. The karagee was extremely oily. Overall it was a very disappointing experience, especially given that the Sushi Hub magazine promoted their establishments as only having the freshest ingredients.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I got salmon lovers 3 times now and it was the best I’ve ever had. Special mentions to Angie who is the best waitress in perth!! Thanks for amazing.

Kitchen closed at 7:30 even though the restaurant was open until 8:30? Kind of stupid but okay. From what sushi I did get to have it was pretty good and I assume the variety is better during "peak" hours whatever that is. Would try to come back again when the kitchen's actually open.

The shop is quite small which fits around 12-15 people. We ordered tamagoyaki, grilled salmon, grilled scallops, cheese chicken katsu rolls, sashimi, and soft shell crab rolls with chicken karage! Try the Tamagoyaki and you won’t regret it! It wasn’t on the menu so probably in limited edition. Hand rolls are of good value (4.80 for two meat of ur choice).

Finding good sushi inPerth can be hard and finding a train style place is even harder. Found this place by accident and wasn't disappointed. While the items looked different to my sushi place and I sometimes had no idea what I was eating, it was all very nice. Place was clean, staff friendly and was always busy.

The first time I had their sushi was in Melbourne in 2016! I’m glad that they open in Perth!!! Love the octopus sushi and sushi sandwiches!! Hope they can add the urchins sushi and salmon roe sushi!! Great location in Perth city!! They should open a bigger shop in the future!!

Sat down for the sushi train, not much of a variety and a lack of sushi on the train itself. so I ordered off the menu the waitress wrote down my order then proceeded to the kitchen, i waited for about 20 minutes, for what should have taken 3-4 mins to make. so i asked the waitress about my order, I eventually got 1 of the 2 items but it wasn't what I ordered but I just ate it anyway and then questioned the waitress again about the 2nd item, nothing, so i re ordered. No body said a word about it no apologies, nothing. The shop wasn't even busy. Safe to say I won't be going back. Poor customer service.

I want to complain about the rude and obnoxious attitude of your male staff at the William St Perth WA Sushi Hut. His name tag seemed to read ENZO but it was partly hidden. He was a male with gold rimmed glasses.

I used to come here all the time and get both dine in and takeaway food. On Saturday night, I visited with both my partner and his friend to get takeout. I specified that my partner and I would be getting food in the same containers and paying together as we like to share. There were two ladies serving us and I just assumed that the lady speaking to my partner was the one serving me as well and the other lady was serving our friend. She loudly and rudely exclaimed, “I’M THE ONE SERVING YOU.” And proceeded to roll her eyes and walk over to the cash register even though I wasn’t done ordering. I followed to the cash register and informed that I’d be paying for my partner’s food as well and she once again refused to speak to me and rolled her eyes - again. My partner wasn’t done ordering either and the other lady just packed it up and put it on the counter. My partner once again asked for two more rolls of the sushi he was ordering and the rude(r) lady roughly unpacked the container and shoved it in there. I specified that I was paying on card, sat at the front part and ate. Another customer afterwards walked in and was allowed to sit and dine in at the sushi train whereas we were told we weren’t allowed to dine in at the sushi train before we ordered the takeout. I work both retail and hospitality myself and never have I encountered such appalling service. I won’t be returning ever again despite the fact that it used to be my favourite sushi train in the CBD.

Value for money. Easy to eat on the go. Fast meal if you’re in a hurry to get to your next destination. I buy from the window in front as the turnover is high and the belt is probably only OK. Only thing missing is a piping cappuccino that you can get easily from nearby shops. 😂 Familiar for the usual sushi eaters. I found the tamago especially tasty. So was the inari abalone/lobster, grilled salmon, scallop. Staff are efficient and serve quickly. Overall not too bad and easier on the wallet I feel.

I think sushi is very fresh and it’s a very busy spot for the reason. It’s good to grab the sushi and go. However, if you want to stay staff is usually not very friendly and seems like that they don’t care much about the customers.

Place to grab a quick bite. There are seated space inside the store, with sushi at rotating belt. The sushi shown in the glass cabinet are more appealing. Price is not cheap, but it may be the price standard in Perth.

Went with my young teenage daughter & friend. Sushi train was fresh & shining. We ordered a few dishes, not wanting to be to forward, however they were first class!! Service was way above my normal Australian standard. Purchased takeaway sushi on the way out, he also remarked how good it was. All up, outstanding! Happy teenagers, We shall return.

Dropped in before we saw Ant Middleton. Small, wasn't very clean, one staff member didn't seem to want to be there and food was ok considering the price. One thing to look out for is the crab balls, my partner bit into one and was greeted by bits of shell/claw which wasn't nice at all.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The staff had zero care for us, the food was of poor quality(especially the seafood). On top of that we ordered some specials which didn’t even come throughout our 40 minutes we were there! Overall very disappointing sushi train.

Slow service and quite rude staff. Don't like having "extras" on my sushi and when telling the staff I was blow off by "ppfffttt its only seaweed (it was a fly)" then quickly took the plate from me.

Sushi here is OK. The price per plate is a bit pricey however are prepared nicely. The bowl of Miso soup was smaller than I expected. This place is listed in the Entertainment Book offering a 25% discount up to $50. Mostly for individual sitting and booths that could seat 4-6 people. It can be hard to get a waiter's attention at times. Will most likely stop here for office lunch takeaway rather than dine in.

Overall it's a good sushi restaurant. The sushi train has good variety and I highly recommend the smoked salmon with cream cheese 😋 Friendly staff and reasonable price as well.

Sushi from the front counter is really good, service is really bad at times due to lack of communication and rudeness. I have always hated the way they process takeaway orders, passing the food from one person to the next for payment and I try and get out of there as quick as possible.

Good priceing. Service was ok. Would definitely go again. But it you find a Wara sushi go there instead. The ordered food was spot on. $80 for 2 adults leaving gasping for air and satisfied. Kaarage was tasty n cruchy and so was the tempura vegetables.
