While the bracelet was lovely, it was different to how imagined and I returned it. The returns process couldn't have been easier, no questions asked and paid for and insured by Rosendorff themselves. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely appalling customer service. Would have expected a lot better from the store for the prices you pay. Went to pick up 2 rings and the service person just rushed the whole experience so he could serve other customers and push us out of the store. Did not answer any of my questions. Went to another service person to try and get one question answered then she ran around in circles (I assume trying to find my ring) and in the end just went and served another customer just leaving us standing there. Would not recommend the store to anybody. Will never step back into the store again.

Very happy with the overall experience, service and value for money provided by Rosendorff. The consultation process and mock sketches (and mould) meant that my fiancee got a ring that she wanted and loves. We had one minor hiccup in the process and that was dealt with quickly and professionally. I bought a tennis bracelet unseen and the sales assistant was extremely helpful with pics and options.
