came
across
Rosendorff
on
Instagram
and
thought
their
product
looked
great
and
their
prices
too
so
I
bought
a
high
priced
item,
sight
unseen,
online,
and
it
was
delivered
to
Queensland
within
3
business
days.
While
the
bracelet
was
lovely,
it
was
different
to
how
imagined
and
I
returned
it.
The
returns
process
couldn't
have
been
easier,
no
questions
asked
and
paid
for
and
insured
by
Rosendorff
themselves.
I
ended
up
purchasing
a
replacement
bracelet
almost
3
x
the
price
because
the
communication
and
service
not
to
mention
the
product
were
excellent,
the
best
I've
experienced.
Nothing
was
too
much
trouble
for
Rosendorff.
I
didn't
feel
like
I
was
getting
the
hard
sell
but
once
we
were
dealing,
the
customer
service
was
exemplary.
They
have
a
customer
for
life
in
me.
