Have been a member at Plus Fitness Mt Lawley since inception and have always been very happy thrre. First time back today after holidays following their renovations. Whilst the gym looks fresh and pretty following the renovations, it's disappointing to see the removal of bicep curl and tricep extension machines which I used on every visit. Not everyone wants to use free weights for these exercises. They also now have multiple machines for some exercises like last pulldowns but kicked the bicep and tricep machines to the kerb. You've turned a happy member into a very disappointed one.

I cannot say enough about Vinnie my awesome PT... he took me to the next level in strength and confidence and understood my goals and tailored my program accordingly.... 💪🙌

Shout out to Vini Romeo - the best PT I have ever had - intuitive, responsive and respectful. Great to work with, quietly knowledgeable, structured a program to help me return to pre-COVID strength. Always checked in to ensure each session matched the capability I brought with me on the day.

This gym is essentially everything one could possibly need from a gym, from a wide array of machines as well as more than enough free weights allowing you to train for quite literally anything. Extremely friendly staff and a very welcome setting all around as well as ample parking to suit all your needs. Shout out to Emily for making this one of the friendliest gyms in Perth.

Very clean and tidy gym, that includes the facilities and equipment ( two thumbs up for that ), wide range of machines and equipment to work out, just a bit small the functional area but still ok.

Hey guys just wanted to share my experience with staff.Visit around 8 Jan 22 11.30am to join gym staff was rude, they don't know how to deal with customer.he didn't show me gym neither intro about the weekly price.offer and straight away asking my detail address mobile, address and dob.when I ask about offer and told him as a example that snap offering 1 months free he answered me " them why you came here" sounds like I m wasting his time.honestly I wanted join fitness plug as I was member in morley gym.letting you know I was keen to join if fitness plus if they know customer service.afterward I visited snapdeal they are 10/10 in customer gym tour,free pte and also group session.

Just had a very frustrated experience. Called the gym I’m the morning - no answer. Checked staffed hours and came after work to purchase membership. Was completely ignored by the lady at the reception, had to wait 30 min and listen to her conversation about everything in the world with two other women. I kept waiting, but after she asked them: ‘how long have you guys been dating?’ It became too much, I just walked out and never going to come back to this chain. Working in customer service myself, it is extremely frustrating to see someone being so unprofessional, asking questions about dating and where they live etc, while another customer is waiting. The trainer who saw all of this tried to make it better and told me a bit about the gym but I wasn’t ready to wait for another hour till the receptionist finishes her conversation.

Honesty an excellent gym. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was spotless, wide variety of machines, every weight was neatly put away, and it was much like a family environment. Highly recommend if you are looking for something new or are a first timer.

Great facility and well equipped. One of the best set up commercial facilities I have trained at. I travel a lot for work and have seen some good gyms. This is one is really great! Heaps of room, loads of awesome equipment. Even a ski erg!! Awesome

Has been my gym for years now and wouldn't change anything about it! Friendly staff that always know your name, greet you with a smile and are happy to help out, clean facilities and all the equipment you need.

Probably the coolest gym in Perth fantastic community everyone knows everyone vibe, staff and friendly professional and willing to help you out, plenty of free weight equipment including 3 squat racks, benches and a wide range of cardio equipment from rope climbers, sled section, battle ropes and jacobs ladder if your looking to mix up your training.

First star 🌟 locations, every where I seem to find myself I can work out. Second star 🌟 the place is clean and the machines in good nick. Third star 🌟 the member are friendly no matter whic location I go to. Forth star 🌟 the price to be a member is very affordable and now with NIB Loss of a star 🌟 for allowing members to train with out towels. Ewww!! Even during manned hours.

I've been working with Vincent Romeo here over the past year - he has helped me to resolve long term chronic neck and back pain. His expertise in movement has helped me gain stamina and confidence that I had lacked for years.

I have been working with Vincent Romeo for the past 3 months, 2 times a week specifically on movement and getting my general strength back. During this time without any change to diet i saw a 4% bodyfat loss, 11cm off my waist and my body shape starting to change for the better. Moving into phase 2 i am confident i have the solid foundations to be making real gains with a proper diet in place and proper technique. This is all possible because the approach that Vincent takes when working with you, Safety first, and make small steps consistently to achieve long term success. I was lucky enough to be allocated Vini Romeo when I signed up several months ago. While all of the PT's are very friendly and are available for assistance, Vini has gone above and beyond since I've been working with him. If it wasn't for him, I probably would have quit already! He is extremely patient with me when i need it, but also pushes me when I need it too! I honestly can't reccomended him highly enough. As for the gym, it feels really welcoming of all types. I'm not great with fitness, and have previously felt intimidated and self conscious at gyms in the past. Plus fitness has a number of serious strength trainers, along with beginners like me. It's great that they have fostered an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome and safe. I love it!
