Great atmosphere in the restaurant. Popped in for a quick weekday lunch. Service was prompt. Not too busy or noisy. Great venue for work lunch meetings where you want to balance of great food and have a bit more space and privacy from other guests. Great wine selection too.

It was my first time dining in at SoM and they totally blew me away. Let’s talk about food first. I love love love all the entrees. The beef tartare was probably the best beef tartare I’ve ever had. The fried pork & chicken parcel with sticky hoisin sauce was delicious. The prawns and mussels with sweet & sour sauce with were perfectly cooked. For main, I ordered the market fish and my friend ordered beef fillet with mushroom & green peppercorn sauce. My fish was moist and the citrus cream sauce with salmon pearls was exquisite. I tried my friend’s steak, it’s well cooked and the mushroom sauce was yumm! I have to mention the side dish: green beans with garlic & parmesan. It’s a simple dish that I could (literally) eat it every day, couldn’t stop eating it. Couldn’t say no to dessert, we had the cheesecake with with blueberry compote, crumble & citrus sorbet. Lucky we ordered it. All elements put on really compliment each other, to die for! Service was great, all staffs were friendly and attentive. Ambience was great: modern, bright & relaxing. I cant wait to go back. Hats off to the chefs. Thank you for the lovely dining experience, worth every penny :)

tasty food and attentive staff. A more casual vibe as there isn’t a dress code. Some table decorations might be nice, maybe some flowers. If they can improve the atmosphere will definitely give it 5 stars. The argon device to keep the wine fresh was interesting to see.

This is a reasonably spacious venue, so good for group gatherings, including large groups. They have a lunch special. Service wasn't very quick, but it wasn't that slow in comparison to other venues I've been to as a large group. The portion sizes were inconsistent, but reasonably generous. The food was tasty.

Went here on a Saturday night with my best friend. Service was excellent. Food and drinks are just top class. It’s actually attached to the Hotel, so you wouldn’t think to eat here but I highly recommend it.

Staying at the Parmelia for the second time we thought we should have dinner here. The service was excellent and very friendly. The food was quite pricey but I suppose this is Perth. The paté was good and I think the dish would have been improved if it wasn't served with what appears to be crispbreads, and the menu calls ciabatta. The steaks were delicious and I wish there was a much wider selection of red wines by the glass that I could have with the steak. All in, a very good night.

We don't usually write Reviews but it's only right for us to Acknowledge our Experience from last night. Each and every Plate brought to the Table was "Another Level". The Chef in Charge (Chad) certainly creates each Dish with Passion. To put simply, we were Overwhelmed with the Standard of Food here. Service was very attentive too. The newly renovated restaurant at Parmelia Hilton is as good as it’s always been. I’ve always loved the food & drink. Bar staff were great but and dining room staff were attentive but slightly let down by the lack of knowledge by the waitstaff

We thoroughly enjoyed the food at Samuels. The appetizer, Salmon tartare and scallop were very well flavoured and fresh. Dessert was the most mind-blowing! Yuzu coconut panna cotta and passion fruit cheesecake were excellent! Definitely exceeded our expectations. Comparable to the desserts served in some of the Michelin restaurants we have visited in SG and the UK!

We dined at Samuels On Mill for breakfast and also an evening canapés with drinks when the Executive Lounge was closed for Christmas holiday. It was nicely setup as normal, with a good spread of the hot & continental breakfast choice. The coffee machine offers mocha and hot chocolate too, and the staff were fast enough to refill them during peak hour. The juicing machine was a bonus offering a healthy choice of veggies and fruits to your liking. There was no Cook to order egg station but there was poached, hard boiled & scrambled egg choices in lieu. There was miso soup on offered but no porridge or other Asian cuisine like before. Malcolm is a star having worked there for over 47 years while Tam & Nicole were super too in their excellent services. Well done Anthony, Jeremy & the SOM team

Samuels on Mill does a great express lunch with a selection of five dishes accompanied by a glass of house wine or soft drink. My friend and I both opted for the chilli crab aglio e olio which was amazing. Planning to return in a few weeks! Service was prompt and the waitress even came back to check on us midway to ask about the food and again at the end, to see if we wanted dessert.

We went to Samuels for our yearly "friends Xmas" we did share starters and everyone picked a main meal plus a "table gnocchi" as we all wanted to try it. Eveything was delicious not too pretentious..staff were wonderful and very knowledgeable with wine and the venue is pretty nice too. If you have fussy eaters or younger patrons then they can also choose from the bar menu. Best restaurant we have been to in a while

What an amazing experience I had. The lamb dish was seriously the best lamb I’ve had in a long long time. The strawberry cheesecake was spectacular. You could tell the waitstaff and chefs all took pride in their food and presentation and service, will definitely dine again when I return.

Very nice service and beautiful venue but the foods didn't match these two highlights. The fried chicken bites were so dry with thick batter and the liver duck parfait was runny and sweet. We couldn't finish the dishes. It seemed like the foods lacked seasoning.

Went to celebrate Christmas Eve with family and we all absolutely loved our food. I don't usually buy cocktails as I have been ripped off...I ordered a spicy margarita and it was divine. We are planning on returning for my birthday. Highly recommend not one complaint

This restaurant is situated in the Parmelia Hilton and you would expect a five-star rating. The décor gives the restaurant a dark feel. We visited on a Friday night for dinner while staying at the Parmelia Hilton with friends for the weekend. The restaurant was quite and the service received during the evening was only okay. For a quite night not much attention was given. For the entrée I had three “Scallops, kataifi, sweetcorn and tobiko” which was well present and tasty. With the main I had the “pork belly, tamarind & coconut, cucumber and pineapple” Unfortunately this was not to my liking. I found the cucumber and pineapple salad didn’t quite suit the taste of the pork belly. I think the we are pushing boundaries with the food presentation. On the other hand, my friends enjoyed their dinner. Would only return if staying at the Parmelia Hilton for ease due to location.

The reincarnation of adelphi doesn't disappoint. Same quality of high end service and food. Everything was. Amazing from the beef tartare to the octupus to the steak. Everything was of an exceptional standard. Well worth the visit with the friends or family.

Amazing experience celebrating my sons birthday today! Staff was super friendly, food and drink came on time and they were delicious! Couldn't fault them. Will definitely come back

A lovely place for a dinner that showcases WA produce. Great atmosphere, very friendly team. As for breakfast, the team are doing a great job using different veggies to jazz up the hotel breakfast that could otherwise be boring over the hotel stay.

Great buffet breakfast. Lunch specials are a bit over priced for what they are. Excellent wine selection.

We went for a special team breakfast as one of our colleagues was leaving. The food and drinks - the variety, and the freshness were second to none. Service was fantastic. Atmosphere was very chill, almost like people were waking up dead and needed their first fix of coffee to get them going! Other than that it was great company and enjoyable food. Will definitely be back! 👍

Outstanding. Simply outstanding. I have dined at some of the best Michelin starred restaurants in the world and the qualify of the food looks as good as it tastes Scallops were excellent Gnocchi was mind blowing Chicken was succulent and beautiful Beef tartare was stunning Well done to the team at Samuels. This has to be one do the best places to eat and I should know having a standing table at both Rockpool and Nobu!!

Absolutely amazing. Our first time dining here and the reviews certainly match the experience. Attentive service, sumptuous, moody decor and as for the food - honestly, so, so good. Balance of flavours, portion and presentation all completed the evening for us. HIGHLY recommend, we shall visit again!

We were staying at the Parmelia Hilton, so we decided to have a drink and something to eat from the Bar Menu for dinner. We ordered the Sammy Mac burger and the Club sandwich. Both meals were lovely, and very generous in size. The hand cut chips were yummy! We then had the strawberry cheesecake for dessert, which was also very nice. My only criticism was there wasn't enough of it! Nice relaxed atmosphere and the staff were very pleasant. We will definitely come back again.

Went there tonight their food service was slow but their food is good There was an accident in our table. The way the manager (a lady) and her staff(the bloke with curly hair-sorry I didn’t get your name) handle it, It’s beyond my expectation-very calm. Keep it up.well done
