Brilliant communication by Jens of Linneys. I was supposed to fly over to Perth following the new year but had to unfortunately cancel due to border closures. I had the intention of buying a piece of jewellery as a keepsake reminder of the trip. To commiserate the trip being cancelled, I decided to purchase something anyway. I am often wary of purchasing fine jewellery online, however Jens was so responsive to my queries and even offered videos and photo references of the different pieces on the hand. Linneys offered complementary resizing, their packaging was lovely and the delivery time was outstanding. I couldn't fault the service one bit. The Pearl Beach Sand ring is a beautiful quality piece, I was afraid to wear it because it looked too lovely, but over the week I've had it, I've admittedly cooked with it on, worn it in the shower, and have eaten messy tacos when I've been too lazy to take it off. It's held up beautifully and I've received so many compliments on it. I can't wait to finally visit and see all the pieces in person!

It can be a bit of a daunting experience trying to find the right engagement ring but with Rogers thorough knowledge of the industry and his reassuring personable nature I felt confident and comfortable with my choice. The choice of pearls in beautifully crafted settings is amazing. Shop personnel is very attentive and their knowledge of pearl industry is impressive. Communication is great, time taken to get a chain from overseas supplier was surprisingly short. Overall great experience.
