After
supposedly
being
a
‘premier
customer’
probably
due
to
the
stone
we
chose
..
??
Who
knows.
But
my
husband
and
I
are
very
disappointed
that
it’s
at
a
point
where
we’re
writing
a
Google
review
and
will
be
taking
our
business
elsewhere.
Our
experience
in
summary:
1.
Engagement
stone
sourced
2.
SG
Made
ring
-
incorrectly
3.
Remade
ring
-
incorrectly
+
Doubled
down
on
the
detailed
ring
design
to
ensure
no
issues
-
communication
issues
were
clearly
apparent.
No
one
to
escalate
to.
5.
Remade
ring-
at
the
time
it
seemed
okay
best
of
three
makes!
..
but
SG
still
missed
part
of
the
brief
..
at
this
stage
though,
not
having
an
engagement
ring
for
so
long
was
frustrating
so
we
decided
to
just
live
with
it
at
that
point.

Wedding
band
is
designed
and
agreed

Wedding
band
incorrect

The
weddings
band
doesn’t
fit
flush
with
engagement
ring
as
requested
and
each
ring
is
grating
on
each
others
claws
in
turn
comprising
the
security
of
the
diamonds.

Also
the
wedding
band
is
half
band
of
diamonds
rather
than
10am-2pm
which
is
what
we
designed,
agreed
and
paid
for.
So
missing
4-6
diamonds.

We
contacted
SG
for
escalation
to
a
higher
up
person
than
the
manager
attempt
one,
two,
three,
four
&
FIVE!
All
by,
phone,
in
writing
email
and
linked
in
and
in
person.
11.
We
are
also
actively
trying
to
source
some
rare
diamonds
which
we
discussed
with
the
staff
and
tried
to
schedule
an
appointment
in
early
October
with
the
senior
manager
but
we
still
haven’t
heard
back.
Honestly
it
shouldn’t
be
so
difficult.
Also
to
think
we
were
going
to
give
them
another
sale
😳
I
suppose
we
just
want
the
matter
resolved.
Recently
the
service
that
we
have
received
is
substandard
from
the
upper
management
of
Solid
Gold
and
I
don’t
really
have
any
words
to
describe
how
disappointed
we
both
are
that
we
chose
solid
gold
for
such
a
meaningful
time
in
our
lives.
Looking
at
the
rings
and
hearing
them
grate
is
a
daily
reminder
of
the
poor
choice
we
made.
