I purchased a $600 + Moncblanc pen from the Perth store. In less than two years the pen cracked and under warranty we sent if off for a repair. Yesterday I received the below note from Moncblanc Perth. Unfortunately, the 2-year warranty offer internationally by Montblanc covers only manufactory issues and not wear and tear ones like your writing instrument has found to have. As we have previously explained to you, your writing instrument has been analyzed by our repair experts in Sydney who have been performing this service for years, thereafter there is nothing we can do to change their report. Please let me know if you would like us to send you the contact information of our service center if you wish to escalate this matter. We will be pursuing this further as a $600 pen should last longer than 2 years before cracking. This pen was used for work only. A smart ball point pen for $30 lasts longer. Very poor response from this company.

Staff were very attentive and receptive, very knowledgeable of the brand, it helps a lot when it comes to deciding which one to purchase in case you’re not sure.

So I was willing to spend almost $1500 for the Montblanc 149 calligraphy curved nib in store. Then I learnt there was no stock available. Though the conversation and calls I had with the staff members, it is good that the stock should arrive in 3 weeks. Then I learnt I am not allowed to try it before purchasing. So it is like either buy it or too bad. I don't blame the staff members as I am sure that is the instruction they have received. But seriously Montblanc, do you really think your band is so grand that people would just come in, spend $1500 in this economic environment without even get to try the product? Even if I purchase a pair of shoes, I will try it right? Is that not a common sense? Or I am asking too much?

Yimin is such an outstanding ambassador for the Montblanc brand! Excellent customer service and rich product knowledge, also full of passion and enthusiasm. The shop is filled with very friendly staff, who always welcome you with smile. I always feel like home whenever i visit the shop. Makes you feel comfortable in browsing their products. All the staffs are pretty knowledgeable when it comes to the Montblanc range products. And the Store Manager is also very very knowledgeable, very helpful when you have questions or enquiries about the products. Thank you for the past moments we have shared Montblanc Perth, we shall meet again ;-)

Limited stock but staff friendly

I went there to get a present. I was a bit nervous because it's a high end shop however the staff were really helpful and friendly. I am really satistisfied with their professional service.

I have quite a few collections from Mont Blanc from writing instruments to leather products. Would still recommend this brand but recently had a major disappointment through their after sales services. I dropped off a 3 years old belt to get it fixed, agreed with waiting time and all the procedures, even confirmed via email saying go ahead with the service) in September 2018 and till April 2019, I had to contact them back and their answer was the technician is sick and won't be coming back to work so would I like to take my unfixed belt back or wait for them to send it to Hong Kong??? Staff in store started blaming miscommunication between head office and branches after I pulled the emails out as proof. Sad to let go but other brands offer much better services.

I had an issue with a pen purchased last year and whilst it was not the smoothest experience initially the matter was dealt with very efficiently and promptly by head office in Melbourne with a satisfactory conclusion. This 5 star review is directed at my experience with a sales consultant in the Perth Store. Rhys ( I hope that is the correct spelling) who had a brilliant manner with customers. He mentioned he is fairly new to the role but nevertheless I found him very friendly, accomodating and understanding of the the type of customer service one would expect from a brand like Mont Blanc.

Best ever boutique I’ve ever been, staff were very friendly and helpful as I went there with a limited budget and I was in a desperate need for a gift for my partner, Liza and Winni were able to come up with a beautiful fragrance that made her so happy because she loves vanilla scents and these to two gorgeous ladies have given her one that I’m sure will be her forever perfume.

I bought a beautiful Montblanc wallet for my partner and the service from Vanessa and Daniel was superb. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and very rarely I've encountered such professional and high quality service.
