When I first went to this clinic I really liked it- the doctors were great and they seemed to care about me as a patient. I could not say the same now, the only reason I go back is because it's the only place that does bulk billing close to me and even then, I'm considering just forking out the $80 and going elsewhere. Firstly, it seems like there are no female doctors anymore, which is a major downside to me as I prefer to see female doctors for certain issues. The other issue is with one doctor in particular. Dr Karambhe is a terrible doctor who doesn't seem to care about his patients at all. I've seen him twice now and both times I've left feeling incredibly uncomfortable and dissatisfied with his bedside manner and level of empathy. I went to see him because of a very sudden pain in my knee and there was a point during the consultation where he laughed and said there was nothing he could do. Even if that's the case I would expect some possible explanations or tips for things I could do to help the pain but he just didn't care at all. I would avoid this clinic literally just because of that doctor. On the plus side the receptionists are lovely.

The attitude of a woman with black hair tied at the reception is terrible. If she doesn't like her job, she should quit. She only makes people feel terrible.

The Dr I saw didn't prescribe me with what turned out to be advised by a different practitioner as needed medication (antibiotics), he instead recommend homeopatic cures for my sinus infection (Vicks inhaler). He cited need to reduce use of antibiotics. I went to a different doctor who prescribed the medicine AND referred me to a specialist for allergies. Two years later and my sinus infections no longer impact me significantly and I don't have to rely on antibiotics. In my opinion simply wishing reliance away doesn't help, but being thorough and thoughtful does.

Nice waiting area and helpful staff. I was seen 40 minutes late making me late for my next appointment. Dr. was good and very professional. A call to tell me the Dr. was running late would have helped. I could have rescheduled my appointments.

Went to check as my leg was swollen for a week with a possible infection for the doctor to tell me take nurofens? What kind of joke is this? Then again I went and he gave me naproxen that didn't help neither. I ended up going to a different medical centre where i paid the 80$ fees but at least received proper diagnostic and proper treatment. This is dangerous to not now what they are doing.

I have been going ever since they started, but the Doctors don't stay, they move. I have been trying to get an appointment for last couple of weeks but a suitable time is never available. I sent an email last week requesting an appointment for last Friday, but they refused to respond. Today I went and suddenly was told that there email is not working! I just wanted a Medical Certificate and needed to see a Doctor briefly. I was told I can't see anyone because they are all busy. I was shocked to see the rude behaviour of the blonde pregnant Sheila. I thought she was normal, but I was surprised to see her wild and threatening behaviour. She told me to leave or she will call the security if I did not leave, so I told her to go ahead and call. I was given an appointment for tomorrow morning but I still challenged her to call the security. She has no respect for a Senior Invalid Pensioner, I know the side effects of pregnancy but this is ridiculous! She is looking for an early paid maternity leave. There are better Clinics that bulk bill in Hay Street Mall. Please lodge formal Complaints to the Minister of Health Roger Cook. The only reason you see a star is because it does not let you post otherwise! Shame on you Jupiter Hellth CBD!

Was the best bulk billing doctor nearby. I would have preferred to know in advance it's not bulk billed anymore. There are doctors closer to home for $70, but I went there thinking it was free. It's too late to tell me when I'm already there. What annoys me is I was asked to complete a survey online asking 20 questions and none of them mentioned it wasn't bulk billed anymore.

Amazing practice with great service! From the reception ladies at the front desk to the lovely nurse. All Drs are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It was overall a great experience, highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic practice. Dr Gopisetty is such a kind and compassionate doctor! He is supported by a great team in the front desk and nursing teams who make visiting their clinic so easy especially with a 3 year old.

Best GP practice in Perth, and Dr Jayant Karambhe (Dr.J) and Dr Chandra Gopisetty (Dr.G) really are the best GPs for myself and the family, been for over 10yrs… I’m fussy and generally worried about the usual ills, seasonal flare ups, viruses, ailments, overall health, weight, cosmetic, fitness, etc… Dr.J and Dr.G, they are both very different as they got their own style, but they are both very good at diagnosing as they listen, show care, are prompt, being knowledgeable, helpful with preventative treatments, prescriptions, specialist referrals and informative consults. Extra nice decor in waiting room too, friendly reception staff, in cool building /area and central (near train, buses, shopping, eats, bars)

Horrible, got a refferal and Dr Jayant Karambhe has blatantly lied saying i take hard drugs. Doesnt deserve his license.

I have to say, please don’t judge this clinic and their doctors and receptionist solely based on the bad reviews on their Google. I went in today to meet Dr Monika Dhamija, and she was very different from the bad reviews people have left her. She was understanding, patient and straight to the point without wasting any time. 10/10 she understood why I went in the clinic today, and did her best to resolve my issue, and to guide me, as well, as inform me about my health problem. The receptionists were also friendly and welcoming, and neither two of them were rude in any shape or form. The waiting time did take nearly 1 hour, but that was because there were several other patients there meeting Dr Monika and she was probably doing her best to take the time to care for her patients. I was charged $75 for a standard consultation, but that is because I do not have a Medicare card, but I managed to claim more than half of it back from my private health insurance. And anyway, I feel that it was worth it as I walked out of the clinic, feeling assured and calm. Love it :)

Amazing caring clinic - I was so scared as I had a infection in my neck lymph nodes (had no idea but was in terrible pain and my face was swollen) all medical clinics (including the one I attend normally and for over 15 years) said they were busy and would not take me in. Juniper Health CBD was busy but could hear the fear in my voice and got me to come in straight away. They were so kind and caring - no words to say how grateful I am to the amazing nurse Kate and wonderful Doctor C Gopisetty and reception who ask me to come in - Thank you.

It is a really nice clinic in the CBD. I have never had any troubles getting an appointment, the doctors are friendly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who lives/works near by. They bulk bill which is rare to find.

excellent. doctor didnt mess around, bulk billed me, got me an MRI all bulked billed, then surgery on insurance all within a couple of weeks. great service, highly convenient. never an issue.

Staff are friendly and waiting area is clean and spacious. Dr. Karambhe is very professional, caring and knowledgeable. They have pathology in the clinic, this makes thing way easier, and they are bulk billing too, which is amazing. I highly recommend this place.

I bought my kids in, the doctor was lovely and running time, Paige at reception was so accommodating getting my children seen at short notice, it made the experience so much less stressful.

Reliant, Quick and Easy! I moved from Melbourne to Perth, and wanted a good health care/ GP provider… Jupiter Health has indeed met my expectations. Dr. Jayant Karambhe was great, he not only took time to understand my situation, but also ensured i get the best outcome. You guys are now my “Go To” healthcare team!

Horrible waiting time! Came in 30 mins early, the receptionist warned me that the gp was running behind. I went back at my actual appointment time and ended up waiting for 1 hour. No communication prior coming. If the receptionist is vigilant and aware, patients should receive a call or notification to come in later. No such communication here.

I arrived 20 mins before my appointment and after 1 hour I had still not been seen .. when I politely asked why had so many other clients had been seen in the hour that i had been waiting , all I got was attitude and no explanation from the disgruntled receptionist . I walked out after the next two walk in clients were called in and seen the doctors .. wasted over an hour of my time with no explanation . I walked out only to have them call me 10 mins later stating a doctor was ready to see me . I would never recommend this clinic to anyone ., very rude and unprofessional receptionist with a bad attitude

Made a booking early Saturday morning at 6am. Received confirmation asap and was seen first client by the Dr at 0900 hrs. Very thorough doctor recommended the best course of action and prescribed the appropriate medication. Impressed by the service, quickness at obtaining a booking and thoroughness if the doctor. Would definitely go again.

Very disappointing experience with Dr Dhamija. I came in to check a lump in my breast. As you can imagine this can be an anxious consultation. Unfortunately, from the beginning I've sensed that the Dr Dhamija was very careless. She hasn't given me any reassurance throughout the whole process, neither any medical insights on how I could keep an eye out on my lump/cyst moving forward. Leaving me with more doubts and concerns. When asking questions to find out more, her responses were very basic or she wouldn't even bother (avoid) to answer sometimes. I could've received the same consultation from the staff at the reception, but would probably receive more care. Last note, when reviewing my medical information she had the wrong information on record. This is scary... You may put your health at risk if you come to consult for something major. I DO NOT RECOMMEND DR DHAMIJA.

There was a cool little fountain at the front :) Staff were friendly and helpful. I got bulk billed with my HCC. Booked through hot doc and filled out the new patient form online it was all really simple and meant I didn't have to show up 15 minutes early for the appointment.

Receptionist where nice ! The Doctor i saw was so unhelpful. i’ve been to doctors all over australia as i’m a traveller here and they have always gave me repeat prescriptions for the tablets i’m on. Dr lohith wouldn’t prescribe me any repeats just the one. so now i have to spend money for another appointment just to prove i’ve previously been prescribed this medication. i’m on medicare and they have the capability to check my record but he was useless.

It was one of the best doctors I have used. My appointment ran on time. The entire building was spotlessly clean. The DR was efficient and courteous. Western Diagnostic in house handled testing. I will use them again definitely

Reception area was nice and receptionists were friendly. The Doctor I saw, Dr Lohith was extremely unhelpful, uneducated and hadn’t a clue what he was talking about. Terrible bedside manner and severely lacked empathy. Told me that to get blood tests done by Western Diagnostics it would cost me and he will not write a referal. Didn’t listen to a word I said and just cut me off, wasn’t even paying attention to what I was saying. Didn’t write any notes and did no sort of examination. If you want to attend Jupiter Health avoid Dr Lohith at all costs as you’ll be wasting your time.

Dr Davy is great and very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the receptionists are rude and unprofessional. There is absolutely no customer service and quite frankly, worst receptionists I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

Unable to book through website, was told to call and when I tried it told me the clinic was closed(calls from 8am, 8.15am and 8.20am) So I went in to book only to be told there’s no appointments available as the last one was just taken. This is the second day in a row this has happened. Will not be trying them again

Dr.Michael Davy is amazing! He is professional, compassionate, genuine and efficient. He provides best practice for not only physical concern, mentally, legally he is knowledgeable. The best location in the CBD, Receptionists are friendly, facilities are clean, modern with bulk billing service. I strongly recommend it!

I couldn't be any happy with the service I receive from Dr Monika Dhamija. Ive never felt rushed or miss understood. She is happy to take the time to listen and give me as much information as I need. The reception staff are great as well. I needed my records transferred over from another clinic that were difficult to deal with and the ladies at reception helped me with the process.

Had a very disappointing experience with Dr Monika Dhamija. Would not recommend her. She was constantly watching the clock and completely lacks the empathy I would have expected from a doctor. There were a couple things I wanted to speak to her about and she became very rude when I told her I had some severe symptoms. She went so far to say “we are out of time, you booked a standard consult” and “you should have prioritised that first”. I had flagged there were a couple things I wanted a doctor’s opinion on and think that if anything it should have been her responsibility to help prioritise. As a patient how was I meant to know? I ended up paying for a long consult which was fine (we saw her for 15 minutes at max), but ended up walking away with referrals for tests I had said no to. I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion as she gave no practical solutions whatsoever and no helpful insights.
