    For an appointment at this place be prepared that even though the GP might be great the practice isn't so paying $80+ for a 15 minute appointment won't even get you a by the way your GP is behind by 3 clients so 45 minutes of your time! So you wait half an hour from when your appointmemt should have been then go ask how much longer till your turn to be told that they are still with a client and there is someone else in front of you before you get a turn. I'm sorry in what business is it ok for that to happen at least as a courtesy let people know so they can change their appointment if that doesn't work for them to wait! But seriously if a business is going to be that far behind perhaps make your time slots bigger or add a gap so they can catch up

    Yes, there is a wait time before your appointment as other reviewers have advised. This is normal, every other medical centre will have a wait time as well, usually longer than Sonic HealthPlus. From check in to departure, it took a little over an hour, that’s with me arriving early to fill in the paperwork. From my perspective, this is an acceptable mix of wait time and consult time. The staff were friendly and professional and the waiting room was tidy and comfortable.

    I’ve been gong here for the past 7 years, but unfortunately I came across a certain rude receptionist over the phone recently, was insistent that the nurse called me to return my call although I requested a call back a week ago. I did not get any missed calls. Then she questioned me a few times if I have a voice message set up, I said it doesn’t matter as I never got any missed calls that day. Again today no response from the nurse and it’s been 2.5 weeks since I did my ultrasound. You’d think that someone from the practice would contact me when the results came in?? Otherwise the doctors are nice and other receptionists are also, unfortunate about this situation

    Very unimpressed with the service provided. I’m writing this sitting in the waiting room in pure frustration due to the fact I’ve been here for close to 2.5 hours!!!!! Waiting for my medical these only take 15-90 mins max??? I hope you can read this and sort out your appointment times correctly it’s just no good enough. I won’t be coming back it’s a joke to have to sit for that long.

    Okay. So this is my third experience, first two time was a refill script, they were on time and friendly enough. Thou i had a few more issue and wanted really to speak with the doctor, thou I wasnt comfotable with the way the doctor had handled the situation the response with either 'You need to book another appointment, we dont have the time today' Or 'Oh i dont do that i will be on holiday' I found the experience extremely uncomfortable and unplesant. Overall good place for short session, but if u need a real doctor for real sessions perhaps look somewhere eles.

    I did a full pre-employment medical with Sonic Health Hay Street branch. The team was very professional, friendly and made the whole experience very easy. I would recommend Sonic Health Hays Street to anyone based on my personal experience there.

    I called at 7.10am today and the way the person answered my call put me off going. I asked whether I can get follow-up Hepatitis A&B immunisation jab there and explained that I've had the 1st jab elsewhere. She asked me to make an appointment. I knew I had to make an appointment 1st. All I wanted was to confirm whether I can get the jab. I don't want to go to be told they can't do the jab. Then I asked about the cost of the jab and she told me the consultation cost. When I asked again the cost of the jab, she said she had to look up and came back a few minutes later with the cost of the 1st jab although I've told her upfront I've had the 1st jab elsewhere. So I asked the cost for the follow-up jabs and she said she can't look it up now and hang-up on me. Throughout the conversation, she gave me the impression that she rather be doing anything but answer my questions and could not wait to hang up. Not going there with such unwelcoming attitude.

    This practice has some very good doctors. I have seen Dr Liz and Dr Lisa and they are both excellent doctors. My appointments are always on time or earlier if I am there. Liz is very understanding and down to earth. If she doesn't know the answer to a problem she finds out and gets back to you. She is a diligent practitioner and always has an engaging and friendly attitude. She is very thorough in her diagnoses and lets you know what she is doing and why.

    Visit for a drug and alcohol test as I am moving to a new job. I had to wait more than 50 min and when I asked they are answer was everyone is on lunch. Had a really bad experience. Unprofessional service.

    Gross, invasive experience. Clearly not competent at their jobs. No care for the time constraints of others - will delay your appointment without apologies. Looking at previous reviews, this hasn't change for years. Another healthcare disgrace.

    I've been a patient of Dr Kerr for a number of years and have found her to be a dedicated, compassionate and professional doctor. I have also seen a few of the other doctors there (Dr Partington and Dr Croft) once or twice and have never had a bad experience. The Clinipath team there are also excellent. I am generally seen on time and I have never waited more than 10 minutes for my appointment which I consider to be very efficient (suburban GP clinics usually make you wait 30+ minutes past the appointed time).

    Never had a bad experience in this practice, and I have been going since 2018. Nurses and receptionists are all nice and attentive, waiting times are reasonable. I have been going to Dr. Houwen since I first visited the practice, and I honestly have never been treated better as a patient. She is kind, understanding, full of empathy and very thorough.

    Had an appointment booked in for six weeks. Arrive and am told that sorry, the software let you book in but that Dr is actually on leave. This used to be a good place. Now it is an expensive waste of time. Don't bother.

    Waited 45 minutes for a hepatitus B vaccination. I was not kept informed about the reasons for the delay and I left the clinic without the vaccination.

    I have been going there for 6 years and it is the best. My doctor is amazing and never rushes me and likes to chat. I never have to wait and the staff are very friendly. Best medical centre ever

    Great doctors - very knowledgeable. I've been going to CBD West for about 9 years. I find the city location and ease of getting an appointment very convenient. I see Dr Kent and Dr Croft and find them very caring, knowledgeable and accommodating. I also like that they have nurses ready to go to take blood test and give immunizations so you don't have to go elsewhere. Highly recommend.

    If the world had more doctors like Dr Houwen, this world would genuinely be a better place. Honestly one of the best doctors I've ever come across. Extremely understanding, warm, knowledgeable, respectful, caring and always on time. Really could not ask anything more from a doctor.

    This Review is specifically aimed at Dr Corne De Jager. He cannot answer questions of concern without interrupting. He is instantly egotistic instead of listening. When being questioned on his advice he told me if you don’t trust me then I don’t want to continue with this consult. He also told me to turn left and pointed to the right. I Do not recommend for anyone to see this google Dr
