Had
a
very
bad
experience
at
this
practice,
to
the
point
that
I
am
still
in
total
shock
that
a
human
being
and
somebody
that
is
in
the
caring
profession
is
able
to
treat
a
long-term
patient
this
way.
It
has
been
a
well-known
fact
that
the
front
of
house
of
this
medical
practice
is
extremely
badly
managed.
I
was
on
the
phone
for
1½
hours
just
waiting
to
speak
to
someone
at
reception
to
ask
a
question
before
making
an
appointment.
You
cannot
tell
me
there
are
that
many
phone
calls,
that
you
are
unable
to
answer
the
phone
for
1½
hours,
I
don’t
believe
any
phone
system
is
capable
of
holding
that
many
people
on
calls.
But
that
in
itself
is
just
part
of
the
problem,
they
are
not
attentive
to
the
patients
when
you
enter
the
building,
they
are
more
focused
at
their
computer
screens
rather
than
speaking
with
you.
This
is
not
the
first
time
this
has
been
happening
for
many
years
like
this
they
have
no
respect
for
anybody
apart
from
themselves.
But
the
biggest
problem
would
be
the
practice
manager
her
behaviour
the
other
day
was
absolutely
appalling
to
say
the
least.
The
way
she
handled
me
as
a
patient
the
way
she
spoke
to
me
as
a
human
being
is
disgraceful.
The
way
she
handled
the
situation
was
totally
out
of
control
screaming
at
me
down
the
telephone
saying
“I
am
the
practice
manager
and
this
is
the
way
it
is”
then
because
I
asked
her
to
get
the
doctor
to
contact
me
who
has
been
my
doctor
for
many
years
she
then
told
me
that
she
was
banning
me
from
that
practice.
You
have
to
be
joking,
you
are
there
to
provide
a
service
to
the
community,
not
to
demonstrate
one
of
your
little
tantrums.
I
could
go
on
to
say
a
lot
more
but
I’m
not
I
just
hope
that
somebody
reads
this
who
really
cares
about
people
and
is
willing
to
take
responsibility
for
the
bad
customer
service
that
was
provided.
It
probably
will
not
happen
as
no
one
seems
to
want
to
take
responsibility
these
days.
But
be
warned
that
when
you
visit
this
practice
be
prepared
for
the
rudeness,
the
lack
of
respect,
and
the
unwillingness
to
help
you
as
a
patient.
