I had a booked appointment for 2pm, which I receive a confirmation for via SMS an hour prior. I arrived a couple early, and spoke to a confused looking receptionist who eventually just said "Ok take a seat". I waited in reception for over 50 minutes and finally was seen by Dr McKibben who is fantastic. It's extremely disrespectful to make someone wait that long without saying anything. At least tell me there's been a mix up or the doctor is delayed. Don't just leave your paying clients to sit in a chair for almost an hour without any contact. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very convenient practice as it's close to home. After 7+ years, finally taking the plunge to drive further afield for better service and treatment. Reception staff are some of the worst - NO acknowledgement EVER when you enter and are left standing there. NEVER a smile on their face. Doctors NEVER run on time and waiting time is 40+ minutes each time without fail! NOT good enough. VERY busy practice so don't expect quality, as you are just a number.

If you are female and want to have a team of GPs imply that your chronic health issues are all in your head, while showing zero empathy or interest? By all means come here.

Left waiting for over an hour!! Was told i arrived at 3:25 when i know for a fact i arrived at 3 no communication had to go to reception twice....i changed to this medical centre because my old one constantly kept me waiting for 45 mins plus!! Absolutely piss poor !! Lost alot of confidence in this medical centre!!!

My 7 month old baby hat a cough and a runny nose. The doctor came outside and I had to undress my sick baby OUTSIDE in front of the medical centre. Absolutely unacceptable and charging me still $60. Would NEVER go their again! Would give 0 stars if I could. Reply: yes I already completed a complaint form on your website explaining the situation and did not receive an email back.

Had a very bad experience at this practice, to the point that I am still in total shock that a human being and somebody that is in the caring profession is able to treat a long-term patient this way. It has been a well-known fact that the front of house of this medical practice is extremely badly managed. I was on the phone for 1½ hours just waiting to speak to someone at reception to ask a question before making an appointment. You cannot tell me there are that many phone calls, that you are unable to answer the phone for 1½ hours, I don’t believe any phone system is capable of holding that many people on calls. But that in itself is just part of the problem, they are not attentive to the patients when you enter the building, they are more focused at their computer screens rather than speaking with you. This is not the first time this has been happening for many years like this they have no respect for anybody apart from themselves. But the biggest problem would be the practice manager her behaviour the other day was absolutely appalling to say the least. The way she handled me as a patient the way she spoke to me as a human being is disgraceful. The way she handled the situation was totally out of control screaming at me down the telephone saying “I am the practice manager and this is the way it is” then because I asked her to get the doctor to contact me who has been my doctor for many years she then told me that she was banning me from that practice. You have to be joking, you are there to provide a service to the community, not to demonstrate one of your little tantrums. I could go on to say a lot more but I’m not I just hope that somebody reads this who really cares about people and is willing to take responsibility for the bad customer service that was provided. It probably will not happen as no one seems to want to take responsibility these days. But be warned that when you visit this practice be prepared for the rudeness, the lack of respect, and the unwillingness to help you as a patient.

Please do not see Dietician Evania Marlow, bad attitude, extremely defensive when asked a question and old school advice. Needs re-training.

Been visiting this practise for over 10 years now and the front reception standards have dropped terribly. Front reception staff are rude with attitude and do not have any experience with customer service. Shame because Dr Ross Haston has been my doctor for a long time and he is amazing such a great doctor but with staff like Shirley and the girls at the front desk ruin the practise for the doctors that work there, losing their loyal clients. Disappointing.

Great friendly doctors. I was diagnosed with a rare medical condition here, where all other specialists in the state that I had visited prior (5) had failed to diagnose. Dr did not dismiss me, but listened. Thank you for my life back.

Have been going here for years they use to be really good but since covid seems like they don't want to see anybody that is actually sick. They even denied seeing a child who was sick and ended up in hospital due to them not seeing them. Now they charge $90 for a 6 year old to be seen absolutely ridiculous will not be going back due to this fact and lack of customer service. I wouldn't go to this doctors if you are looking for a new doctor

I have been messed around soo much with this centre. I've had appointments cancelled last minute and the staff managing bookings are soo unhelpful and just tell you to go somewhere else, so I do. Do better

Good medical centre with experienced doctors and nurses and reception staff always willing to sort any illnesses.

Choose your Dr carefully they don’t seem to be very competent or knowledgeable. Given they don’t do bulk billing it’s a big waste of time and money.

Great doctors and nurses. Very helpful everytime I need them to quickly check my son for fevers, coughs, bumps and bruises. Always willing to help and very knowledgeable.

After a referral, I had 1 serious questions, 4 calls later no one got back to me as promised. Very disappointing service. Also I have been a loyal customer but doctors keep leaving and I don't seem to ever be able to be book the same doctor, very unreliable and disappointing.

I was so annoyed I sat there on a 38 deg day and felt like second class citizen after sitting in the heat was asked to come back next day, as if I don’t have a life!! not happy about it I did as I was asked, I then get a form in to tell me my driving licence is cancelled had 1 speeding fine in sixty odd yrs and feel very hurt about this, will be getting a second opinion, I still have all my wits about me and can remember when I was in junior school and high school and who my friends were and my teachers names so I don’t think my memory is bad. I keep myself busy all the time with crafts puzzles etc don’t sit in front of tv all the time.
