5 Star. Highly recommend the WA Visitor Centre Team for their great work and support recently proivded during our trip to WA and over a number of bookings. They do an amazing job. Special mention to Nikola Faberova - Travel Consultant at the WA Visitor Centre - Nikola went massively above and beyond to help secure a very hard to get booking for a Whale Shark Dive out of Exmouth for Myself and my Wife. Thank you so much Nikola.

Best place in Perth is the departure gate. FGS don't get sick in WA. It's BAD!

Thank you so much to the ladies of the Visitor Center in Perth. As a backpacker I was searching for the best way to travel along the coast of WA from Perth to Exmouth, with some stops in between, but without the need of renting/buying a car. At this point, the ladies helped me out in the most competent way by arranging a bus trip with all I needed for this section and further helped my out with ideas and suggestions for this trip! Amazing support and a big THANK YOU to them! P.S. Just a little concern appeared and I would like to share it quickly with you this way, for everybody travelling by bus along WA coast: the Visitor center ladies booked me on a return trip to Perth today 01.08 with the Integrity Coach lines. Unfortunately, I noticed to late that this bus would have taken me up to Southhedland and back to Exmouth-Geraldton-Perth in a 40 hours trip. And the bus drivers actually verified that I was booked on the bus for TOMORROW and not as printed on my ticket today. Made a bit of trouble to get an "short-notice" accomodation for tonight, but at the end everything worked out! Just be aware of this bus schedule for future bookings! Cheers!

Knowledgeable and helpful. Parking meters in most areas of the city and varies from $2 per hour to $3.40.

Great place, staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing is a problem for them. Will supply maps and help with booking accommodation. Any problems just give them a ring and if extremely busy as they were today they will take your number and name then ring you back.

It has the most complete and high quality printing brochure collections and even most of the brochures are replaced according to season or year. Everything is free to take. Love this place very much.

Visiting from NSW we received excellent service from Trish on 28th April 2021, as we head north all the way to the NT. She was patient, cheerful and knowledgeable giving us all the tips we needed for our trip up the coast of wonderful WA. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you Trish and Perth!

Thanks to Richard and the first girl that greeted us when we entered the visitor center. Both of them have been super helpful and booked our ferry to Rottnest Island. It’s amazing when you cross with this people in your way.

I spoke with Nicola. She organized the 4 days I had to spare. Captain Cook cruise to Freemantle, Ferry information to the zoo, The Mint, Hillary's & aquarium, hop on/hop off bus & Optus stadium. This was done with a smile & nothing is to hard attitude. A follow up phone call to make sure I had received information for the Optus stadium tour via email. I would recommend a visit to the Visitor Centre. It is central to Perth on William st. 10/10

Although the visitor centre staff were helpful - it took several emails & phone calls to get the bookings right. I did find the ticketing confusing and I think a better lay-out could be done to make bookings clearer. I had to follow up for some info and one of the pick up info was not correct on the day. Luckily, the company contacted me and I had to 'double back' to get to the correct spot - losing my subscription sunglasses in the rush!

Tammy thank you so much. The itinerary you organised for us was fantastic! Everything worked so well. Some of the most comfy beds we've ever stayed in. The whole thing was Faultless! We have kept the Itinerary you made and we will return! We absolutely loved our time in WA! All your hard work certainly gifted us a Special Trip. They are lucky to have you as a Team Member. - Denise

😠 Rottnest Island: Buses cost $30/day and are overloaded. Easily over 70 passengers, over the lawful limit. People have to stand. Note: in Australia young people and children are not taught manners and don't give a seat to older or elderly people. These hop on hop off buses are not like overseas: open...
