Stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. The service was fab. Perfectly located. There's so much around. The gym was well appointed. Loved the added bonus of being able to send an sms for a toothbrush to be delivered that we had forgotten. The room was clean, the view was beautiful. We went to the roof top bar on our first evening. Was a lovely place. Well priced food and fab entertainment. We will be back for sure.

I fully recommend this hotel. It’s in the proximity of the town center and a lot of other attractions. We enjoyed so much our 8 night stay here. Greeted with a big smile at the front desk, Dean was very pleasant. The warm walnut cookie was delicious. Our King Deluxe River View room on the 12th floor was spacious with amazing views of Perth City and the Swan River. The only area to improve is the house keeping. I had to request for water bottles and coffee pods almost every day. Everything else was perfect! Sasha at the front desk was the most helpful. Thank you. We will come back in December and stay for longer. Hopefully we will get the same room if not better.

We got greeted by the most amazing staff member when we first arrived. The location is beautiful with amazing river views from our room. The rooftop bar has incredible city and river views also, but we did find it very expensive and service was quite slow. Our room was lovely and the bathroom had that “wow” factor. The pool was very crowded with no space for us to sit or put our belongings. Although the view is amazing, the pool was a real let down. There is a pool bar which was great but the staff weren’t very friendly and very slow to serve. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Just a few things that need addressing to make it great.

Had a great two day stay at this hotel. Really good location, friendly staff and beautiful room. The breakfast was comprehensive, faultless and delicious. We used the pool and roof bar and found the pool a little cool and quite small, but very refreshing on a hot day. The pool bar was not staffed when we used this facility, but you could order food/drinks via phone, so no problem. Definitely worthwhile...

Great new hotel on the water. We stayed for one night and attended a formal event at the function room on level 2. Beautiful room with fantastic views. Massive hot bath in the bathroom and the bed was super comfy. The buffet breakfast was well done and loads of options and it was all good. The rooftop bar is a must do for sure! We will be back soon to stay the weekend for my birthday.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Perth Waterfront. We were on the top floor with panoramic views and that did not disappoint. The staff were professional yet super friendly, the room was immaculately clean and the food was exceptional both in the restaurant and the rooftop bar. Will definitely be staying again one day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, excellent location and views, great service from the front office and housekeeping teams with the room being clean and regular follow up asking if we needed anything when we requested the room cleaning to be delayed on a couple of occasions. The pool was great as was the fitness center with excellent views. The breakfast was lovely, however one comment would be that it seemed the breakfast staff were quite under the pump (despite the restaurant only being maybe about half full or less at the time) which detracted from their ability to provide timely service despite all their efforts. The location is ideal for those wanting to explore the city, sweeping river views and walking distance from the city malls.

Rooms are a nice size, beds are comfortable, pillows are soft. The pool overlooking the Perth river was my favourite, they have a bar stocked with drinks, snacks and also plenty of towels. Great restaurants and bars within walking distance

Super room. Great location. Room was super with the exception of coffee provided. 4 small sachets does not satisfy 2 coffee drinkers who dislike all the flavoured teas. Stayed in the Auckland Hilton a few days later and they included a Nespresso machine which would have been nice to have here.

The room was lovely, we had a beautiful view looking over the water and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great value. We went up to the rooftop bar in the evening. It was quite hot early evening. Even though we were inside. .. we didn't realise we could have had dinner on the second floor so we went out. Upstairs was too hot. And there is also another bar outside as well on the ground floor. The infinity pool was lovely. I would say you need to get in quick if you want a lounge or a cabana, it could have had a better set-up. The gym looked good. I'm on holiday so didn't go. Overall had a fantastic 24 hours.

We stayed for 6 nights in March with a break in between to stay on Rottnest Island. Staff handled the changes easily which included a change of room to see a different view. Staff were always friendly and helpful but may need to brush up on how Perth buses work. Perfect location. Loved the roof top bar for views and food and loved breakfast in restaurant . Rooms were great. Thanks George and Julie

In all honesty just not worth the price. For $400 a night, a very stock standard hotel room with nothing in particularly special I won't be staying here again. The room felt so squishy, the bathroom was extremely small and no bath tub. The pool was small and crowded, definitely not big enough for the amount of guests. You would be better off going to crown towers for a similar price and getting a lot more value.

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during my Pert trip. The hotel has an amazing view of the Quay. Rooms are well cleaned and spacious. Although I checked in very late because of late arrivals, there was no any issue. Staffs were very professional and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing too. I enjoyed it for 4 days and had many options to choose. Will definitely choose this place for next visit as well.

The service from beginning to end was amazing, Belle in particular was a standout and extremely helpful. Not only was she extremely pleasant in nature but super helpful with suggesting things to do and places to go. The hotel itself was immaculate and luxurious, the rooms with the see through window to the bathroom and extremely comfortable beds just added to it. Thanks for everything and I’ll definitely be back in the near future :)

Had a great weekend stay at the Double Tree Hilton on the Perth Waterfront. The service was great, the hotel staff went out of their way to welcome us. The location is wonderful, close to the city, and awesome views. We purchased our breakfast as part of a package and thought it was good value. The only small downside is that you have to walk to a near-by outdoor parking area to get your car, it's ok in good weather but it was raining the weekend we went. But that's a minor thing. We will definitely be staying again.

Everything right from the beginning was just perfect. I'll be honest this is now my favourite hotel in Perth to stay in and we have seen our fair share of stay- cations. Thank you so much for making such a memorable stay. And the view, was outstanding. River view panoramic.

Modern, Stylish, Supper comfy and clean hotel. The staff are friendly and so polite. Great location and wonderful view. The breakfast buffet is spectacular. Really recommended.

The Hotel has a really strategic location with a good price. You can get most of iconic place only by walk. The Room is spacious and if you choose the corner room it has stunning view.

Our first time staying in this hotel, what an amazing friendly customer service at the check in counter (Ariane, thank you so much for your help). Unforgettable moment ever with the room that we had, A-mazing view, comfy bed, clean, delicious welcoming cookies 😋. We will definitely come back. Thank you so much 😊

Good hotel on the waterfront in Perth. Nice rooms. Fast lifts, no waiting. Good restaurant with meals at very reasonable prices. Easy walking distance to centre of town. We didn't try the pool and fitness centre.

Definitely not staying here again. No parking on-site, absolute nightmare to get parking outside of the hotel. Service on rooftop bar is slow and shocking. Had to order 3 drinks at a time to make it worthwhile. Never again for me!

Great experience so far ,one more day to stay, room is large, bed is comfortable with good linings. Well located, breakfast has lots of varieties. It will be better if it can be a bit different every day. Overall we enjoyed our stay so far. Will come back next time

We had a great experience for our wedding at the hotel and were very happy with the service and accommodation. Everyone from the Hilton team is always friendly and helpful, especially Giulia, our wedding coordinator went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We especially appreciated her assistance in planning our reception as well as timeline of the day. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful. We received a lot of compliments from our guests. Special thanks to Sree who managed the event on the day and make sure everything was on track. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had a great view of the city and it was pleasant to stay at the hotel including our family. As Hilton Gold member, we would highly recommend your hotel to anyone planning a wedding or events as well as hotel stay. Thank you for making our day so special! Best regards, Alvin & Tracy

Really disappointed with the location of our room during our recent stay. We paid for the upgrade to a twin guest room river view - only for it to have partial river views which was obscured by a very large rooftop of a next door restaurant/rowing club. The photos online show fantastic river views, however the view from our room on the 3rd floor was really disappointing. It was a Sunday night, the hotel didn't look busy (it was quiet at breakfast too) so why put guests in that room when their are surely other twin rooms with better river views. Very disappointed especially considering it was my birthday!

It’s okay. Plus points: The staff are really friendly. Views are nice. Inside of rooms is nicer than a standard Doubletree. Negatives: Property and service is disorganized. Overnight kitchen makes rubberised food. Internal of hotel is noisy. It’s soundproofed from without, but not within. You cannot for the life of you organise a late checkout at this hotel. Even as a Diamond member they just don’t seem to be able to understand it and there is 0 coordination between front desk and housekeeping. Consider the reasons you might want to organise such a thing, now consider being phoned multiple times, have the housekeeping drop by multiple times… yikes. I stayed here across 2 extensions and it happened every time.

Excellent rooms in a beautiful location. Make sure you visit the pool and have a drink at 18 Knots to enjoy the outstanding views. The service at front reception was very professional and a great buffet breakfast at Reels Kitchen to finish the stay. Thank you for a fantastic Staycation for our anniversary.

We had the most beautiful stay ,the location was brilliant we had an event at the Perth concert hall and only had a 5 minute walk . The room's were nicely set out we had a beautiful view of the water and we got breakfast included. Now the breakfast service is the best ive experienced (hope I get his name correct) Trung and his team gave us the best start to our day so friendly and welcoming, I would be able to go just for breakfast the service was so impressive. But I left out something Important but I can't be bothered re writing this post the welcoming staff on our arrival were just as awesome but they didn't give us breakfast but still just as great . Would I recommend staying yes but make sure you get the breakfast do you get we loved the service 😃

I liked a lot of things about this place. The location is no doubt one of the best elements, and the services were great too. The bathroom had rain showers. I liked the food in the restaurant at level 2 as well. They were very interested in the feedback and continued to ask via emails / text.

It’s on overall nice hotel but each time I stay (for work) it’s getting a bit worse. Whilst the front office staff are nice enough There is only one (Brian or perhaps Bryan - apologies for not knowing the exact spelling) who really goes above and beyond with graciousness. One of the female front office managers (according to her badge) literally doesn’t acknowledge me (or anyone else by the looks of it) and never ever smiles. I stay for work and I believe that our repeat business from a large mining company should be treated a little bit better. I seem to always end up with a really average room whilst knowing there are better rooms at the same price point. I either have to accept sleeping on a single bed or have to pay personally for an ‘upgrade’. As a repeat and return guest and Hilton honours platinum member they seem to really not care. The rooftop bar is very pretty but the service is always so so so slow. Not due to the staff they all are so friendly they just seem under staffed most of the time. I don’t think I’ll stay when I return in July and august, just seems to be slightly worse each time. But it’s a nice hotel in terms of the views and the position.

Great Hotel and in a great position. staff very friendly and the service was very good. 18 Knots bar on the 18th floor gives you the best views in Perth. We will stay again.

This is our second stay at this hotel this year. It is in the perfect location, within walking distance to many city attractions. The rooms are very well appointed and have gorgeous views of either the Swan River or the city. The beds are super comfy too! The staff are very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant!

  • 5/5 Tony C. 2 years ago on Google
Relax by the Swan River with 360 degree views. Service excellent to match food quality. Room spacious and modern. Easy walk to centre of Perth city. Only possible issue for some is no on site parking, but not easy to do when hotel is effectively floating on the river.

  • 5/5 Simone E. 2 years ago on Google
Great stay, the rooms are beautiful. The 360 degree rooftop bar is fantastic and beautiful pool over looking the river on 5th floor. But best of all are the friendly staff, fantastic. We look forward to returning soon. The warm cookies on arrival were delicious too, nice touch.

Expectations of this Establishment were exceeded in some aspects and let down in others. The views from the roof top bar were certainly second to none, the service could do with a shack up, but I guess being rather a popular venue one needs to be prepared to wait. Food is available in a variety as well as different locality with in the hotel. The rooms are adequate, certainly nothing to write home about but serviced our needs providing the required comforts along with 24/7 room service. A small on site Gym is available to those that enjoy fitness 💪 along with outdoor pool area with settings for those that enjoy a cool dip after a tanning session.

$390 a night was totally worth it for two nights… we use to stay at Fraser’s which is 5 stars and this was worth the extra $150 a night more it costs… way cleaner, the views of the water and the city are exquisite, the bar on the top floor was buzzing (on both Friday and Saturday evening)… and the buffet breakfast was delicious, not to mention the pool (with spectacular views)! Rate this hotel!!

Lovely staycation in the city with family. Sunset views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing. The pool was great just a bit windy once the sea breeze came in.

  • 5/5 Sarah W. 2 years ago on Google
We stayed for 2 nights which included breakfast which was very good. nice to have late night drinks at the rooftop bar, once all the crowds had gone. easy access to city on cat bust outside or a 10 min walk.

Very nice newly built hotel in Perth. Had a great roof top bar and restaurant. Rooms are well equipped, good views all round. Cookies upon arrival are awesome!

The hotel and facilities are great, we had a lovely room overlooking the River on one side and gardens on the other. The only let down was the bathroom. It is clearly designed for someone with a mobility/disability issue (which is fine). It certainly wasn't what we expected, it felt very sterile, no space to place towels, toiletries etc and the shower only had a plastic wrap around curtain which didn't even go down to the floor and it meant that water splashed out everywhere.........it actually reminded me of the ensuite at the aged care facility that my mother was in. The location of the hotel is fantastic, walking distance to restaurants, bars etc.

I don't normally post reviews but after the stay during Easter break I had to! From walking into the hotel to checking out everyone was super lovely. The food was amazing and the chef's are some of the best in Perth. We had the Flavours of WA for in room dining one night and I think it's some of the most incredible food I've had in Perth! We had the river view room and it's so beautiful to wake up to. I will always be a returning customer!

This hotel is at a great location with easy access to the Elizabeth Quay area and also the Blue CAT free transport service. The rooms are well set out and don't be scared off by the relatively small size. The rooftop bar/lounge is outstanding (views and food/beverage) and the other restaurant area is also very good with river views. Certainly value for money.

  • 4/5 Joanne W. 1 year ago on Google
Front desk staff were really lovely and provided excellent service. Warm cookie on arrival is a nice touch! Room was spacious with good amenities. The only issue was the shower floor was slimy, like it was not being cleaned properly.

  • 5/5 Luke W. 2 years ago on Google
Had 3 nights here. Hotel appears to be very new so rooms in great condition & very spacious. Views from both the rooms and the rooftop bar are great - particularly at sunset looking out over the river. Great buffet breakfast too and staff very helpful accommodating various requests

Highly recommend the Double Tree hotel. We stayed just the one night wishing we booked two! Room very clean and with amazing views. Service was great at the rooftop bar. Oh and the pool and gym are fantastic. Can not wait to come back.

I highly recommend this hotel. I had a pleasant experience from the time I was greeted by the receptionist until the time I checked out. The rooms are extremely clean, the waters views are amazing, the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food and the location was perfect! The view from the swimming pool was beautiful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Chose this hotel as I wanted the amazing river view and the view definitely did not disappoint! Loved the location. It was mere steps from the blue CAT stop and minutes away from Hay street and where the rest of the action is. Kudos to the staff for their help. Was able to provide me a late checkout as I was hoping to travel directly to the airport from the hotel. Had in room dining TWICE in the hotel. The lamb ribs was one of the best I’ve had in years. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Perth CBD.

Lovely hotel by the waterfront with great views. The room was comfy and clean. The hotel concierge was so helpful and lovely, he made our short stay great. The rest of the staff didn't have great customer service. Room service fish and chips were terrible, do not order it. The amenities were spot and and lovely. Sadly it was just most of the staff that brought down our experience.

  • 5/5 Rachael M. 1 year ago on Google
Stayed here for 5 nights for business. Hotel & restaurants were great. Service in both restaurants was generally good, although sometimes they were a bit slow at the inside restaurant. Location is unbeatable. Very walkable and lots of things to do in the area. Great value. Room was clean and updated and housekeeping did a good job of turning the rooms. I got in late and was able to use the digital check in and key feature. A little finnicky in the elevator but otherwise extremely streamlined. Breakfast was okay, they did not have any normal drip coffee; instead they had machines, which don't let you chose an alternative milk. They had a full espresso bar but it didn't seem to be staffed. Huge variety otherwise. Overall would recommend!

Our stay over the four days was extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The facilities were very clean and the service from all staff in all areas was outstanding, they were extremely welcoming, helpful and made sure we were taken care of at all times. The food and beverage in the restaurant and rooftop bar as well as room service were all again excellent, with great menus and variety that were prepared to perfection every time. The only downside to our stay was having the car parked outside and not in a secured undercover parking area, however we can not recommend DoubleTree enough and we will definitely be back!

Front office staff are AMAZING the rooms are gorgeous and the views are absolutely stunning. We had the absolute best time and it truly felt like we were away on holidays. Could not have asked for a better place for my birthday celebrations. Thanks to you all
