Absolutely recommend! Z is extremely professional and very knowledgeable, very prompt in delivering and answering any queries at any time. The equipment is top quality and works a treat. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to get started on their fitness journey but not quite ready to spend thousands on purchasing a big machine or joining a gym. I personally wanted to start training in my own time and from the comfort of home while kids nap so this service is just what I needed! Upon pick up Z was very efficient and gentle to take the equipment with no fuss. 5 stars all the way!

We rented a Concept II rowing ergo from HQ Fitness for about 13 months, and Z was highly professional in every way. He responded quickly to texts and phone calls, delivered the ergo when he said he would, and the machine was in excellent, near new condition when it arrived. When we were finished with it, he picked it up promptly. The rental price was competitive too. Whole experience was simple, straightforward and to expectations. Would recommend Z and HQ Fitness Rental to anyone.

Hands down one of the most positive experiences in customer service ever! Z made treadmill drop of virtually stress free. He spent a huge amount of time with a particular set up and didn't bat an eye. He made sure I felt comfortable on treadmill and stayed to answer even silly questions. Truly, if you want to see what having a treadmill in your home (or work) might feel like without the commitment of buying it, setting it up, and hating it, and then having to figure out how to rid of it - this service is the way to go. REFUND WAS NEVER GIVEN! Lack of communication when our bike peddle broke after 6 days. Ignored emails and text messages. However, they were quick to drop the bike off so they can have stars for that. - did not provide refund as advised below.
