I visited Kinky Lizard this morning to get a coffee. Arriving at 8am and leaving at 8:25 (making me late for work) after having my coffee made wrong 3 times by an unhelpful and ignorant barista after I had explained my order to her 3 times…. I have an allergy to full cream milk and opt for oat milk. I double checked with the barista when I received my second (WRONG) coffee if it was oat milk and she said "yes"! I walked out and had to turn around and come back to have her fix it for the 3rd time! And then.. she didn’t even get it right and give me the extra shot (that I paid for) Paying $7 for an iced latte is already ridiculous. Not worth my time and would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Myself and the gentleman in front of me stood at the register for 5 minutes and no one acknowledged us despite the staff walking past multiple times to take orders out to the tables. It wasn’t even peak period. I just walked off. If you’re not going to even bother taking your customers orders you will have none.

Super friendly staff, always get a warm cheery greeting. I highly recommend the Vietnamese coffee it's soooo good! Strong and tasty! Just the caffeine/sugar pickup you need for a Monday morning. Also the bacon and egg bagel is delish. Yummo!

Some lovely interesting breakfast options, the Shakshuka and Avo Toast were fabulous

The Seaside Eggs Benny and Shaksha were lovely. Plenty of options a quick breakie takeaway or dine in brunch. The cafe could accompany large group easily ~ 30pax (in different tables)

Silky smooth, delicious coffee every time. I don’t think I appreciated good texture in coffee until I tried a cappuccino from Ivy League- the barista knows what’s up.

Had the best breakfast in my life! Try the popcorn chicken benny!

Nice place to get lunch. Had the Salmon Benedict and Iced Latte. It was delicious!

Great bagel early in the morning! It's tough in Perth to find a 'Everything' with Cream Cheese. Also to be honest I would normally walk past this place and not stop for my morning coffee, however on the off chance I actually did and found the staff are welcoming and the coffee was great too! Will definitely keep this place in mind for future bagel and coffee needs!

The staff are very friendly and have knowledge of their menu (i.e. they recommend what they themselves like to eat). I recommend the mango coconut bread toasted and slathered with butter. Delicious! A great way to start your work day.

I went there for some dine in coffee, and staff was lovely, quick and responsive. Coffee was good. Nice spot in the morning sun, will definitely be back try some food items.

POOR SERVICE, actually just made my morning even worse. This person was making a fuss about paying extra for tomato in a coffee deal where i already said happy to pay extra but one of the staff didn't charge me?.........maybe educate your staff not your customer? will not be going back ever again and will tell all colleagues not to ever go to this place

Great coffee, great team. Good spot to pop in grab a quick bite in the heart of the CBD service is efficient and friendly even under pressure.

I was looking for a coffee and light quick breakfast. They delivered. Coffee was excellent (long mac) and they added tomato to my ham and cheese croissant with no fuss or charge. The croissant was fresh as was the filling. Service was friendly and quick. I look forward to going again as their menu looked interesting with a good selection and variety.

For a inner city cafe to through down this much flavour and a solid coffee menu is a huge win. Get the angry piggy and you won’t be disappointed, pairs great with a cold batch brew.

Excellent coffee, really friendly staff :) Good tasting chocolate used in the mocha, one of the nicer mochas in Perth. Matcha latte tasted awesome with a bit of honey as staff suggested. Matcha was a bit gritty. Lactose-free milk available! Plenty of nicely spread out seating here for coffee chats, and of course the main Cloisters seating area is right beside, for larger groups.

Well then, that was easily one of the best breakfast wraps I have ever had, along with the homemade sausage roll! Service was great, friendly and fast especially considering how busy they were i was expecting a wait in the line of 5 people ahead me, took about a minute before I was at the counter, order was done in less time no fuss no messing around! Food came out hot and ready to devour in maybe 2 minutes max! The wrap itself was full, delicious and everything was good quality. Plus they use scrambled egg instead of fried so it fills up more of the wrap and no bite is without any part of what’s in it, absolutely outstanding place for breakfast!
