A cosy little restaurant that serves lobsters only, and it is very good. It is a very small restaurant that has about 6 tables only, the services and the lobster roll was very tasty, really enjoyed it, will certainly go back just for the lobster roll👍

Absolutely lovely place. Let me be upfront - I don't much like seafood, but I love my wife more than I dislike seafood, so I went. And I'm glad I did. Lovely, funky atmosphere, great, friendly staff, reasonably priced and super quick and hot from the kitchen to you. My wife had the lobster roll, and there was sooooooo much lobster in there. And she loved the balsamic/honey salad and sweet potato fries. I had the calamari stack...and took half home for my kids. The only points to note - the corn salad lacked a little zing, it was a bit bland. And there was too much ice in the milkshake - considering there should never be ANY ice in a milkshake, that was sad...but the flavour (mint chocolate) was awesome. A very nice lunch out, and we'd heartily recommend it...

I stopped her on a whim today, and was pleased to have the best sweet potato fries I have ever eaten. They were perfectly crispy and just slightly Cajun seasoned. Honestly, I would come here again just to eat those fries. The Lobster roll itself was good. The Lobster was cooked properly and the bun was soft and buttery. Do be advised, it is quite different from a "New England" style lobster roll...No mayo in sight. Although they do offer a truffle cheese version. The staff were very friendly as well as cool decor.

A very small and cosy establishment. The lobster roll was pretty good, the lobster itself could do with some seasoning but the bun itself was really nice. Still I was satisfied and everything else was delicious. The pricing is very reasonable and the staff were very friendly. The only odd thing was that they had only 2 cheesecakes available and no panna cotta available despite being the first customers during the night. Despite that I was still overall happy with the experience and would come again.

We walked into this small bistro out of curiosity. We ordered the lobster roll with truffle oil and cheese, and a lobster tail dish. The roll was good. Lobster tail was over cook and hence, chewy. The taste was acceptable. No alcohol is served here. Overall, is was a good experience

Went there on Tuesday for lunch. Wanted to try their lobster tails but were sold out over the weekend and waiting for resupply on Thursday. If you are looking for lobster tails, better chances on Thursday -> Sunday. Tried the lobster roll with pumpkin salad and fried sweet potatoes, and calamari sampler. Very good lobster and calamari 👍 Will go back for the lobster tails soon. Limited seats for din in (about 12 pax).

The venue was quite small but food was pretty good, the lobster roll had at least three quarters of meat in a lobster tail. The only thing I didn't understand was the meat and sauce in lobster roll were all cold (like just taken out of fridge), I expect it would taste better if they were hot or warm.

Went for lunch and ordered the $49 best seller meal option. Lobster was overcooked unfortunately. The meal was just ok overall, was expecting better with all the good reviews.

Restaurant has a nice cozy atmosphere. Lobster was fresh, but a little on the tougher side. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

While trying to fight back my tears, I took bites of the most delicious lobster roll I ever had. Just located at the corner of the street you really can't miss it. The buttery and cheesy rolls were toast to perfection, despite some reviews showing burnt rolls. Large chunks of lobster to satiate your seafood cravings. Perfect comfort food especially for break ups and to perk up your day! The staff here was very helpful and I would very much like to visit this place again, thanks!

Ordered the $22 for 2 deal takeaway. Was a bit underwhelming, lobster was overcooked hence the texture was on the rubbery side. Mac & Cheese & Cajun Chips on the sides were cold & chips were soggy. Only highlight was the cheesecake which was quite delicious. Service was swift & friendly. Wish them the best of luck, maybe my meal was just an off day in their kitchen.

Got the lobster roll and was very disappointed as I had heard good things about this place. The roll was burnt and dry, could barely taste the butter sauce. 0/10 for this meal and still yet to get a response to my email

The Lobster Pier is an intimate 2 person hole in the wall operation. But the tiny venue and tiny menu packed a big surprise. There are only 2 appetizers and 4 mains on the menu. The ones we didn't order looked impressive at the other tables, but no regrets. The lobster roll consisted of a house made brioche, stuffed with WA rock lobster, coated in a truffle mayo and topped with grilled parmesan. The pumpkin and spinach salad was drizzled with a delicious dressing and the Cajun (ok, so the "Cajun" part was a bit weak) fries were the crispiest sweet potato fries I have ever encountered. Would 100% go back just for the fries. Price was very reasonable, atmosphere and decor was lovely. Service was fast, friendly and over all fantastic.

Delicious lobster rolls. Wanted to try the lobster tails but it was sold out. Intimate dining room, ideal for taking a date. They don't have a liquor licence, so no alcoholic drinks. I look forward to coming back again.

Perfect end to my trip to Perth! I couldn't leave without trying some seafood and found this great little gem 12-seater restaurant. Aaron the waiter was so accommodating. They managed to squeeze me in and I found myself in a window seat, with beautiful jazz music and with a very tasty lobster tail. A lovely meal!

We had dinner on a Sunday night. It is a nice and cosy place. We really enjoyed the oven baked lobster tail, lobster roll and calamari sampler. The sides are also generous. Delicious and definitely recommend!!

Took us back to Key West in 2017 and our first experience with Lobster Rolls. Great job clean friendly place with a delightful young lady looking after us.. loved the mocktail and salads. Thanks again see you again with more friends..

Food here was amazing. Perfectly cooked lobster which was tender and juicy with an excellent sauce and really nice sides for a very good price. My favourite was the truffed and cheesed lobster roll but the butter sauce lobster roll is a classic that was done really well too! Would definitely recommend and return. Atmosphere and service were lovely too.

Pretty odd spot. Not in a good way though. Got the standard lobster roll with butter sauce. Lobster was tough and rubbery. Roll was a nice brioche but absolutely drenched in melted butter. Also had the truffle fries and they were ok. Not worth it. Avoid

When you are serving something as simple as lobster on a roll, there is nowhere to hide! We were so disappointed. Both of the lobster rolls that we ordered were not worth the price charged. Lobster was over cooked, brioche was not fresh and no hint of buttery sauce. The only tasty part of the meal was the sweet potato chips. What a waste 😡

Really good food!! Perfectly cooked lobster and the side dishes are amazing. The waitress was welcoming and polite, i accidentally smashed the salt grinder on the floor and she handled it well. also they checked if we’re OK to have gelatin in the panacotta. Well done for being culturally aware!! Tick tick tick!!

Delicious food & fantastic service! It's just a tiny seating area so advisable to book ahead. The waitperson was absolutely lovely, very friendly and attentive. We ordered the calamari stack, lobster roll (butter sauce) and watermelon mocktail. Everything was made to perfection. We were so full it felt like we rolled out of there! Highly recommend.
