The Souffles are prepared perfectly - light and fluffy. It's definitely a must try. Waiting time after ordering is about 15-20 minutes (also stated on the menu). Portions are quite generous and from memory, they limit sharing of one pancake to two people, but hey, who really wants to share when it's so yummy!??

OMFG! This place is the best. First time I've ever had pancakes like this and it definitely won't be the last. The pancakes were like eating a cloud, the toppings were amazing. Kids got the bacon and chocolate ones. And the wife and I got the matcha and creme. If you like pancakes or dessert in general, come here ASAP!

Impressively prepared dessert and drinks place. The pandan souffle pancake was very soft and light tasting, not overly sweet either, with sugar on the side for you to add to taste. I was really impressed by the hojicha tea drink. I went with 25% sugar, as opposed to the recommended 50%, and it was delicious and refreshing! It took me by surprise and it was perfect on a hot summer evening in cold form. Mixing the sweetened foam into the drink made it all that much better. The service received from the young lady here was excellent, and it was fairly busy too. Well done!

This Japanese pancake dessert spot used to be top-notch, but things have settled into just okay. The place has a nice vibe with a mix of old and new styles. The signature pancakes are still good, but they cost a lot more now, and you can sense a drop in overall quality over time. The flavors and textures aren't as exciting as they used to be. While it's still a decent experience, the higher prices and slightly lower quality make you miss the good old days. It's like they're trying to keep up, but something's been lost along the way.

Crazy desserts. Never had something like this until now. We chose the one with bananas, bacon and some other things and the one with coconut. The coconot one was okish, but the banana one was delicious. We will probably come back to try others. The cocktails were also good.

A nice dessert cafe in Perth which serves souffle pancakes, tiramisu and nice drinks. The pancakes are very fluffy and something different, so I would definitely recommend if you’ve never had souffle pancakes before. They have nice drinks too and staff are always friendly. Only thing I would say is it is not cheap, and usually very crowded so expect to wait in line for a bit.

The ambience is great and the service staff is friendly. It was cosy where couples could come for a date, suitable for a friend meetup or family outing. However, unfortunately, the food looked better than it tasted. I was quite excited to try the soufflé pancakes but I didn’t understand the hype after this experience because the dessert was quite bland as far as dessert goes. Additionally, I think the kitchen staff needs to sort out the consistency of the portion served. In some pictures, the chocolate was a lot, and on other pictures, the chocolate served was lesser. The drinks were ok. My red lychee drink looks super pretty and that was it. The only lychee taste was really from the one lychee in the drink. Both pancakes each $18 my lychee drink was $10 so total cost was around $53. I don’t know but two pancakes and two drinks that weren’t very delicious; they were awfully over priced. There is a lot of potential for improvement.

Absolutely fantastic, the pancakes are insane and the staff are very lovely. Our tea accidentally fell over and the staff offered to give us another replacement free of charge, we insisted we wanted to pay for the replacement and refused to accept payment. This is exactly what I call excellent customer service. ❤️❤️❤️thank you❤️❤️❤️

Pancakes are amazing!! Have been multiple times and the boba brûlée ones are a definite winner!! Drinks are great too. Only bad thing is that the restaurant is quite small so tables are very close together, not much space to walk through

Oh wow, what a dessert! These souffle pancakes are the absolute bomb! Kumo is a dessert place where you go to treat yourself with the sweeter things in life. They have numerous tasty pancakes to order and also many tasty drinks. It is reasonably popular but you won't be waiting too long and the staff see super friendly and are happy to accommodate you (as I changed my mind after ordering and they happily obliged) This is one of those places you definitely have to try once in your life as it will always be in your memories as one of the best desert places you have ever been to - prove me wrong.

Wow. Excellent Japanese style puffy cloudy pancakes. Not cheap but about what I'd expect for this level of food and service in Perth. Will definitely be back! I enjoyed the plain pancake with honey much more than any of the other flavoured pancakes.

The fluffiest pancakes I’ve tried. Matcha latte had really cute art on it but was a tad bit too sweet for my liking. Would come back to try the other pancake flavours. Service was great too!

This restaurant is near other amazing restaurants and I recommend coming here for desert. The atmosphere is very standard for a café (which is still great but not anything standout) and not too cramped. The prices are quite high for a single pancake but it can be shared to cut costs. The pancakes were delicious, rich, and were surprisingly less eggy than I thought they would be. Overall I recommend anyone to try this place at least once.

Definitely recommend trying this place out. The pancakes were so fluffy that it was hard to finish both the ones we ordered. My wife did have to insist on putting on the chocolate Bailey sauce like 5 times and they kept insisting that they'll leave it out concerned that we'll give it to our son. So I did have to order that separately. The drinks were super fancy but not memorable. Atmosphere was busy and tight but don't let any of that stop you from checking it out.

The soufflé dessert had a light and airy texture, but the flavour lacked depth. While the presentation was appealing, the overall experience fell short of expectations especially the inconvenience of dealing with fruit flies flying around significantly impacted our overall enjoyment. However, the staff were attentive and polite and their exotic drinks was also delicious and refreshing.

Very popular for their souffle pancakes, these decadent treats are like the name translated suggests - they're very light and fluffy like clouds. As a dessert, the pancakes are very sweet which is great for the dessert sweet tooth but otherwise a whole pancake can be a bit heavy for one, let alone if you added a milky and or sweet drink. Regardless, you should try them for a pretty amazing dessert experience.

First time visit. Loved the experience. It was more than enjoying the food. The whole experience was memorable. Lots of people waiting to be seated but service is prompt and efficient. There is a time limit of one hour for dine in. This is ample time as serbice is fast. The food is simply to die for.

Souffle pancakes! All of their pancakes have such a unique design and amazing presentation. Great for a dessert to share with the partner or a single one all to yourself if you want to skip dinner as it's quite filling. Can get quite busy here after 7pm so allow for extra time if needing to wait. Toilets inside which are clean.

What an amazing experience.. that pancakes were absolutely stunning.. this was the best dessert shop I’ve ever had in Perth.. I also ordered a Matchamisu cake, it wasn't even too sweet. But if you go on a weekend…. You must spend a long time in line.. because there aren’t many tables there. But it worth it. Would be coming back definitely.
