We had an instal this week - a ducted refrigerated aicon installed downstairs and a split upstairs. I always try to preference local suppliers but on this one I would suggest shopping around. I had to chase up the quote 3 times before I could speak to someone about it, then I had to follow up when I was getting the system installed, then I had to call to find out when the job was being completed as the work was outsourced to multiple installers.. The only thing iBreeze are good at was getting you the invoice on time. I gave it a 3 star rating based purely on the finish of the subcontractors work. No follow up to even talk me through using the new Istore heat pump or confirm it works..

I got good advice and service. I got my new AirCon in just in time as heat wave hit the next week. So I am a happy customer and would recommend Thank You Jennifer Jones

We are building two houses with cantilevered roofs. Other companies came to look at the builds and said that a ducted reverse cycle system would have to be complimented by seperate reverse cycle units on the bedroom walls (because of the roof spaces). This would double the cost and also compromise the look of the building, both inside and out (due to ugly units). Lance joined us on site. He was Professional and knowledgeable and had a 'can do" attitude. The single system was installed, without fuss. Very neat and passed by Building Standards. Thank you Lance

We recently had an evaporative air con installed into our home. Unfortunately it was done with low quality parts and did not cool our house. Lance and his team completely removed the old system and replaced everything with quality parts. The system works fantastically, cooling out home and French Bull Dog. The installation team were absolutely amazing. They asked us questions about what we wanted. They worked together as a team and happily gave us advise and answered all our questions. Lance and his team knew our situation and where able to fit our installation in just before Christmas. I can not fault them on anything. They are all professional, reliable and provide a quality service.
