Mold on the ceiling tiles water dripping from moldy air vents, greasy floors lack of attention to dining room unclean. The bathrooms are filthy the one toilet actually moves inependently from the floor. The food was good, and came out quickly.

My son and I had a great lunch date here 😁😁. Cashier was friendly and food was done so fast we were still getting drinks lol, clean tables and bathrooms.

The outside of the restaurant is deceiving. It wasn't very clean (especially the men's room). Flies were landing on my party as we tried to eat. There was nothing special or unique about the service. They did get our order correct and the food was still good. Not terrible for a refill of the stomach while driving.

Don't usually eat fast food and was unaware that Wendy's puts mayo on the sausage and egg breakfast croissant. The chairs were still on the tables, and the floor was as slick and slippery as a skating rink. Would be amazed if no one has slipped and fallen. But I was fed. And that was the goal.

Gotta love getting food poisoning. Everything we had tasted funky. The burgers, the nuggets were supposed to be spicy but they gave us plain. The only good thing was the frosties. We are both sick today with food poisoning from here

This is the best Wendy's around. Food is always good. They have never messed up my order here. Sometimes the lines are crazy long, but they run fairly quickly compared to other fast food. The staff at the windows is always friendly. They seem to hire a lot of tennagers but must train them well on customer service unlike other places. The parking lot and appearance of the store is way better than the Ottawa location.

The staff are all very helpful and courteous. The food here is nothing amazing but a good attitude from the workers and a clean restaurant go a long way to help. One of the better fast food burger joints in the area.

I went in to dine and it took them about 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was staying up with the register. I ordered the chicken sandwich and they gave it to me within like a minute so I knew that wouldn't make it fresh they already had one sitting up there. It was really soggy too.

My biggest issues were that the women taking my order was not listening to me at all. I repeatedly said, "JR cheeseburger." I again repeated my order before driving away. The young man at the first window was nervous and very polite when i asked why my total was so much. He was not sure. Again, the young man at the second window was also very polite. The women blew it off. I parked and got out my food. I'm eating it because I'm hungry and angry at this point! Do better people! Do better! I paid $5.19 for this. Pictures below.

The one lady refused to give me my Veterans Discount. She said that "you are abusing it". Although overall the food isn't bad really when I get my Veterans Discount.

I like the food, but I’ve had so many problems from missing food, wrong sizes of items ordered, to them ignoring me when I was next in line to wait on people behind me - this happened in the drive thru. I just can’t eat here anymore. I have complained to corporate but no one answers. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they STILL have not responded.
