I have visited this hospital for my wife who was pregnant 9 months. Covid protocols are followed. They only allow one attender with patient to stay in room and both of them should take Covid test before admission. They don't allow any other people strictly until discharge. Doctor Sumathi only attends you via video consult. my wife didn't deliver the baby here so not sure if Sumathi would come down for the delivery/Operation or it would be done by other duty doctors. Doctor Sumathi explains you well via online consult and again due to Covid only patients are allowed for the video consult. They take multiple test to ensure safety of the baby and mom. Good prenatal care. I admitted my wife here for steroid injection for foetal lung development of the baby. We were billed 10k excluding medical bills plus Covid test for 4k(2k each for patient and attender). Charges are comparatively high. I was told Normal delivery would cost you around 60k and c section would cost you around 90k upon enquiry. Charges are high for the facility the hospital provide, The rooms are old and they don't have geiser so the house keeping would bring hot water in a bucket upon requesting which is insane. We had taken multiple blood test, sugar test and urine tests during check up. But no reports were given to us for the same. The lab gives it to the doctor and they note it down on the report card. They keep it with themselves. And finally it would take atleast 5 hours to one day for each visit. They are super slow so plan accordingly when visiting.

Worst experience ever. All who enter this hospital will only come out as patients loosing their patience... My wife is 7months pregnant since this hospital near home we went to see if we can switch over here..since the moment we entered they started complaining about old treatment and gives a list of tests to be taken even though they were taken 10days back. All checks will need to done in their hospital only and none of the reports will be given to u. No reports no bills for payment and no cure

Please don't visit this hospital if you really care for your life.Worst hospital, Doctor always wants to do c section and nurse are so careless of patients and newborn babies.

I had my c-section here.. it was quick and painless... And I had a quick recovery.. even my c-section scar didn't show up... nurse and attenders are good and caring.. Dr. Prema kumari is really good and treats us like a member of family.. Dr. Sumathi is too concerned and always asked me to take rest even when I didn't have any complications.. the only advise I get from the doctor is to keep lying in bed without doing anything... Only problem I faced was repeated hospital visits, as my due date neared I had to take a scan every week and then 3 days once... I was not advised any exercise to help in normal delivery... Overall good hospital and painless treatment...

I had d best and wonderful experience there. I had delivered a girl baby. The treatment they offer is most friendly and they take care of their patients with utmost care. I had best pregnancy experience from day 1 till my delivery. They handle all the complications more efficiently and give confidence to the patients. The care given for the new born is also extremely well. All the staffs are very friendly. Dr. Sumathi is the best doctor that I've come across. She treats her patients with most care patiently. I was very much comfortable and the treatment they offer is good and the best. The treatment they offer is uncomparable. I had the best and memorable experience there. I am always grateful to Dr. Sumathi and this hospital for getting me my life time happiness. In short, this is always the best.

We experienced the best service from the Nurses and Doctors. Soul hearted thanks to Dr. S. Sumathi for the timely guidance with on point description and concern on the mother which was beyond a doctor ( Literally no less than the patient's mother) and Thanks a ton to Dr. S. Premakumari for her all-time friendly advice, humble nature of speaking, calm and cool nature of handling the mother 's fear and worries of delivery, clearing all queries. she was always around the mother during the labor to give her mental support and confidence. Observing all these, I as a father didn't need to worry much about the care for my wife or my kid. The food provided for the mother from the hospital was completely hygienic and homely. Keep up the great work. Every Nurse was very kind, humble and polite in communication. The Mother and baby was taken care with Regular observation and guidance. Our whole family is grateful and delighted that we chose Nagamani Hospital for my kid's normal delivery which was the mother's ultimate wish and prayers 🙏

My experience has been awesome. The services have been very nice, everyone from the housekeeping to the nursing staff has been very kind and helpful. The doctors are amazing and give a lot of confidence and have a very positive attitude, Dr Sumathi has always given wonderful advice during all the scans and even if there were any ups and downs she would handle the situation so well and would never let us panic. Dr Premakumari certainly is an amazing doctor and even 5 minutes with her can make you feel so much at ease and she gives support at every step throughout the pregnancy. Sandhyavenkatesan After 2 years of marriage i went to nagamani hospital for treatment. Doctors build up confidence in us. Doctors have given best treatment and I have got BEST results . After 1 year I am *PREGNANT . "Dr sumathi and Dr preamkumari are very friendly and kind hearted". Dr sumathi come down for every operation. Dr sumathi takes care of every patient. Dr preamkumari listens to patients problems very carefully and patiently. Dr sumathi gives best solution to problems. We can ask what ever doubts in our mind they answer very smoothly. They have followed covid rules :- Before entering hospital we have to sanitize our hands. They check temperature. We should sit in distance. Doctor had regularly scaned during pregnancy. Before admission we have to take covid test. Sister are very caretaker and they check bp and test regularly. They also check whether we have taken tablet regularly and note down in casesheet. Canteen supply hot water,food etc. workers clean room morning and evening. . Reception is always available. Doctors check morning and evening. I have went through c- section. Dr sumathi have given strength and confidence during delivering baby. I have delivered baby boy. Baby doctors have checked baby everyday . Baby sisters have taken best care of baby day and night everyday when I am in hospital. They used to wake up when ever we have problems even in late nights. I have got BEST experience during treatment. I am very Thankfully to Dr sumathi and Dr preamkumari for give me life time happiness . Every one can trust nagamani hospital doctors and nurses. I am happy to share my experience. I was married 10 years before, I went to various hospitals for my treatment on PCOD to get my child. But nothing happened and I was not satisfied with their approach. Then from Aug 2018 I am getting treatment here. All the doctors here are more like second mother, especially after my consultation with Dr. Sumathi mam and Dr. Premkumari mam she made me to feel its her foremost responsibility to make me a mother. I felt so relaxed and happily following her prescribed medications. Just in the 2nd attempt of my IVF I got pregnant. They were caring me completely during the pregnancy period with adequate checkups and advices. Finally I got my princess in Feb 2020. Also the cost incurred for the treatment is comparitively very cheaper as such affordable by poor people like us. Thanks a lot for the Doctors, nurse and staff who made my dream possible.

Worst idiotic management. The nurse and doctor is having only money mindset. They dont even know how to treat a patient. They dont even know the procedures for a operation idiotic management and worst unskilled doctors and nurses

Sweetest, humble and approachable doctor's Dr. Sumathi madam and Dr.Premkumari madam Not only has both taken great care of my health, but also both are lovely to speak with at every appointment. It is rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Gave timely important suggestions and info about the process and kept us aware of what's essentially required. All the assistants in the clinic were very helpful, proactive, takes records of details, do a follow up prior to the appointment, which is very well appreciated. They do understand the patient requirements and provide adequate details.

Delivered my first baby here, it was normal delivery, thanks to the doctors for the same. Dr.Sumathy is very knowledgeble and professional. Dr.Premkumari was very friendly, caring and well approchable. Patients are given best care here, it's a safe place for delivery. Treatment cost was also reasonable. Rooms were maintained clean and neat. Overall it was good experience there.
