It's one of the best hotels that I've stayed at. The new renovations are phenomenal and the rooms are world class!! The technology involved is great and truly was a relaxing and wonderful stay. Tye breakfast was really good and the spread too. Mr Venkatesan helped us a lot during the breakfast time and it really meant a lot considering my mom had injured her arm and leg. He brought our food and helped my mom throughout her meal. We really appreciate him. Overall truly a 5 star experience!

We had a wonderful stay at the Residency. The rooms were fully automated, comfortable and we especially loved the Automated Loo 😂 The only thing I wished was to open the window which was frosted and blocked. Room service was delayed several times and had to be followed up. The location is deadly amazing and the food was great. We wished to have more vegan options in the breakfast menu as there was nothing much that we could have. The least was a serving of soy milk. P.S Residency you need to be more careful with your Decor! Friction for Fiction? 😩

Went for my company event and the place was amazing. We had booked one of the meeting hall called "Raj" and it was a perfect fit for us. We had booked for 30 people and enjoyed our time there. Talking about the ambience- 5/5, talking about the food - 4/5, talking about the hospitality- 6/5. The servers and the person in charge treated us so gratefully. He was always on his foot whenever we asked for anything so that's why an extra point to him. Over all, a good place for meeting and events.

The main lobby area has high ceilings and looks majestic but has a whiff of a watery / damp smell. The event space was a floor or two lower than the lobby area and also smelled slightly musty, lacking ventilation. They were willing to run the AC before the event to air the space out, so we appreciated that. The service was alright - we got what we wanted after asking a few times, but there lacked a degree of proactiveness that I would expect from a five star hotel. The Cafe also lacked some ventilation and smelled of oil. We stopped by the cafe to buy bottled water but had a very hard time paying - they did not have change for Rs.500, the QR code they provided did not work and they inexplicably would not accept what they called "international" credit cards. Eventually after 15 min of failed attempts,we let them keep all the change, so it was an expensive bottle of mineral water indeed. The food was good with generous portions of appetizers passed around. South Indian dishes in the buffet were better than North Indian. Overall it is a decent hotel but could do with some up leveling of service and the interiors.

One of favorite hotel in chennai most luxurious my kids are lovin 'it their services are excellent and their food was so delicious 😋 and most lovable thing is their is swimming pool was the main thing my kids are so happy to see luxurious pool so if anybody is interested to coming to this hotel then you are coming to heaven place most beautiful place to come with family and friends.

We had a great time. Very clean. Very good service . Immediate response. I love their breakfast. They arranged a birthday cake for my mom on her birthday. She was so happy. But, the food at southern aroma is very very expensive. We ate and they billed different price for different food. When we asked they gave many reasons. That’s the only thing I was not happy with.

The ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are spacious and clean I really liked it. The total control of the room is controlled in an tab which is cool. Room service was very good. The hotel itself has an nice architecture. There is 3 halls for functions & meetings. The buffet spread was good and the taste is very nice. Went to attend a marriage in basement hall. Hotel is good.well maintained.In prime location Only point that looked strange was, after finishing our breakfast in the basement function, we had to go to the floor above after crossing the marriage hall for washing our hands as there was no wash basin or restroom available in basement. This can be addressed by the hotel

Never visit this hotel...Staff in Restaurant are illiterates. The idlis here can be used to break any hard glasses or surfaces...!!! Front office Staff should be school drop outs, try very hard to talk in English without any success. They will give their trained canned response for every query...!!! This is running due to the brand name. Will have it's Natural death very shortly with it's more than below par service levels...!!!

Very nice and beautiful accommodations! Stayed here on a business trip and was very pleased! Room was very nice, enjoyed the tech and how everything could be controlled via an iPad, no complaints on the room. Staff was all very friendly and helpful! The restaurants on the first level were also very good and made the experience that much better! This would definitely be my choice of places to stay next time I'm in Chennai!

Yesterday was my wedding reception and my parents could not have suggested a better venue. The staff there were so kind and I absolutely loved the service. When the expected crowd was more, the chefs there were quick to make extra food and ensured that not a single person left without eating. Thank you for making it extremely memorable for me. Absolutely LOVED every minute of my stay and reception event at the hotel. And to the Chefs who were in charge of the banquet, forever grateful! Thank you to all the staff working there to!

Wonderful two day stay. Very convenient location in the city. Rooms were new and well kept. Breakfast at The Crown restaurant was dismal. Weirdly though in spite of being a non smoking room our room was smelling of tobacco whenever we entered.

I conducted Ring exchange on 14Th Feb. Since my decoration person was good, my event went on well. But food wise , I am not happy. My menu was included Curd rice. But they didn't provide. Naan was totally worse. I am not happy. They acting very smart. Boys service also not up to the mark.

We went to the Sky restaurant here. It’s on the 20th floor and the view is amazing. The food here is good. Family friendly place. My grandmother gives this place a big thumbs up! The staff is polite and friendly. We had a great time.

Overall I got a very good experience , their hospitality is really impressive. I would like to thank each and every person, especially the last night hospitality from Chef Rajesh... It was mind blowing surprise.

The restaurant "main street" has a classical theme of the 40's, which I liked very much. The coffee I had was one of its kind. What a taste!!! I enjoyed the ambiance. The only thing that was odd is the grooming of the staff.

The hotel staff was very helpful we booked 5 rooms and was rushing to do shopping. Since our room was not ready fully they gave us 2 rooms to refresh after a long flight and then we went off shopping. When we came back they arranged all our bags in our room with welcome cakes… Best hospitality and room was super clean…. Automated toilet seat is the highlight..!!! And the in room food service was awesome… recommend the Mutton Briyani and chicken sandwich..!!

The lobby is not that impressive, but the rooms are nicely done and very hi tech/modern. Bathroom amenities provided were OK for the price you pay. Thier free fruits and savories provided are touch points i truly appreciated. The staff are courteous i would recommend the stay

When we visited in the month of April this year, it was nice to see that all room were renovated & upgraded. It was a very comfortable stay. We will continue to stay at Residency Towers. I stayed here for 3 nights. They have recently done all the rooms hence the rooms are very nice and have the latest amenities. The breakfast provided complementary to all guests is very nice and the spread is also good. The rates for the rooms are also not pricey . Most importantly they offer 24 hr checkout.

Best place to have candle light dinner with partner or girlfriend but unfortunately I went with my best friend. The rooftop view of t.nagar is amazing and cold breeze air in night which gave different feel. Foods are top class it’s worth the money and time for sure to explore it

Have visited several times in the last 17+ years of my professional life in Chennai. Main Street restaurant used to be our default choice for corporate dinners and customer lunches. Recently visited few times for family get together. Good platter of food and great dining experience for elders and also kids. Very spacious ball rooms and halls for weddings and other functions.

Great view of Chennai skyline at roof top restaurant. Excellent service, food menu options, bar are good. Others rooms, suites,halls are good to hold meetings, conventions or workshops. Only drawback approach by road can get congested to due peak traffic hours. But that's ok considering the ambience, service and offers. Reservations recommended. Had been there for dinner with my family. A quite decent buffet spread. I'm a vegetarian. Comparatively veg options are very limited in starters & live counters. There were absolutely nil pastries in veg. It's a disappointment for us. Especially the kids. The kids were really fond of desserts & pastries. For the cost they charge, they must consider vegetarians also. Couldn't see anything innovative in the main dishes too. And the dishes tasted okay.
