We
booked
this
hotel
with
high
hopes
and
all
false
promises
made
by
the
Sales
manager
.
When
we
arrived
the
rooms
were
not
ready
,
we
were
handed
over
the
room
with
stink
and
items
used
by
previous
occupant
.
Food
was
laid
out
as
if
it
is
a
some
kind
of
2
star
hotel
.
I
think
some
Oyo
room
would
have
provide
a
better
conduct
of
food
layout
.
Staff
was
unprofessional
and
ill
trained
.
Next
day
after
complaint
things
were
made
bit
better
,
however
layout
and
variety
improved
a
bit
…
We
stayed
there
for
5
nights
and
each
night
menu
remained
almost
same
with
only
one
choice
in
vegetable
.
Bills
were
not
prepared
timely
and
we
had
to
wait
whole
night
for
same
.
Before
checkout
we
had
provided
advance
info
that
we
would
require
early
packed
breakfast
.
Which
was
also
not
provided
in
time
.
There
were
many
more
minute
unprofessional
issues
in
the
hotel
—
laundry
clothes
,
hygiene
n
sanitation
of
washroom
,
cobwebs
in
rooms
etc
.
Hotel
will
show
u
pics
of
new
building
and
allot
you
rooms
in
old
building
.
We
tried
to
reach
Mr
Nair
the
GM
but
he
seems
to
be
the
busiest
man
.
After
consistent
effort
finally
we
could
get
his
time
ie
0930
hours
,
for
which
he
never
turned
up
and
didn’t
think
of
giving
courtesy
call
to
express
his
inability
to
meet
.
There
are
better
hotels
around
which
might
give
you
a
bit
less
facilities
but
are
much
better
in
customer
service
.
Will
never
recommend
anyone
to
stay
at
this
hotels
not
even
my
enemies
.
