Very worst behaviour from the billing man. They force customers to buy more items unnecessarily. The restaurant doesn’t even provide proper bill. No price on the menu card. He is scribbling something on a piece of paper and we don’t even understand what he is writing. Most of the items are different from my order. Using old mushrooms for cooking. Not worth for the price we pay. Soon he will pay for what he did. Never prefer these scammers at any cost.

Side dish for rotis not sufficient, cheating people on line deliveries. See this dal qty for 6 rotis. When asked on combo option only this much comes is the reply from the owner.

The swiggy crowd and the hotel rating in the swiggy app dragged me here to taste the food . I ordered masala poori and channa chat both tasted so bad that I had never ever tasted something like that before. The price was very high comparing to the quantity and quality. The channa chat had no taste and it was all dry without any gravy.I was totally devastated .🥹

Worst experience with both food taste and delivery.Delivery takes longer than mentioned.I even received the wrong items and one of the item was missing too.Taste want very good either,it was very much below average Instead of paratha,I received chapathi and instead of dahi bhel puri,received plain bhel puri. Cheating trick: They say they don’t have menu card and they will say menu orally. Once u finish eating they charge you like hell. Besides food, one must look how the place is. I was shocked and felt disgusting, When i happened to see the preparation place with lot of flies.Very unhygienic. There is nothing positive about this place. Entire experience was disappointing. I unfortunately decided to buy 2 gravies from this restuarant. Usually, when we dine in, the food cost will be lesser than what you see in Swiggy. Here it's vice versa. When checked, the hotel guys said that you can very well order from swiggy. That was a surprise. So, I recommend not to dine in here. Instead swiggy it so you can easily save 100 to 150 Rs. This is on the cost part. When it comes to taste, Doesn't worth it. Overall bitter experience. Do not recommend

Zero *... Worst scammers in Chennai... We went out for a late lunch to this place (Red Flag #1) My wife was not interested with the place but I insisted... Bad decision).. the menu didn't have any price and the waiter gave some B.S about that (Red Flag #2)... We ordered 1L water bottle, 1 piece of Gobi Paratha and 1 piece of Mix veg partha and curd (they were pushing/forcing us multiple times to order a starter and side dish but we politely declined).. Parathas were small on size but we were not interested in ordering more dishes. After eating, when we asked the bill then the scam begins! 1 piece of Mix Paratha - Rs. 90 1 piece of Gobi Paratha - Rs 70 1 Cup curd - Rs 35 1 Water bottle - Rs 20 I clearly knew that they have decided to scam us. So I asked for the bill... Initially they refused to give but then they were.planning to write in a piece of paper without any GSTIN # and they were having some B.S in why they cannot provide a proper bill ... After heated argument, my wife just wanted to move out from the place and we payed and just left. Food is not worth the money and please don't support the scammers like them who are just trying to rob from us.

No 1 fraud shop..they charged extra 50rs at counter..later checked their menu online and found they charged extra...went back and asked about it he told only 30rs diff then asked him to check menu card then he gave back 50rs. Looks like he is doing this regularly as already one person mentioned same scenario. Moreover food is worst and not hygienic.

Ordered aaloo paratha with 1 sabzi 1 dal. But got only 1 channa(dal cury). Subzi not given. Channa was spicy too much orange color, was watery and tasted so bad. Saving grace was size of paratha, but again it tasted so bland and disappointed. Overal can't rate higher than 1. No other way to bring this feedback.

I have ordered on santhi Lakshmi veg restaurant for more than 20 times in swiggy and zomato , their food is awesome and clean and can't tell anything wrong about the food. And the price when you order online will be average 150 including delivery and offers. And it's worth it But when you go directly to their outlet you will be charged same price sometimes higher In my opinion you can order in swiggy or zomato that going directly there to the outlet Food - 5/5 Price in online order - 5/5 Price in outlet - 2/5

The owner lady or some lady will be there next to the owner/son I guess. She will tell the price more than premium restaurants. Such a cheap women. She will tell 100 rupees food/gravy as 170 rupees also. Don't visit dine in or getting parcel directly. Average to buy from Swiggy/Zomato for cheap budget. Always they prepare irrelevant food from what we ask to do so. On 1st instance I thought there may be some confusion bw the cooking chef and person sitting in counter. * even yesterday the same story irrelevant food has been prepared and delivered. They are purposely having this practice to make benefit for restaurant.. Initially quality and customer service were good and now they have to improve and customer satisfactory is the key of success. The shops in located in prime area that is accepted but the foods are much spicy to the core . If we give the feed back they are not taking as concern had a bad experience by the last time on 25th of this month

Ordered paneer butter masala and saw the way they prepared it , they have a common gravy base and just adding panner in a box and then adding the gravy , whatever gravy you ask they are adding same gravy and changing the product like paneer or mushroom or cashews. WORST preparation....

I tried Shahi Paneer & Aloo Paratha, I must say I was not impressed. Paneer was like rubber and impossible to chew and to compliment it the sabzi was so spicy. Aloo paratha was also just ok and not so great.

This is the second time I've experienced this stomach pain because of the unhygienic and pathetic food you serve. Ive been to many restaurants and food places and never knew a plate of chappati consisted of four. I asked the lady to give me two; she said only four, and I said it's not needed; I'm leaving. Don't ever visit this hotel... They'll get excessive money from you, which is not mentioned in the bill.. they'll scam you... Food was very worst and in the food table you can see some dead insects.... Simply Don't get there to eat. The plates were full of dust and unhygienic

The items what you see in zomato price was higher in shop...Example if Aloo Paratha is 110 in zomato they will charge 120.. if you ask question they shout at you back and you feel ashamed because the way they shout will be like that. There is no fixed price based on your attire and looks price will differ.. if they know you have money all items wil be doubled price... Be careful try to avoid

I brought a mushroom fired rice it wasn't taste good whereas they mixed with precooked veg fried rice with mushroom, it was too salty and doesn't cleaned properly and not worthy for Rs180. Such a bad experience.

Never personally been to this place, have ordered chinese items, chats, north indian cuisine & much more. The quality and taste was ok, can be better. Price wise if you compare then it is moderate compared to other places. A lot of people visit this place on a daily basis. Good place to have quick bite. Chat items taste can be improved. The speciality would be palak paneer.

The food here is good, mostly I have ordered through delivery apps. Today I visited the hotel directly. Ordered and was shocked to see the bill. Generally the dine-in would be less compared to delivery but it was more than that. We ordered paneer Paratha - in swiggy it was 110rs only. But here at dine-in they charged 140rs. Same way for the other items too. The suka poori was just 55rs at swiggy ( without offer) but I'm dine-in it was 70rs. I was shocked to see the price. We come to dine-in to reduce the cost but felt delivery apps were much better than this. They over-charge more than the prices at delivery apps. It's a daytime robbery..!

The food was fine. Loved the service (a young waiter but very polite and sweet). The biggest negative: Menu doesn't have prices next to the food items. So you end up ordering not knowing if it is above your budget or not.

Better order in Zomato, because the restaurant will serve the same quantity of food at high cost and will say Zomato is giving offer. 1st day order the same food for 270 in Zomato from this restaurant 2nd time after 4 days i went there to get a take away and they charged 340 for the same food. I asked why the amount is high and they told for Zomato we will give less quantity but i saw visually on both delivery the quantity and quality was same.

Surprised to see people giving negative reviews. Food is good. They were the first in the area to offer pocket friendly good quality north-Indian food. Dine-in could be improved especially for those who wish to eat-in with family. Open dining is also an option available.

If you have lot of money and trying to find creative ways to spend it on useless things, please visit this place once. They didn't have a menu card or else they didn't give me one. They will calculate price only by looking at what is displayed in their zomato menu. If you don't know, in any restaurant price of any item will be significantly cheaper when you go and get it person than ordering on swiggy or zomato. But strangely, in this restaurant you will be looted if you go in person. For instance, I ordered 4 pieces phulka, 2 pieces laccha paratha and one mushroom masala. I was charged 320 rupees. If you have time and patience to read this review, please add these same set of items in zomato from this restaurant and see what is the final price including all taxes, packing and delivery charges. Never again to this place.

SCAM - FRAUD - CHEATING Worst ever experience. We ordered one Mushroom Biriyani, one Chilly Gobi Dry and one Lemon Soda. They have charged total amount of 370rs. We asked them to give bill, and they gave hand bill (Refer the attachment). We doubted the amount and cross verified it in Swiggy. There are huge difference. There is no menu card, no computerized bill and also worst food ever tasted. Later we called them and asked about the food cost, they denied to share the cost in mobile and said, "Amount ellaam theriyadhu ma, Menu paakanum". Guys, please be aware and stay away from these kind of non-sense scammers.

Bought a samosa channa & rose milk. Samosa channa costs 70/- which is too high for this shop. It was not hot and taste wasn't good. Rose milk was very watery and wasn't cold. Not a good place to visit

You can get bakery items, North Indian chats, Chinese and Tandoori items. Widest range of foods available from such a relatively small place is really impressive. The place is generally crowded with little or no seating available. They do provide door delivery even without Swiggy or Zomato. Please contact them for details. Taste and quality is good. Price is above average compared to near by hotels of same standard. But variety is unmatchable.
