It was nice experience during our visit. It was a Sunday late evening with less crowd. Ambience was good and the grill served was fantastic. Nice place to hangout with your partner on a weekend evening to have a romantic dinner.

Really loved the ambience and their services. Not to worry about the bill as it turns out very affordable. Their food is really tasty and I can't wait to come back here again.

1) The ambience is weird but alright 2) The furniture is quite bad and is peeling out from number of places 3) The menu structure is atrocious and needs tutorial from the waiter. 4) The food however is great but the variety is not that much. 5) live music is good. 6) Number of waiters was found to be less and required 15-30sec waiting time till we could get his attention to come over.

Sunset Grill, The Westin. The place sounded fancy and after much deliberation we booked a table for dinner. It turned out to be the best decision we could have made! Being a week day, the place wasn't much crowded, so it was almost as good as having a private place. The food was simply awesome and reasonably priced... Be it the starter garlic bread, the main grilled veg platter or the welcome drink, everything was fancy and fabulous! The drink was on the house and it was an orange mocktail, tangy and sweet and out of this world! It was a birthday, so we skipped dessert and ordered a cake... The chocolate cake was yummilicious and melted in the mouth! As for the young men waiting at tables, they were the best! Their care and the way they served the food and made enquiries at every opportunity, made us feel very homely and special. Special mention must be made of young Balakrishnan, who was our table caretaker that day...his service was classy and caring.... We came away with hearts and tummies full, not regretting our choice of place for a quiet dinner. Definitely a "must go to" place. And it was one of the best birthdays ever! Had a horrible experience with Westin - Sunset Grill last Friday (23/Dec/2022). The only thing about this restaurant is the ambience, everything else like Service, Food, People etc are simply useless. Service: Me being a pure vegetarian all my life and based on my vows due to my faith was kind of tricked into eating Sea Food (Squid) by one lethargic service person named Mr. Ujjwal. We ordered onion rings and he bought squid instead. We were not sure since the food didnt have any ring shape and double confirmed with Mr. Ujjwal whether it is Onion rings and without even looking at the food he confirmed yes. As I was super hungry took a piece and munched to find it tasted different probably like egg. Then one of my friends who is a non-vegetarian confirmed it is Squid and not onion. When we asked Mr. Ujjwal about this all we got was a simple "Sorry!" with a "so what?" look on his face. He didnt even have a slight remorse about the blunder he made. We called his supervisor also and gave an earful but all they did was looking at us with "why are you overreacting?" look. Being a staunch vegetarian I don't know if I will ever eat onion rings again in any restaurant because of lethargic and insensitive people like Ujjwal and his supervisor. If you are a vegetarian please DO NOT go to this hotel, they wont care for your choices. Food Quality: Lesser said the better here, when you charge 350 rs for a small glass of buttermilk and upwards we expect some level of taste in your food. We got pulao as a compliment for the almost bland starters, the pulao smells like it but tastes like plain white rice. Tandoori rotis were too hard, side dishes were bland..Some of my non-veg friends said meat was undercooked. Even the lemon soda was bad and didnt have the punch. I realised that it is possible to make bad sodas on that day. Extremely overpriced for the quality they serve. Food was insensitive to my taste buds like their staff insensitive for veg/non-veg preferences. Overall my delightful mood of meeting my high school friends was spoiled by insensitive staff + incompetent cooks in this Westin Sunset grill. Not going again even if I don't have to spend a dime.

The Restaurant is on 2nd Floor Terrace . You just need to think about the weather , During hot and humid you may not like sitting outside. It is a place to have some drinks and all nice snacks. We ordered 1 vegetarian dish Onion ring and two non vegetarian. We found the onion ring to be very crispy and wonderful dish. The sitting arrangement is very nice which give you option to relax for sometime and hangout with friends.

Visited this place cos Westin !! . by far the worst roof top restaurant ever.. I mean I thot my family would end up with dengue or malaria .. we were literally swamped by mosquitoes.. and then the food.. we order bbq wings, a non veg platter, burgers, fries, a sea food platter..the icing on the cake was when they told us they have just one portion of bbq wings.. and no this wasnt a late night reservation . We were there at 8:45.. the non veg platter was meh.... the fries were the only thing that was decent .. I would never recommend this place to anyone.. the staff was friendly and I think they felt sorry for us after a while with all the swatting .. that was their saving grace.. seriously westin really disappointed ..

Very very good food! Was was abit skeptic about ordering beef in india, but that one of the best steaks in a very long time! Also the chef Chinna is really friendly and good, also the rest of the staff! (dont remember thier names). The only bad part was the mosquitos some evenings, but they put down mosquito candles.

Sunset Grill - The Westin This place was a visit long overdue , so we headed out for my bday. The place overlooking the pool area in the 2nd floor. The place was dim lit, crafted for the candle light ambience. We were welcomed by the host graciously, they have definitely aced on the service. Food was a unlimited veg and non vegetarian spread of tandoor. We were offered the sliced Nan with three different dippings (humus, baba ganoush and gralic yorgut). The garlic yorgut was amazing . Then the starter platter arrived wooow it was a sizzling platter. All the dish was cooked well and tasted brilliant ( the fish could have better). The main course was biryanis not much to comment on it. Then finally the desert was a moong dhall alva and choco moouse. The bday cake was something out of the world. Spl thanks to awesoem person my better half who took me there. Cons :- They should definitely do something about then mosquitos , the only spoiler about the entire experience.

The service was very bad. Took extremely long and also got the order wrong. Then when they got the right order they sent it to the wrong table. After half an hour of taking our order, the order was placed. Ambience is average - bad lighting and furniture is uncomfortable and worn out.

Up by the pool at the westin is where this is. The chefs cook meat over a huge grill by hanging the meat on chains to give it an incredible flavor. The chicken wings are delicious with some nice heat to them. Sat there in the evening when the weather was good and enjoyed every minute. Pita and baba ganouj is second to none.special thanks to Mr.Chhunga who assisted our table?
